Curt Stewart: The first question I ask at any new eye doctor's office: "do you have your lenses made at Singer Optical?" If not, it's a no-go for me. These folks have been making my lenses for years now, and I couldn't be more pleased. I've had the good fortune of working with the people here directly for minor adjustments and whatnot, and the owners and employees there just couldn't be more courteous and helpful. If you want your glasses made with quality materials by highly skilled professionals who've been in the industry for decades, you should ask your doctor the same question.

Not knowing where to start or what to look for in a pair of glasses, I was greeted with Amanda as soon as I walked in. She was very kind and helpful and stayed with me the whole time because I told her I wasn't sure where to start. She helped me find the perfect pair for me. I am very satisfied with Stanton. My sister-in-law went in for an offer last night, but it was not honored.Their website states that they do free eye exams…but she paid $99 for hers.Her frames were at $169, but online the same frame is half that.There was also a promotional offer online about a free eye exam, a pair of glasses, and contacts for $99 but it’s not even advertised on the website anymore. When she questioned the staff member, she answered with, “oh that’s not supposed to be up there.”Once she got home, she was upset that she had to spend almost $600. No warning about the prices or anything beforehand. She thought it’d be around $100.So she paid half last night and then said she’d pay the other half for the contacts when she gets paid next since she can’t really afford that type of splurge. She got home and explained the situation and was very upset. But was happy that she’d at least have her glasses since she paid half.This morning, she got a text saying the glasses were ready. BUT SHE CAN’T EVEN PICK UP THE GLASSES UNTIL SHE PAYS THE FULL AMOUNT.We looked online and could get the same glasses she tried on with her RX and it’s $60.We thought this was absolutely ridiculous so we called the Green River store. They were of NO help, were very rude, and are completely fine with taking full advantage of her. They won’t refund or even try to help. This is ridiculous and we will be getting to the bottom of this.This place has always been really wonderful and always taken care of my family and I, so we’re just very disappointed with Stanton Optical.

Danny Rozhon: I went for an exam the other day, it went well enough. Afterward I was left to wander the store. They were busy but you would expect someone would at least acknowledge me and let me know that someone would be helping me directly. Very disappointing service. I went back to the desk, picked up my prescription and found a store that appreciated my business.

jeffrey Serve: Went for the second appointment today and the receptionists lost my paperwork and had to refill out . Then couldn’t find my correct insurance. Girls working behind the counter are very rude , and condescending . I highly recommend not ever going there. I’ve used EyeGlass World in other cities and by far the worst experience ever.I hope they read this and hire more professional staff then the Walmart staff they have now. No Class !!
Alana Phillips: This place is unprofessional and doesn't respect the time people set aside for their appointments. It took six weeks to recieve contact trials, mostly because they never notified me they had arrived. I was left waiting nearly an hour past my appointment time for my follow up and left waiting again when I came back and they said they'd "get me right in". The doctor refuses to release my prescription (that I paid for) so now I'm left to despite it through insurance company to get my money back. Don't waste your time here.
Jarred Morris: I have been a customer of this Eyeglass World for over 20 years. I had my exam over the weekend. The doctor has been there as long as I have been going and is always friendly and does an excellent job always. Miranda rang up the order and was friendly and thorough. She gave about a two week window for the lenses to arrive but they arrived earlier. I dropped off the glasses and they were ready to pick up same day but I couldn't pick up til the next day. When I picked up the glasses, Genevieve was very friendly as well. She accidentally broke one of the temple tips and she kept apologizing and said she felt so bad. I completely understood since I used my own frames but without me asking, she gave me a new pair of the same brand I had free of charge. That is excellent customer service. She also put new nose pads on an old pair, adjusted and cleaned both pairs. Again all I have to say is thank you and that is what I call excellent customer service. I will be back and will 100% recommend.

I came in from out of state and Dr. Hanish did a wonderful job with my eye exam. He spent time showing me images of my retinas as well as other parts of my eye. He took his time and explained my eye issues and I left well informed. He has a wonderful sense of humor and I found out we are Michigan Big 10 rivals which was fun to razz him about. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a kind but thorough optometrist.
This new facility was very clean and inviting. The receptionist was knowledgeable the appointment on time and the doctor very personable. 100% turn around from last year. I'm glad I gave it another chance.Dr. Hanish thank you so very much for all of the important information provided. I highly recommend getting an exam here.

I also loved that their investment in the latest technology means that I didn't have to have my eyes dilated. That was such a relief and allowed me to do more with my day.
