Ron Stoeckl: Don’t deserve the one star. The worst. I hope everyone here that causes drivers to wait forever go to the store to get their groceries and everything they need is out of stock. Maybe they’ll think about the truck driver. It’s sad that companies are like this.

Jason Mathis: Try to avoid this place. This was my 1st time delivering to this place. They have weird rules that I wasn’t aware of when I got here. Even though I did what I was told, the forklift driver try to get me kicked out because I opened my doors without him seeing me open them. If you deliver here, make sure you read the directions inside the packet.

Kaylor Trucking: Never again!!!! Hauled a load of bales over here from Louisville, KY (11-27-22) just for them to refuse my shipment cause they're "at capacity" on bales. Then why were these ordered!????????? There are 4 trucks coming in behind me from the same shipper too, all with bales. Congratulations International Paper, you've really screwed us truckers over good tonight!!!!

jamal mahammed: If you reading this review you already know what’s going to happen it’s worst place to delivery actually i don’t like to write review but I have to give some information my flowers trucker if you have delivery on to this company you are in test for your patient it’s wasted time and slowest people and rude no communication when you checked in thy will send you dirty parking a lot never call you o come to check in 2:pm appointment was 3:pm and now it’s 11:pm no one call me and I don’t really don’t know how long will take never come back!!!!!!!

robert de: Checked in at 3:15 pm. Was told it’s going to be a while so I had to park on the dirt lot. Got paper yay 11:45 pm . Avoid this place at all cost!!!!. They only 2 docks they’re using at the shipping . FCFS. CH Robinson was the broker

Derrick Edwards: Great!.Arrived at 1745 appointment 1800. Empty and gone at 1845. Everyone was friendly and quick. There us limited truck parking and a Walmart 5 miles away you can park at.

Alan Wells: If you don’t have to come to this place then don’t…….My company comes here frequently. I’ve been here three times now ,two out of the three times I showed up on time and I’ve never been in and out of here in less than four hours……..The one time I was late was because I was here the day before also and I had a long list of things to do after they took five hours to unload me ,so I had to wait for my hours of service to reset which put me late the next day and my company made me run the load anyway knowing I’d be late…….. From here on out I will be refusing anything coming here

Ryder Wilson: I must say, this place is by far one of the absolute worst places I’ve been to all year. Load was overweight by 1,000 lbs but was told by their shipping office it’s not their problem and I’d just have to take it anyway. They weren’t willing to rework the load, only unload completely. So after about 6 hours of my dispatch having to go back and forth we decided not to haul for this sorry excuse of a company. The people in the shipping office tried to blame me for filling my fuel tanks too much. Not to mention start a shouting match over something that was clearly their fault, but they didn’t want to admit it. My company WILL NEVER haul freight from these extremely rude and unprofessional people, and I encourage all other truckers who have a say so on what they haul to follow suit. Please stay away and avoid!

A. Jerome Bell II: Unloaders are rude and unprofessional. Unloads with appointments never start on time. Unloads generally take 20 to 30 mins but at International Paper in Henderson takes 1hr to 1 hr and 30 mins.Unloaders are the problem here.TRUCKERS BE AWARE OF HEADACHE

Chaotic Thoughts: They saw that I was tired and it was raining. The yard jockey very kindly took my trailer at the gate and dropped it. Very nice people. I've found this at most IP locations.

Bret Harmon: This place is a joke! I hope you have all night to get unloaded. Maysville is wayyyy better, their speed puts this place to shame.
