I wish I made it to Evansville more often.

Briana Littell: I went in look for last minute supplies, which I needed that night. Online said they had 5 in stock. I looked on the shelves, none. I asked the ladies at the register if they could check in the back or tell me if there might be another place. They then told me that if they had some they are probably in boxes and they weren’t going to look for any. I wasn’t trying to make anyone’s day harder. I just genuinely needed this stuff. In addition I had gotten a hand held light up toy for my kid, on the wall of their fairly cheaper toys. It said two dollars but unfortunately it didn’t have a tag on it. She asked where I got it and I pointed and said that wall over there, she said yeah I’m not walking over there this looks like it is $6. I said no, this said $2. Please go check me, she then proceeded to look it up on their website and then rang me up.I ended up going to Michaels for my items.Fast forward, I placed an order at 6 o’clock this evening and they close at 9. Online said they were processing my order…. But they weren’t. I called at 8:35 to check on the order, I was then informed no one has been there after 6 to work on it and I have to wait until tomorrow now. I would have really appreciated if they would have turned off mobile ordering for their location as they did not have anyone working them. I waited almost 3 hours to hear this. I could have gone to the store before they closed and got the items myself.

Robin Wildman: Took a last minute same-day printing order from us and saved the day after Office Depot bailed on us. Amazing, friendly staff.
Indiana farmer: Can I give it 0 stars? If I could I would. If you looking to buy anything desk related, DO NOT BUY IT. The desk I bought has slide out drawers, they fall off their sides every time I pull it out to get something. When it got to my house there were chips all over the paint of the desk, we sent it back and they tried to tell us they fixed it. (They colored over it with sharpie to make it look like it was a new top).
Kamille: Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & fast! The level of customer service I received is rare these days. I went in for a print job & won’t shop anywhere else because of the attention to detail & amazing assistance I received.
Jonathan Baker: The copy shop in this particular location is Hit or Miss I've had positive experiences there and negative, but today the woman who offered to help me seemed like it was in her best interest to get me to leave. The tone of voice she was using was a tone best reserved for kicking an unwanted guest out of your home and not for trying to help a customer. I ended up taking my print job to the FedEx copy store and pay the same price only I didn't have to deal with an attitude.

nic Abate: I had an issue with a third party shipper. For some reason they decided to ship two packages to this store. I understand this store was not at fault and I do not give the rating based off of that. My issue is with how it was handled by the GM. I apologized for the inconvenience it might had caused the store and its employees, but and instead I was berated. I have shopped at this store many times and never really an issue. I do not believe that the GM in this store knows how to operate a retail store or communicate with customers. If the GM is willing to talk to customers in that way, I hate to see how they speak to their employees. At this point I will never shop there again or do business with Staples.

Mallory Deckard: I initially went to a “competitor store” to look for a printer for my new business, but left when that staff was unhelpful/rude. As soon as I walked into Staples I was greeted by the cashier, I asked for someone in the tech department and he happily came over right away. He answered all my questions and even pulled in the manager to help me. She was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing all I needed and I am so thrilled at how nice, helpful and informative everyone was!!! I’m definitely ONLY shopping here from now on. I highly recommend them over anyone in town! (Also I appreciated the COVID safety practices they have in place.)

They can't seem to follow the mandate set forth in Evansville. And here are the exact stipulations of the mask mandate:Who has to wear masks, and where must they be worn?The executive order requires all Hoosiers 8 years and older to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces, while using public transportation and outdoors when social distancing isn’t possible.Masks will also be required in schools for faculty, staff and students in third grade and above.Exemptions apply to anyone who is eating, drinking, participating in strenuous physical activity or has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask.

Robin Wildman: Called ahead to confirm print shop could do a same-day turnaround, gave all the information for our order and was quoted a time of a few hours turnaround and price. Drove an hour to the store only to be told when we showed up that they don’t do any same-day. No apology or explanation for why they hadn’t mentioned that on the phone. Good thing there is a Staples near by.
Danielle Hurwitz: My husband and I go to office depo regularly to print and get boxes. I am unsure of the man's name but he has short brown hair and a beard. Every time come in, he is there. We try to be very nice but he always seems to be in a very bad mood. Today we said "have a nice day" to both the workers behind the desk. He looked over to us and gave us a very mean face ignoring us. I am not sure what the issue is but the customer service is terrible. We love the printing and what office depo offers for shipping, but it becoming uncomfortable.

However, they do offer unique specialty candies & items that would be hard to find unless you ordered them online & I'm not sure how their pricing compares... But still overall very pleased.

Rachell Hurt: I love this store but the employee who was helping at the register was extremely rude to everyone in my family. We were asking simple questions and she was very short with us. When my youngest child was checking out using a gift card she needed to pay the extra with cash. The cashier Taylor seemed very irritated that she had to check her out along with the rest of the members of my family. We all got the impression that she does not like her job. This is really unfortunate. A career change might that doesn't involve customer interaction might be her best option.

trucker stuff: They seem like incredibly nice people and this is more of a suggestions than a complaint or review.:To remember that there is a person in an 18 wheeler out in the street waiting and it would have been nice if someone came out to let me know.However, I do appreciate them working with me everytime I asked about what was going on.Still, very considerate and some drivers may not even care.I went in and asked if I had the right place, they said yes and told me to back into the dock. I let them know someone was in thw dock.The very nice lady I talked with smiled and let me know she would look into it.Which, she did and let me know that someone would be moving the truck in the dock shortly.45 minutes later, I decided to go back in and see if I could possibly help with anything.The very nice and very considerate lady asked me if I would like to follow her into the warehouse to see what was up.The 2 gentlemen in the back informed us that they were loading the truck currently in the dock.That's the heads up that would have been nice.But I was still informed about it after I asked.It's just terribly rude to leave someone in the street in an 18 wheeler, thinking their going to be able to move very soon.I point out that it's an 18 wheeler because the lot is small and I personally didn't see any other way to go into the lot other than to back in off the street.I hope the right people see this post.It was meant to be nothing but praise.God bless!
