ghost powers: These sephora employees are so NICE!!! from the moment my friend and I came in we were helped. I was specifically looking for the Clinique lipstick in black honey and the associate (I wish I had her name but she was wearing wreath earrings) lead us over to the display and found it for me! After that we browsed for a bit and each employee who came up to us was super nice, talked to us and made us feel right at home. When I was checking out there was a problem with my card specifically so my purchase kept declining (I figured out later that it was my student loan payment, oof). I was freaking out but again, the associate at check out was very very nice! In conclusion, everyone at this sephora should be treated to a nice steak dinner, and I would be happy to spend my money here :)

I appreciated that the associate, LAUREN G, didn't "attack" me when I entered Sephora but rather gave me time to look around and consider my purchase. LAUREN G has helped me before and to be specific, helped me find the body mist I wanted. I liked it so much that, last night I decided to buy the cream. LAUREN G shared some background re the product and that she used it herself! I know....that can be a ploy to encourage a customer, but LAUREN G does not come across as anything but hard-working, honest, and sincere! I'm writing this to say THANK YOU to Sephora for hiring someone of LAUREN G's caliber and integrity! LAUREN G has helped me three times over the past several months and has ALWAYS been PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and PERSONABLE.LAUREN G is a KEEPER!!!
Caroline Thomas: Employees here are super nice and they sell super great products, however I will not be shopping at Sephora anymore due to a flaw in their rewards system where if you use rewards and go to exchange the product due to it not being a great thing your reward is just lost. It costs tons of money just to get a $10 reward and mine was lost just like *snap* due to purchasing a bad Sephora brand product? K. It's not even about the $10 at this point I just don't like when people steal from me, so it's the principle. As far as I'm concerned a business so inflexible can go broke.

My sister is Asian and I am white, and we needed massive help to help fit her skin type, color, etc. to make sure she got the right fit. Samina not only treated my teenage sister with care, but she picked a foundation for HER SKIN. Samina will be my go to if I go to Sephora again. She deserves a raise for the amount of care she puts into her job.

Matt Huntfast: Inventory was very low or sold out on most items. Only undesirable colors were left. I understand that some things are hard to get, but not every item that is popular!
Karen Huff McDermott: Great selection of products to choose from. They always have great sales going on as well. They are very reasonably priced as well. You can find high end products a well as lower priced items as well. This store is dangerous for me!
Christie Keortge: First time ever going into this place since they’ve been in Evansville and it will definitely be my last. My daughter and I went in together and she knew exactly what she wanted to buy. As we were walking to check out, an employee looks at us and coldly states “Did you find what you were looking for?” No smile, no hello, nothing but blank stare. While waiting to be checked out, the cashiers would smile and speak to customers. Our turn, we’re smiling and neither cashier greeted us or smiled at us. We go ahead and pick one to check out with since they were standing looking like a deer in headlights. She proceeds to ask if we have the membership and my daughter kindly answers no we don’t but no need to worry about it because she doesn’t shop there often and what she was buying that evening is exactly what she needed, that’s all. The cashier continues pressuring about it and proceeds to keep talking about the membership and it would be needed in order to return the item. Clearly she did not listen to what my daughter said at all. She wouldn’t need to return the one item because she knew she what she wanted and had no need to return it. Overall AWFUL experience with rude employees. Ulta will never receive my business.

I just needed some foundation and after looking for a bit on my own was approached by a store associate , Tyler. I just wanted to express how absolutely amazing Tyler was at his job , he was extremely friendly , funny, and knowledgeable. Perfectly shade matched me sent me hone with a bomb sample and gave me so much information on the products . I really am blown away by the absolute customer care that was provided . He should run the place .

Zach Ward: I sat on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes starting at 1:30 and they answered the phone and hung up on me. Called back and it said they were on lunch. Could've just told me themselves but instead decided to let the answering machine handle it.
Sarah Smith: I’ve been here so many times and I can honestly say this place is always organized and clean. The customer service varies depending on who takes care of you, I’ve had a great experience with Enrique, Shawn, and Cindy (she’s so sweet!). The worst experience I’ve had here most of the time is in the photo department with a young lady named Virginia, she’s very professional but she needs to do better because my pictures are always never ready when they were supposed to be, and it’s only happened with her. The pharmacy ladies are all very kind and very informative, thank you for all that you do ladies! This may not be the best Walgreens but I’ve been coming here for years for a reason, they make me feel like no problem is too small for them to solve, thank you all !

Rex was automically renewed 3 days ago but today by 430pm still not filled. Got there at 6:58 to pick it up but window already closed. Mallory Brummett: I went to Macy's because the Thanksgiving Day parade said they have a ToysRus there. Well yeah they have a small section on the second floor. I didn't like the ToysRus there because toys were all over the floor, some were even damaged, and the prices were extreme. You can find the same toy at Meijer for $20 less. They have a great selection of clothing and trinkets. Most of the toys are nice but a bit expensive. Try it. You might like it.

The Anser: This place is a disaster. Booked a covid test 24 hours in advance. Followed email instructions stating to visit the drive thru. Both lanes are down. Called and sat on hold for 51 minutes for the lady to tell me nothing they can do that you need to reschedule. I did reschedule to CVS and was taken care of immediately.
