Catherine Hertel: I’ve taken my fur baby to spoiled rotten pets twice now, the first time he went I dropped him off promptly at 8am and was told to come pick him up at 12. When I arrived to pick him up he was not ready and they asked for another hour so I left and came back and he still was not ready, I sat and watched them trim him up at this point and let them know I was leaving town at 2pm so I was on a time constraint .They did a great job and my pup seemed happy so I let it go and chalked it up to maybe they were just running behind that day. I wanted to give them another chance since they did do a great job on his trim up & he seemed happy. I took him back today and right as I was about to pull in they called saying he wasn’t ready when he had been there since 8:20 am! This is at 3pm when I’m scheduled to pick him up, the lady working in the front tells me he was very aggressive (with a rude tone) this time so she couldn’t work with him and that the other lady was going to groom him… She says can you come back and get him in an hour at 4. At this point I’m visibly frustrated, you call me when it’s time to pick him up to tell me he isn’t ready… not a little bit before? I say no, I have to go pick up my child from day camp so she rush trims him up again! My dog was not aggressive at all he was panting as if he was thirsty and just ready to go but no sign of aggression what so ever (I watched the entire haircut) They chalked it up to the lady grooming him just being better with some dogs. We won’t be back, there’s no reason for my baby to have been there since 8:20 am and not ready by his pick up time at 3pm! I hate to leave negative reviews for a small business but I want people to be aware of the situation they could be walking into. They do a great job with the cut even when it’s rushed but the time management is just not good here. They were apologetic and I really like the woman who did his actual cut but it’s not enough for me to go through this again plus the bit of attitude I got from the worker who supposedly just couldn’t work with him when they were in the wrong was not necessary!

A Stephens: Love the way they groom our little guy. He always looks great, but if you leave a message and are waiting for a call back, you may be waiting a really long time. We finally had to go somewhere else after waiting 2 weeks for a call back, and this was not the first time it’s happened to us. The last time we called we told the front desk staff that we had already left multiple messages. They seemed very apathetic. Would have been nice if they offered to walk a few feet to the grooming room and tell the groomers immediately that we had been waiting a long time. No offer to rectify and no responsibility taken. Very disappointed.

Zenobia Cousins Caballero: Absolutely loved this place. My pup suffers from anxiety and she felt so comfortable. She walked right in with the attendant and felt comfortable right away. We’re not local but would definitely frequent Daisy’s if we were.

Deonna Hall: Sophie only stayed for a few hours to get used to the facility. Apparently she really loved it when she got home she was very tired and just laying around. Looking forward to dropping her off on Thursday morning to 4th of August for her week stay.

AC Wade: We have taken our dogs there many times, but recently something has changed. I’ve noticed two of my more high energy dogs not acting right when we pick them up from daycare, but didn’t think too much of it, until this last time they went. One of our babies was continuously throwing up blood and we had to rush her to the emergency vet where she was hospitalized over a couple of nights. The vet diagnosed her with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and her blood work was “pretty bad” according to the vet. She would have died if we didn’t take her in. The only thing that changed was that she went to Daisy’s that day. Something has not been right the last few times they went there, and now one ended up nearly dying. Something suspicious is going on and we will not be returning.

Her dog service may be good, but her services toward a person is poor, especially if it is toward a competing business. Less than one star.

Brooklynn Kolb: If I could give less than one star I would. Customers of Amanda’s should be aware of her malicious behavior of trying to shut down other grooming businesses. She is intentionally preventing others from making a living. She is more concerned about closing other places than finding a way to reopen her own business. She is a very vindictive person and her true colors have really shown. She is unprofessional and called to attack a groomer still working. She lashed out in anger and used foul language over the phone. All of this has been unnecessary. Thankfully her cruel efforts have failed and grooming is available at Pet Food Center with curbside.

They said that I authorized her nails to be ground smooth, I never did. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted her hair cut. They shaved her ears completely. They also said that I signed an agreement authorizing it. I told them yesterday I was on a fixed income what would the charge be for hair cut and her next trading. It came to 230.00. The owner will not talk to me, she told the girl since they did the nails she will not refund the $10.00. I don't who that was that cut her hair, it wasn't the girl that has been cutting it. Finally the girl said that I was lying.

Chasity took great care in all of the small details and I can tell that she was patient and loving with Bowie, because he was not shaking when I picked him up like he commonly does. Chasity took time to go over the cut details to ensure we got we wanted and she explained what services were available, so I could choose which I wanted. Chasity comes highly recommended and now I see why. I'm happy to say, we have found Bowie's groomer!

Amy Beavin: I used to take my dog, Buddy to this establishment. When they changed their hours and no longer took Saturday appointments, I had to find other places to take my toy poodle. I called today to get Buddy an appointment since I have had a change in circumstances and now have the ability to get him there during the week. I was told that since he had not been there for two years, they would no longer be able to groom him. I was so shocked that I even asked her if she just meant not for a few weeks and was told “NEVER”. I have never heard of an establishment telling a customer that they would no longer provide their service to them, but that’s exactly what happened today. I used to recommend this establishment to all my family and friends, but will no longer do so due to the lack of professionalism displayed.

She got so she was unable to stand during the entire grooming process and rather than switch to her face when she needed to rest, then have her stand again, they refused to take her saying she took too long to groom. Heather drove a van to our home and groomed our dog in the van. She was very patient and loving with Sadie, which I can't say the same for Waggin' Tails. With them it's all about the money. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Marilyn Marshall: I have been taking my Havanese and my mother-in-laws Shih Tzu for about a year now but the last time I took them they injured my 1 1/2 year old to the point we thought we would have to put her down. She had the fur ripped out from under her bottom chin that the wound is just now (more than a month now) healing. She is also under a vets care and had to be put on Xanax. She couldn’t lie down to sleep and would keep us up because of her sever shaking. It was severe enough that everyone who has seen her believes she was mistreated. Upon contact with the groomer and owner I’ve txt pics and videos but never even received a true apology. I believe there should be surveillance cameras in the back so if there is a problem like this there would be proof. I mean wouldn’t be to there best interest as well, it could protect the groomer and the business owner. We paid $110 every grooming for out pets to be treated that way. I even recommended them to everyone I know. Now our vet has to do the grooming because our pet has to be sedated.

Emily: Previously a loyal customer for over a year. My dog went every 8 weeks due to his breed & 2 coats. I always paid for the deluxe package & tipped well. The last few visits, my dog was there over 6 hours each time. It's not a consistent process because they are too busy. Past 3 visits he would be given a bath then kenneled WET (and my boy loves the blow dryer!) until they got back to him. The past 2 visits they called to say he was ready, he was still pretty damp & his nails were not done. I asked if there was a problem with him, maybe he's getting worked up being there that long. "Oh no he's such a good boy". Just seriously left a bad taste in my mouth to where I haven't been back.

Lisa Ferrari: Went first time for nail trim. Cut her claws incredibly short, one toe coated in the powder to stop bleeding when they gave her back to me. Worse yet, she is now infested with fleas and I have to pay for a flea treatment. Single animal home and she absolutely did not have fleas before we visited. Not pleased.

Victoria Clarisse: My fur baby loves doggie daycare. He's had his nails trimmed once. He's the best breed of them all, mutt, so we don't think too much about how his breed is supposed to look. Everyone just knows he's a handsome, happy boy who loves his doggie daycare days. He sits pretty in the car on the way there and pouts on the way home.... and then promptly falls asleep. I take him especially on house work days so I can get straight to it after work while he naps.

daniel gonzales: I trally enjoy driving up and being able to see the dogs in the yard being happy go lucky. It makes me feel like my dog is going to be well taken care of. The employees show they really care about the animals and have made a point to remember my dog's name and give me feedbaxk about how he did that day.
