badass taco: The staff was extremely helpul and friendly. I had a prescription transferred from walmart because the price at walmart was outlandish. They gave me the same meds for half the cost of walmart. I was told the pharmacists name was Leland... i hope I spelled it correctly.... a very professional gentleman.I will come to thia cvs any time I need a prescription filled.A++
Alvin Berkowitz: This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacist Zach must have graduated from pharmaceutical school with a D average. Completely rude and unprofessional. Was told I was wasting his time by asking questions

Cobi Schieferstein: I had my second dose of the COVID vaccine scheduled for today at 6:30 pm since january. Got a call today that the appointment was cancelled because they were "out" with no further instructions or help to get the second dose. Went to a different CVS location that said they had the vaccine online, but they were out when I got there. The second store looked for a location that had available shot, and guess what, the original location had them! So why was my appointment cancelled in the first place??? Once I arrived, they said it was "weird" that the appointment was cancelled with no further concern or apology. This entire experience was super frustrating - the staff had no explanation for the misinformation or unprofessionalism. The process of getting the COVID vaccine has been one issue after another.

Wolfe Den: Prescription wasn’t ready on time, and when it was my turn to get my prescription they immediately put up a sign saying the drive thru was closed due to staffing. LOL. What a joke.CVS in general needs to figure this problem out. What happens when people can’t get their potentially life saving medicines because your business is ran so poorly?
Nikki Raymond: First and last time using this pharmacy. Funny my nurse is who recommended this pharmacy. They would not refill my prescription. My regular pharmacy was out of stock, oak hill tried to say it was to early (even though it was not) the previous month my regular pharmacy had to split up my prescription because out of stock issues. Not sure if this is what caused the issue but I went to my regular pharmacy who told me that should not have mattered. They could fill anyways. So I had to drive all the way across town empty handed. I will be getting my script transferred and will never come here again. The rude pharmacist said well you shouldn’t go to different pharmacies?!? Well if cvs kept stock, trust me I wouldn’t Nobody wants to drive across town for a prescriptions. Just one more thing to add to my news story that I have been putting together. Shame on you guys!

Julie Meadows: Your item Meplex Border Post-Op Surgical dressing (item #213170) is a SHAM! It is shown on the box as being 4" x 8" but the sterile dressing portion is ONLY 2" x 5.5". TOTALLY FALSE advertising!!!!! Box even says "Actual Product Size on Back Panel" yet it DOES NOT indicate the dressing size is MUCH smaller than 4" x 8" advertised and shown on the box. I wouldn't mind the exorbitant cost IF the item was as described. I have always valued CVS as a dependable location for health supplies. This has just shattered that belief!

matt wilsey: UPS dropped off a package for me at the CVS on Oak Hill and Lynch Road last week. When I went to pick it up the young lady at the register said my package wasn’t there. I showed her the note that was left by the driver and I showed her the tracking information on the UPS app that both said it was dropped off there. She looked at me and said “I don’t know what to tell you. This is just a drop off. I can’t help you” I asked her to look again, but she said “it’s not here”. I went back the next day and spoke to a different gal and got my package. It was there the first time I tried to pick it up, but the lady couldn’t be bothered to find it for me. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend using this CVS for shipping or receiving of packages and don’t expect any help with other questions or issues you have either.

When you go to pick them up they always say it’s not ready it will be 15 minutes and please come back. I did this one time waited in town and then came back after 15 minutes for them to then tell me that they Don’t have what I need but can have it in 3 days. The staff is mostly friendly but the place is ran horribly!
C. DiSalvo: Today I was waiting on the phone for someone to answer my call in pharmacy for 30 minutes. I was tempted to see how long they would ignore the phone calls and go up to the drive through and ask when are you going to answer my call with the phone in my hands still playing that music/same advertisement. Not a happy camper. Time for a new.place to get my meds.

emily smith: There is not an option for 0 stars. This pharmacy has lost my Rx numerous times and the pharmacy techs are completely useless. They are also so argumentative and RUDE! The pharmacists always watch how the techs treat the customers and they do nothing about it. The tech that just "helped" me in the drive thru was a complete nightmare. The HIPAA violations that go on in this place are unbelievable. Run away as fast as you can and get to the nearest Walgreens.

Waited 45 minutes on hold to attempt to ask to have my sons medicine which they claimed was out of stock transferred. Only found this out per the app no one from the store called me, so I waited hours for this medicine to be filled to find out it won’t. Finally hung up and having my sick child wait until tomorrow to be able to physically drive there and ask it be transferred. Just plain ridiculous!

Kristin Bergman: Want to give a shout out (and props) to the 2 person team working 12/22/21 around 6:30 pm. They were incredibly busy and very understaffed. When I was at the counter (after politely waiting my turn because I understand being understaffed) a woman walked up to the counter and began to say (and not politely at all) that the drive thru had a very long line and people were not being serviced. The technician responded that they were taking care of people as fast as they could. She then yelled at them how were people supposed to know that the drive thru was closed. The technician pointed out that they had closed the gate to the window. I, personally, would have thought that was the international sign that any drive thru was closed. The women then yelled, “well why don’t you put up a sign!?”. To which the female pharmacist stated that they were so busy they hadn’t even had the time to make a sign. I personally chimed in at this point and told this rude (and unmasked 😤) woman that these poor people were doing the best they could!I understand getting frustrated; but come on! Nearly every business is struggling to find employees. We are living in tough times. Why would you be so rude??? The folks that work at this location have been nothing but good/helpful to me. I hope if that rude woman goes to try and complain that management sees this review. I’m so sorry to the pharmacist and technician tonight who were basically verbally abused by this woman. Nobody deserves to be treated that way; never!

It’s never ready when it should be, and considering it’s for ADHD meds, they’re kinda essential to make sure I don’t run out, yet some how every time I go to pick up my RX it’s just not ready. I’ve even spoken on the phone, and told them I would pick it up today, but yet my RX has been “in process” for 3 hours now. I can’t keep going days without the meds I need to function on a day to day basis because this pharmacy cannot seem to have my prescription ready.

Amanda G: I have run into several problems with obtaining prescriptions via this particular pharmacy. Regardless of my physician calling multiple times for refills, they have claimed several different times of not receiving information or calls. Also, their personal website claims pharmacy is open at 6am. When going there, is clearly closed. Multiple sites state different times. Please fix this issue and organize a better method of receiving physician refill requests. Also, the drive through pick up and drop off is nothing short of horrendous. Whomever built the store and thought having the pneumatic tube system go throughout the entirety of the store for pharmacy use was not thinking. I've never had a problem with staff though. They've always been helpful.

Aaron Brown: Worst pharmacy ive ever used. Never have your medicine ready when its supposed to. The big girl that works the register is rude to elderly customers and if you ask her a question she comes back with a sarcastic remark. The pharmacists there are all scatter brained. I dont recommend anyone using this pharmacy!! Unless your ready to spend a hour of your day trying to get your meds refilled.

Allyssa Umbanhowar: If I could give zero stars I would. I had a billing issue and the staff were very rude, and when it was fixed I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I came in literally 45 minutes later I was told that the prescription was not ready. And it would be 10 more minutes. Then I talked to someone else and it had been ready the entire time. Even if it hadn’t been ready, the techs were in the pharmacy on their phones talking about people and their new babies and who had just had them. Very unprofessional and nothing will get done that way. I have been at this pharmacy 2 months and I will be transferring again. I would rather drive 20 minutes extra than deal with this pharmacy again.

Almost every time me or my mother come here, they don't have the medication ready, even if we show up hours later than when they said it would be. Shout-out to Taylor at the Taylor avenue pharmacy for being their most rude employee. All around unprofessional, there are some workers that are compassionate and speak to you like you are a human being but other than that maybe think of hiring better people? Or people that are actually qualified to be a pharmacist and not someone just looking for the next paycheck? Just a thought.

Corey Ellermann: Line was crossed today by this pharmacy. The past two years here have been terrible, between missing target times for filling and not advising me they were out of critical medication. Today I was called in an antibiotic by my doctor. Advised by doctor that if I did not start the antibiotic today, the likelihood of needing IV antibiotics goes up significantly. Called and informed the pharmacist this, and they promised by 4:30. Also was told that pharmacy closes at 7. By six, I had heard nothing. Called again and was informed it would be ready by 6:20. Just needed to get there by 7. Left at 6:30, received text at 6:32 saying it was ready. Live approximately 12 minutes away. Arrived at pharmacy at 6:43. Total of 7 vehicles in drive-thru. Waited for several minutes, no movement except in first line. Moved into first line at 6:58, and, big surprise, line starts moving. Get to window at 7:01, and was told by Keiona (sp) that they couldn't help me, because I was too late. Told her I was in line well before 7, and was told I was lying. She saw me pull up after 7. I told her this was not the case, and she told me to get there sooner next time. Told her this was literally not possible, because it was not even ready until less than 30 minutes before closing. Yelling began. Ultimately, they gave me my prescription, but it took a lot of arguing to get there. I understand they are under pressure, due to the state of the world, but you NEVER call a customer a liar, especially when there is proof that is false. Recorded calls, text timecodes, and camera footage from their own security system doesn't lie. Transferring all medicine tomorrow. By the way, if you want to know why the place has fallen apart, they don't even have a store manager, according to their receipts.

Aerial DeVillez: Every single month for the last 8 months I have been coming to this pharmacy because it is close....every single month I have issue after issue with them not filling my daughters prescription or they didn't order it so it will be another week before she can have her medication that she has to have to function daily. It is outrageous that it has been 8 months of problems and probably 6 out of the 8 times I've had to take her prescription somewhere else to even get her medications filled. We will not be back to this place. The people who work here are rude and don't even try to be nice to customers....customers pay your bills, no customers no income idiots!!! Will be switching to a pharmacy that care about their customers immediately.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to pick up my pain medication to be told they don't have it. Sometimes it's go to the other store and sometimes, it's we don't have it. Twice in less than 2 months. That's unacceptable for someone who is permanently disabled and in chronic pain. They absolutely don't care when they do it either. If you want to be in patient care? You should do it right or not do it at all. I'm contacting a attorney because it's ridiculous.

thomas savino: I live in Illinois over 6 hours away and I receive a daily robo-call on my office phone at work from this place Stating Dennis, your prescription is ready blah blah blah. I have called and complained and was asked for my account details even after I explained I was not Dennis and I did not live in Indiana and therefore did not have an account. Then was told there was nothing they could do for me. I called their corporate office and was again told there was nothing they could do because my office number was not associated with an account and since I did not know Dennis's account info, there was no way they could verify. I deny the call at work but it calls back immediately. Super annoying

Abigail Garner: VERY horribly spoken to by the minute clinic nurse. She made me feel incompetent when I told her that I didn't carry my health insurance card on me all the time. She then proceeds to just attack me with her words. If her goal was to make a very sick young adult feel small, well then, she did. So congrats, I hope that made you feel good and you can go home tonight hating yourself a little less.
Harvey Staggs: Great little place to get those items you forgot while traveling. Familiar with the chain so we chose CVS for that reason. Good clean store.
