Joseph Weber: Didn't seem to care if they made patients feel better, only interested in how much they could charge each time for an appointment. Girls at front counter acted like they were doing patients a favor by waiting on them and office manager only cared about how much money was being charged. If you can use another provider to get the same service I would recommend you do so. Patients are just cash cows to them1

Bob Tank let me know that It was important I had the orthotic he made for me and gave it to me when he was unsure if the VA was going to pay at all. I unfortunately have had the need for Prorehab more than a few times over the years and have always had amazing care. The latest was no exception. I had a work comp claim with another large therapy giver in the area and it was no where near the care I received here. 10 stars

Whitney Westerfield: Amazing workers I go to ProRehab West! Grant is just amazing and caring. He pushes you to get to where you need to be, he also listens and understands you. All the OT's there are amazing, and PT's. Tim is still the coolest guy out there :) The front desk ladies are very caring and always greet me through the door. I wouldn't be able to tell if they are having a bad day or not, they always have a smiling face and really great at getting to my calls and rescheduling when needed for my schedule with work and kids! As I am still a current patient but have been a patient for a while now, my daughter had surgery as well and was seen by OT's there and is already out back on the field playing softball with no problems with a wrist surgery, the staff still ask me how she is and checking in on her and I like that. It doesn't feel like I am just going to a therapist, I am going to be walking through that door to a family. Keep up all the good work out there to everyone :)

I was able to finish my therapy a lot faster than my right knee replacement ( that therapy was not at Pro-Rehab) I would highly recommend Pro -Rehab for anyone in need of physical therapy, everyone is friendly, encouraging and very professional .

Jeremy: This group are very personable and professional. They have enough availability to have options and still fulfill your routine. PT’s and front office were amazing.
Amber Lane: Hebron elementary is right by this business. We have to pick up our children at a certain time. A lot of us were nearby waiting to move forward. There were a few cars who sat by the exit of Progressive Health. They should not be blocking the exits, but people do. Me and a few cars were not blocking this exit. A lady who works there comes out yelling at all of us. Here’s my thing, there’s a way to talk to people. There’s no reason she couldn’t have came out and talked nicely to each of us to say, “Hey, you’re blocking these exits, can you please move your car forward a bit.” Instead, we got, “YOU ALL ARE BLOCKING THE EXIT. OUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO EXIT. YOU NEED TO MOVE NOW. MOVE NOW. I SAID NOW. YOU NEED TO MOVE. MOVE FORWARD,” as she went to each car yelling. Like I said, I completely understand the exit shouldn’t be blocked. I wasn’t even the one blocking the exit. However, there should be a way you talk to people. That wasn’t it.
Judi Foster: Great staff all around, clean and efficient. The only complaint I ever had was that at one point they were having trouble getting some essential equipment properly repaired or replaced which is no reflection on the staff. They care about those they serve.

Sidney S: I would absolutely recommend this facility. Kalin recently evaluated my knee and I truly felt heard. He took his time to listen to my issue and was super informative with explaining my diagnosis. Their receptionist Barb added to making me feel right at home. Although I don't anticipate injuring myself again, I know where I want to go if I ever do!
