Nick Hackworth: After calling around to a few moving companies and getting a recommendation from a realtor, we decided to have NuSpace move us across town. They were quick to give us an estimate and an exact time/day they would be arriving (this past Monday at 8am). The crew (Brandon, Royce, Shawn, and Aaron) was in our driveway 10 minutes early getting their supplies ready and putting protective covers on the door jambs and floor. By 8, they were already padding and wrapping furniture. The entire crew was friendly, very professional, and patient with us as we had to wait until the last minute to disassemble our two 8-month olds' cribs. They worked quickly, but were careful with all of our furniture and boxes. When we arrived at our new house, they again quickly but carefully moved everything exactly where we needed it to go. No furniture or walls were damaged during the move. The entire move, from arrival at the old house until the time everything was in place at the new house, took less than 3.5 hours for a full 3 bed/2 bath house. We can't say enough good things about NuSpace and Brandon, Royce, Shawn, and Aaron. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we ever move in the future.

Christopher Blair: My wife and I are Evansville natives who lived in Louisville for 13 years until a few weeks ago when we moved from a 3bd 2ba house in Louisville, KY to a 1bd 1ba apartment + storage space in Sarasota, FL. We called around to a number of moving companies who all wanted upwards of $10k and could only guarantee a 2-week window for moving our things into the apartment. Now mind you, we had whittled our belongings down to about the amount that would fit a 1bd/1ba with a little extra for a storage space, so we aren’t talking about a full-size semi-trailer here. By sheer luck, my father happened to run into NuSpace’s owner, Adam, who was wearing a NuSpace t-shirt and inquired about their services. Based on that interaction, Adam came to Louisville from Evansville to check out our belongs to help with drawing up an estimate. They worked with us on arranging specific move out and move in dates and stayed within our established budget and timeline (no vague delivery window). NuSpace sent 2 movers, Brandon and Shawn, who were patient, diligent hard workers. Both had a sense of humor and engaged with us beyond just moving the furniture. They wrapped all our furniture and carefully loaded up our house within 2 hours. 2 days later, they unloaded the truck and placed furniture and boxes in our apartment where designated, then drove the rest to our nearby storage space, all within 2 hours as well. They even helped me navigate the storage space, as I was a novice to public storage. Nothing was broken over a 14-hour drive, which is absolutely remarkable. Job well done guys! Very affordable and absolutely too-notch service. Excellent customer service at every touch point. I highly recommend NuSpace for local and long-distance moves.

If this is truly the case you may want to look into why Russell is using you companies name and email address for sending quotes.If you want proof I can email it to you.He is using this information but the quotes he sends say they are for Safebound movers.Either way the quotes come from a Belmont email address.You are probably using a third party company to get you business and that is how Russell uses the Belmont address.You May want to look into it.Until I get the correct company or the money back I can't remove the review. I'm only following the documents, name, email and other information I have.Safebound took advantage of the elderly. My mother Peggy Green, spoke to a Russell Swanson, who claimed he is from Belmont moving located in, IN. He took down all of the information about her possessions the size truck she needed and gave her the quote.While on the phone with Russell my mother felt very rushed and like he was not listening. During the conversation which I'm sure was recorded, she went over all of the items that they needed moved and is much detail as possible within the time restraint that Russell gave her as well as stating several times the actual size of truck she estimated she would need which was at least an 800 ft cubic truck. Russell gave her a quote at the end of the conversation for a all in total $2,573, see attached with a down payment of $1,157.30. The down payment was paid right then so they could reserve their slot. I believe either the same day or the next day my mother called Russell back to reiterate the size of the truck that she needed for her possessions which was an 800 cubic square foot unit. Russell reassured her that's what she would get and was quoted for.When the movers arrived to pick up her possessions they told her that she had to give them $400 cash or they weren't going to move their her stuff. With my mother being elderly and under stress and pressure from the movers she went ahead and gave them the $400 cash. Then when she was charged for the remainder of the move which should have only been $1416, rounded up, but instead they charged her $4,314.91 more. The total that she paid was $5, 872.21. That is more than double what she was quoted. Not one time anybody act like they cared about her or her possessions but instead cared more about the money. If she wouldve been quoted this amount to begin with she never would have went with the company. No one would. We reached out to Belmont directly about this and were told this should have never happened and someone would be back in contact with us. We have yet to hear from someone. We want at least $3,000 refunded ASAP.

Colette Tejeda: I was quoted $3600 for my cross country move for which I provided the exact number of standard size moving boxes and measurement of the few furniture items. Once the moving company came they charged an additional $1600 and told me that my only option was to pay it or have the items taken off the truck and that I would forfeit the $1330 in deposits I had already paid. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The are bait and switch scam artists that have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The "Senior Moving Specialist", Jay White who quoted my move no longer has a reachable phone.

Josh Hillenbrand: Top notch moving company here! They took a job for me that no one else would take. I ordered a stone with granite top outdoor kitchen. The company that sold it to me had no plan on how to get it off a delivery truck much less get it to the patio where I needed it. After trying with 2 different carriers and damage to my yard and lane they just dropped it off in my yard while no one was home and damaged the kitchen in the process. I had no way of moving this to my patio on my own as it was L-shaped and probably over 800 lbs. Furniture Fetchers sent 6 guys out and got the job done. Vienna Harvey: Terrible experience. I contacted Shetler/Atlas two months in advance of my move, but after an initial phone call and quote I then got radio silence. The agent I first connected with apparently moved positions but gave me no heads up; I found out via an auto-reply from her email. For several weeks after I tried repeatedly via phone and email to contact the next agent I was directed to, as well as getting back in touch with the original person, and heard NOTHING from anyone. I still have not heard anything after trying to get in touch with four different agents.

William Borders: We went with their default insurance — not the ridiculously over priced insurance they sell. WHAT A MISTAKE. Upon arrival of our furniture (which was late) it seemed like the company had almost gone out of their way to damage our furniture. We ended up with a broken dining room table, a broken nightstand, and damage to several dining room chairs. The furniture was not wrapped or padded.Our move was in June and we are yet to receive a check based in the weight of the furniture for the above listed damages, despite repeated phone calls and emails to the company.Damaged chairs are pictured here.

Drew Peyronnin: Excellent experience at every touch point. Ron in the office asked thoughtful questions regarding my in home furniture move. After discerning the weight of two pieces going down two flights of stairs he insisted on sending three movers to avoid the risk of injury which was definitely the right call. Ron provided a firm quote for the move, which was very reasonable, and scheduled a time. I received a call the day before to confirm and a final call when the crew was on the way - arriving at the exact time they were scheduled.Shaun was the lead man along with Stacy and Jacob. They were all friendly and made serious efforts to safely move the furniture without damage. These were very tough pieces to move and I never sensed any displeasure with the task at hand. Clearly taking pride in their work and being great representatives for their company.At every point, every person preformed flawlessly.I'm not looking forward to moving furniture again, but when that happens Wagemann will get the call.

Doyle Hayes: Make sure you know all the details BEFORE you hire. I was NOT aware that you are being charged from the time they leave the business and not when they arrive at your home. Also, not sure why if they extend 10 minutes after an hour they charge you for the extra 20 minutes to make an even half hour. The 2 guys were VERY friendly but did NOT have the manpower to do the job in a timely manor. Took 5 1/2 hours with only 2 people until another young kid showed up to help. It would of been so much better if there were 4 guys working to get the job done faster and more efficient. Not sure if I will use this group again in the future. Not a satisfied client!
