Elaine Beliles: I have been here several times. My favorite place for seafood in the tri state. The scallops are huge and well worth the money. I get the pier 17 special as a seasoning for the boil and it is always so delicious. Service is always fast and friendly. I cannot praise this restaurant and staff enough.

Deborah Sheese: Food was delicious. We had table of 6. Frog legs,coconut shrimp, grits and shrimp,shrimp tacos,seafood pasta,and oysters. Everyone liked their food. Exception the oysters were not fresh they were from a can. You were allowed a 1 side dish. My husband got hush puppies with his Frog legs.I had oysters and I chose coleslaw for my side. I got a souffle cup of slaw. Which was about 2 tablespoons.Very disappointing when your paying 18 plus for a plate of food and ur side is small. With that being said the slaw that I got was delish. Took a bit to get our appetizers. And food about 25 min later our main.

Dusk Wind: It was a dreary Saturday at 1pm and we decided to give Catfish Willy's a try. Unfortunately the excursion wound up reflecting the day itself.The floor was so sticky that I felt glued to my seat; locked into the underwhelming meal that would follow.We started with an appetizer that was little more than fried mashed potatoes balls though it supposedly had fish in them somewhere it was so bland we could not differentiate the ingredients.Rhe fried filets of their namesake left me beyond disappointed. The opportunities for seasoning and flavor seemed to have been missed as I gnashed teeth on a mouthful of cornmeal and fish. I followed this up with a bite of their vinegar coleslaw which tasted as though it had gone bad but we debated if that was the result of seasoning or if it had truly turned.The Grippo BBQ Broil Kababos were an improvement but only a slight one. Stacked with mostly potatoes you cannot help but feel your wallet crying and your stomach rumble in frustration. Which is the key problem with Catfish Willy's - their menu leaves a lot to be desired. From what is on it to how it is prepared, let alone the cost, the meal was not worth it.

Nancy Jernigan: Been 10years since I last visited and probably will be 10more before considering it again. All the flavor was at bottom of pot. No way to dip in the butter when it's burried under food. Noise travels a lot so if you want to have a conversation with someone at your table the entire restaurant can hear everything including screaming kids hanging out in front lobby.

More than an hour from the time we sat down until we got our food other people that sat down after us got their food before us? Wouldn't go back there again if it was free the people sitting next to us came over from Illinois after a friend recommended the restaurant and We all had a good laugh about it all the way around a negative experience and the restaurant was even cold like they didn't have the heat turned on Would suggest they get more people in there they will go out of business very soon

Asia May: Wanted to give it a try and was DISAPPOINTED!! Bill was 80$ and the food was horrible. We had Lobster dip , salmon dinner and catfish dinner. 2 drinks. Drinks were not mixed well, dip was very salty. Salmon was Imitation. The catfish was good. For the price for a dinner should definitely have 2 sides instead of 1. 19$ for a salmon dinner and 1 side. Never again*update to catfish reply!!!First let me say this, my reviews are always fair and you can review my account! The food was TERRIBLE! Yes it might be a favorite but it was not good and salty as I stated! Yes raven was our server and she made our drinks I believe that was not blended well had full ice cubes still in both. Her service was fine. Since you brung her name into my review. The salmon was not fresh it definitely was not REAL salmon. The catfish was good. But again for the price of a dinner with one side is pricey. I’m glad you found my Receipt and did a breakdown. Still will never come back. Sorry but my option my review.

Arielle Miller: Went last night, i normally get crab stuffed whitefish(which is great). But this time, got the stuffed shrimp with grits & hushpuppies. Absolutely delicious, spicy & full of flavor! This beat out our favorite cajun restaurant in Florida. My only recommendation would be to add a little more shrimp. Otherwise, hands down the best meal I’ve ever eaten out!

Lois Vaupel: My husband and I LOVE this place! We drive an hour and half to eat here! The seafood boils are amazing. My husband gets the crawfish and says they are cooked perfect every time. On our last visit, they had added more dinner options (besides seafood) to the menu and a robot server to bring our food to us. Our server, Malina, made sure we were well taken care of. We can't rave enough about this place. Definitely worth it. Give it a try!

Melanie KRD: We went for Good Friday and enjoyed a nice meal as a family. We all got side garden salads and they were huge! The coconut shrimp appetizer is always a go-to for us; the dipping sauce is delicious. Our meals included fish & chips, shrimp skewers, and a make your own with shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp. Everything was good and we left with several to go boxes. The menu was a bit pricer than we remember, so we won't go often, buy every now and then it's a nice meal.
