Mandy M.: We love the Garden School! We transferred our 3 year old there last year after she had been attending a preschool that didn't seem to be challenging her enough. Within a week of starting the Garden School she was spelling her name. We were so impressed. She is now 5 and can read, write, spell, add and subtract, speak French, and held the lead role in the fall play. I am confident that she will be fully prepared for kindergarten in the fall.
Molly Snyder: A unique approach to childcare! Plays, parties, animals, art projects, and amazing field trips! This is where traditional and modern collide beautifully! The Garden School is a family-involved childcare center.
Anne of Rogers Park: Amazing, unique, and loving school. They transformed my once anxious and badly behaved kid into a respectful little dude. My kid never wants to leave when he’s there and doesn’t cry in the morning when it’s time to go. :-) so happy there!!!

Picans I: I'm getting ready to enroll my second child at the Garden School. We loved every bit of the experience the first time around, and are excited do it again! The teachers are loving and caring; the kids learn so much, eat healthy food, and get plenty of active time - so important at this age.
Jessica Volz: The Garden School is everything I dreamed of to prep my children for school. They teach them all the basics but they go above and beyond that. They teach them sign language, French, math, reading, writing, and more. They do lots of crafts and science projects. They go on awesome field trips during the school year and an extra big one every week of the summer program. They also take them swimming 2 days a week during the summer. The kids have uniforms for trips and swimming so they all match. They even wash the suits and towels for you. At the end of the summer you get to keep your child's sandals and flip-flops. All the food is homemade at the school by the teachers. They provide breakfast, lunch, & snack everyday and same thing if they are gone on a trip. They teach the children good discipline techniques such as listening & being polite. I would highly recommend this school and to do a tour if your even remotely curious about it. 2 of my 3 children attend The Garden School, with plans for my third child to attend there next year.
Heidi Puttananickal: We love The Garden School! Between my two oldest daughters, they have been going there for over 3 years. They have learned so much in their time at the school. My youngest is very timid and shy and has really come out of her shell since starting there. She just turned 4 and is writing her name. She even asks to go to school on weekends. I've never once had a negative experience and the teachers have my utmost trust that they will take care of my children like they are their own. All of the food they serve is made by the teachers and my kids love it! They go on amazing field trips and help teach the kids to swim if they attend their summer program (they take them swimming twice a week all summer). If you're curious about the school, I encourage you to check it out for yourself; you will not be disappointed.
Jacob H: Horrible horrible place. They lie about everything to cover their tracks. My child went here for a total of 4 days before I could get him to talk about school and now I know why. He was locked into a room for talking and as he was crying he said that the teachers told him he wasn't allowed to tell his parents or he would get further punishment. When i went to the school to address this information instead of being concerned and wanting to investigate the teachers the owner got mad and defensive. She also blocked us from her Facebook page to prevent a bad review and sent us messages on Facebook telling us that she would sue us for defamation of character. I got my attorney involved and it turns out there are about 12 to 15 others that are making the same realizations of this school and on one account a child was actually picked up by the police about a block away on green river road walking around that had some how got out and the teachers had no idea that they lost a 4 yr old. The only reason they get one star is because zero isn't an option.

cassidy hunt: My kids currently attend here. The staff is so friendly and silly! My son has sensory problems and they have been able to get him to eat foods I've been trying to feed him for forever!! They do energy breaks, read books, have sensory play and they keep me updated on any illnesses or accidents. My kids LOVE it here!

amber graber: I love Little Dreamers and so does my little man. The girls are so friendly and I truly feel like they do their best to educate and have fun with the children. They love my babe like their own and it feels like home when I take him there. You can truly tell he loves being there and has grown leaps and bounds since starting there. His speech has drastically excelled. I will always recommend LDC when friends/family are looking for exceptional childcare.
Megan Hobbs: We love LDC!!!! My middle daughter went there, and she still asks to go play with her friends in the summer when school is out. My youngest is there now. She has so many friends, and has learned so much! Her speech and social skills are spot on for her age, and we know this is in part to how much they work with the kiddos!!! Any time we’ve needed to ask for help with a kiddo’s needs, they’ve always been receptive and helped or corrected things. We trust LDC and will continue to refer and send our own children to them.
Rachael Edwards: I couldn't have asked for a better preschool/daycare for my daughter! So thankful the years they loved my daughter like their own!
Keisha Ignacio: This is the third daycare my son has been to since moving to Evansville. 1st one was too laid back, 2nd was way too strict. My son absolutely loves it here and no longer crys when I have to take him every morning. He sometimes even asks to go on the weekends. He has learned so much from his teachers.
Collin Glass: Everyday when I pick my son up from daycare he tells me all about his friends and all the activities he gets to do. Everyone has great experience and loves to help. He has learned a lot with the help of his teachers.

Jennifer Davis: If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I know of 3 cps reports about this daycare. My daughter still has nightmares about it and begs me not to ever take her back. I and Three other parents all pulled children at the same time due to improperly treating our children.

Geoffrey Cox: I can't speak for the church but the preschool was terrible. We constantly were told our son wasn't ready for school and wasn't behaving. It ended up getting to the point that they ended up kicking him out. No matter what we said or did punishment wise it never helped. It was not until we finally took him and enrolled him In a private school that we found out he wasn't being challenged enough or taught at all, because the new school says he is fantastic. He is smart and is very well behaved. Not sure what the issue was with bethel. Maybe they just didn't like him which upsets me because I have gotten on to him for his behavior even when he said he was good because I took the word of the teachers.

STATE DAR CONTEST OF ESSAYS...held in May in Indianapolis....the winner there goes on to NATIONAL DAR CONTEST OF ESSAYS in Washington , D.C .

Brenda Matthews: We went to vote at Bethel United Church. They were very nice and was offering coffee, caffeine and non-caffeine along with tea, since the line for voters was so long. Very accommodating and friendly.

mrdoodlewoodle: Best church ever. This is where i go so if people say its not and they've never been come talk to me. There are a few things that i don't like one of those is the old ladies there. They get onto the older kids if the younger kids do something their not suppost to do.
Leah Fowler: The United Church of Christ is a progressive denomination and is a great place to begin a spiritual journey, or to find renewal if you haven't been at church in a while. Bethel has programs for families, and its current Interim Pastor Dr. Stephanie Weiner is great at giving pastoral care and preaching.
John V.: Never been inside, but they're nice enough to subject the surrounding neighborhood to bells at the hour and half hour, and music at noon and six o'clock. It's quite lovely to be relaxing, watching something on Netflix, while a PA system across the street blares Kumbayah and If You're Happy and You Know It. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Bethel United Church of Christ.

Lori A: My child has gone to their summer academy for 4 years & we're so happy to have this option. It's the only place I have found where they actually use adults to engage the children during their work & actually engage the children so they learn. I am thrilled to have a place where they can still be stimulated & learn over the summer & not have some kid just sit there with them

Abigail Lowery: Been here since I was in jpk. Love It! Best School Ever! Great education, great teachers, small classes good one on one time. Lots of labs and they have great trail so we can learn outside. Nice that they carry in lunch from a vendor each day. Monday is Subway, Tuesday is Greeks Pizza, Wednesday is Pita Pit, Thursday is Wok N Roll, and Friday is Penn Station. They have good activities after school, physical and educational. The school is very safe and they have good security.
