Post House: what do users think?
Carlos Raucci: We lived here for a year and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience! If you are looking to move in to downtown Evansville then this is the place. Maggie and Jacob are extremely helpful and always available. The few hiccups we had were addressed immediately. The only reason we left is because we moved to Indianapolis, otherwise we would still be living here. Thank you team Post House for all of your hospitality.
Schroeder_ Shears: Living at The Posthouse has been one of the greatest decisions I could have made. The staff is incredibly kind and more than willing to help with any need. Their location is absolute perfection. The entire aesthetic and amenities they offer is beyond compare. I have truly adored living here!
Slade Killman: If you are looking for the best apartments in Evansville look no further. Love the staff!
Patty Magnant: My daughter moved to PostHouse to attend IU medical school in Evansville. This place is a solid 10! The apartment is big and spacious. Price is very competitive. I suggest getting the parking. The amenities are so nice you have to see it to believe it! Apartments go fast so don’t delay!
Yoga Snack: Staff goes above and beyond, they are very kind here. The apartment and public spaces are beautiful, love the coworking space.
Sandi Smith: Jacob answered all my questions, great personality, terrific customer service skills! RADIX rocks :-)
Victoria Rone: If you're looking to move to Evansville, Post House is the place to be. I've lived here for almost 2 years and have very much enjoyed my stay. This is one of the nicest apartments I have been in. The Co-Working space is such a rare luxury, especially if you work from home! I spend 50+ hours a week here easily, and there is a fully stocked coffee machine. The leasing staff is extremely friendly, pleasant, and responsive. I had a minor shower issue and emailed Jacob (Property Manager) on a Saturday morning. Within 10 minutes he called me to get more details on the situation. A response time that quick (ON A WEEKEND) is unheard of!This is definitely a complex that emphasizes community. From movies on the front lawn, to margarita and bingo, to trivia night, there is usually something to look forward to. Many of the residents are super friendly and easy to get to know. It is very pet friendly, which could be a plus or a minus. 11/10 would recommend.
Morgan Phillips: We've lived at Post House, since its beginning. We'd planned to stay long enough to find a home nearby... but we've enjoyed it too much - at this point, this is home. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service. Jacob and Maggie are wonderful, as are all of the property staff we've encountered. Maintenance concerns (there have been very few) have been addressed, same day, and the team goes to great lengths to be mindful of time and privacy. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Post House is definitely the nicest apartment community we've seen in the Evansville area - which is why we're renewing our lease for a third time. There are a ton of amenities and the underground parking is tops. For us, though, the biggest selling point truly is the property staff - they are genuinely kind people who remember your name, and pay attention. Speaking with them is always a pleasure, and it never feels forced. Things don't get done "some time," they get done immediately, and you never feel like a burden as a resident. A lot of people might not care about that, but working and living alongside friendly people is a priority for us. We choose Post House, and we've never regretted it. If you're interested in luxury living, by the river (yes, you can see it from many units), you should call Jacob or Maggie and schedule a tour.
Hanna Wilson: I couldn't be more happy with Post House. I truly love living here. It's quiet yet social if you want it to be. The common areas are always clean and the amenities are awesome. The best part about Post House is the staff! Jacob (Manager) is fantastic and Maggie (Front Desk) is seriously the best. They go above and beyond to help with any request and they make living here very enjoyable.
Robert Wiederstein: Very business like and professional. Emails, phone calls and maintenance requests were completed promptly and in a gracious manner. The staff is friendly and eager to accommodate. Location is close to great entertainment and dining options. My spouse and I would definitely rent there again if we remained in the area.
Brian Mann: From the initial walk-thru, our move-in, and now 5 months later, Maggie and Jacob have done a fantastic job making us feel welcome. Between the beautiful apartments and modern amenities, my daughter and I (plus Sparrow) couldn't be happier to be a part of the Post House family.
Chris Moore: I've been here for the better part of a year, and still love it. Location, ameneties, people; really is the best community in down town.
Sattva Photo: Post House is far and away the nicest apartment complex in Evansville. The staff, especially the property manager, Jacob, are incredibly kind - which, if you've ever rented an apartment before, you know can be a rarity. 5 stars all the way around for the Post House.
Bodi MC: I'm not sure I could imagine a nicer apartment complex. The location is great, amenities are top notch, and the staff is really nice. Highly recommend Post House.
Julie Jung: When they say live, work, play they mean it! One of the best concepts to be introduced to Downtown Evansville! The staff is amazing, no matter what silly question or request you have! Facilities are kept clean and updated, Jacob and Maggie are the best! Why live anywhere else?
Frank Jung: My wife and I love the Post House. The staff is amazing. A great concept and culture!
Ben Barnhart: This place is always immaculately kept, friendly staff, and great location. Definitely would recommend!
Jack Ramey: Great staff and friendly neighbors. Small community of great people with fun events and amenities.
Karen Doss: I loved my time at the post house! Love the front office, the maintenance team, the other tenants, just overall a great experience! I was new to Evansville, so love the fact I was just a couple blocks from coffee, restaurants, a wine bar, small shops - everything you’d want to be able to walk to. And I can’t say enough about the staff. Maggie is a sweetheart who really cares about the tenants, Sam takes care of the whole place and really does a good job, and Jacob has been there since day one and is always pushing to improve the place. They all went above and beyond for me, and I know I will be stopping by for years to come just to say hi because they are wonderful people who are more like friends!
Brandon Morris: Spoke with Jake about the Post House. Great to work with. We ultimately ended up in another part of the state but we’re impressed with property and especially with Jake!
Josh Kirk: The office staff is the best I’ve met. And I truly enjoy the socials on the lawn and the upstairs club area.

Dalehaven Estates: what do users think?
Brittney Kochersperger: Is it pet friendly and how much is it for pet and the total to move in
harleyd1902: I worked ar Dalehaven, I was fired by a manager that didn't like the fact I stood up for the tenants and their issues. She lied to upper management and the owner to have me fired, unfortunately it worked. Neither the owner or the management company would even hear my side or the evidence. They swept it all under the rug. Absolute shame that a group of grown individuals would allow such treatment of both tenants and employees. I guess profit was more important than people in the end. What the property manage failed to express was that I worked for free, several times I was on property doing my job long before my shift started, cleaning up trash, making ready for the days events etc. What she also failed to tell upper management was she requested I not turn in any over time as well. Any time I spoke to the management company it immediately got back to the property manager. After all that, she quit them like a bad habit. Sooo, they fired a dedicated employee at the word of a horrible one that quit lol. Mean while several tenants suffered because she would pick and choose whom got the attention of maintenence. I was even slapped on the hand when I spoke to the owner about the issues on property. It was shortly after I was fired based of absolute lies made by the property manager.
Bailey McIntyre: A absolute dump of an apartment complex. There is a revolving door of employees because management treats employees like dirt and it’s the same way they treat their residents.
Ashley Strother: The staff has always been eager to help and is always smiling. All around positive experience!
Amanda Dwiggins: Nice apartments at a great price! Office staff is friendly and helpful!
Lucretia Sherman: Need trash to be picked up more often.. tenants pay rent seems like they can afford pick up two times a week other than that... Ok
christa mayes: My daughter has been waiting at least 2 months for Misty to finish processing her application. Seems like every couple of days there’s a another piece of paperwork she forgot to have her complete. We’ve called the property owners and still nothing has been done. If Misty is too busy or not capable of doing her job then she should be replaced. It doesn’t take 2 months to approve or deny someone for an apartment. There is a total lack of urgency or professionalism when it comes to management.
Lori Rakestraw: I have lived here at Dalehaven Estates for 21 years!! Just wanted to hop on here and give my review!! The maintenance crew are very poliet and nice!!! Troy is terrific and does a fantastic job! The ladies in the office are so very nice!! The apartment is perfect!! I love that they have a police officer that walks the apartment complex a few times a week. The only issue I have ever had and still have are the parents allowing their children to play and ride bikes in the parking lots around everyone's vehicles. I've had a few instances where these children were actually setting, leaning and crawling on top of my car and my neighbors car. I've had them riding their bikes in the parking lot and leaning them and/or running them into the car. Playing ball and football in the parking lot hitting ppls vehicles. They are not going by the rules. These things really need to be addressed and dealt with because ppl here at these apartments work to hard to get the little things and want them taking care of no matter what their vehicles look like we sure don't want them to get damaged.
Mike Reynolds: Been searching for a place in Evansville so I could be closer to my doctor's but with some of these reviews about the lady that works in the office i think I'll look somewhere else
Nastasia Durham: Very nice place been here almost a year very quiet office ladies very nice and also the apartments as well
Orlando Cepeda: The woman in the office is terrible and a thief. She raises tenants rents to pocket the extra money. The woman that worked there before was a very nice person but, she found out what the current lady was doing to the tenants so she got fired. This used to be a good place to live until she came and that’s also why the the old maintenance men left.
Sharon Hansel: The maintenance men are terrific. The lady in the office lied to me. I had a terrible mth in Aug. My grandson had to have open heart surgery in Indy. I took off for a week to watch my other 3grandsons. Told the lady in office that I would not be able to pay rent until the 28th. She said that was fine. The 27th I come home after work to find an eviction notice on the door. I went the next morning to ask why. She said well Corp didn't agree. I said u know where I live u should of came and told me. She said well all you have to do is pay $250 court cost Today!!! REALLY !!!! I did but NOT happy. Hate liars !!!! Learn ur job
Samuel Bunkly: Was evicted for reporting mold.

Bryce De Moray Towne Homes: what do users think?
Brandi H: I've lived a few places but living at Bryce felt like a home. Dez manages everything so well. You have a problem, she's on it. All three ladies in the office are awesome!!! Maintenance gets the job done, as well. Bryce respects your space and enter when it's best for you. I lived there 4 years and it's a safe area. I lived in the townhome and I really loved the space/storage, patio privacy.Hate that I had to move, thank you Dezzy for a great 4 years!!!Miss you guys
raechelle gallamore: I have nothing but good things to say.The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment itself is nice and roomy.Feels like home!
LaToya WeWo: I absolutely love it here at Bryce De Moray. The property manager is really nice and professional. The maintenance staff are nice as well. The property is kept very well and the apartments are very nice, spacious, and quiet. As a Property Manger myself I am very impressed by the management staff and company.
Dominique Williams: We absolutely love Bryce de moray quiet nice area to be in. Close to everything we need. The staff is amazing an help with anything you might need fix or have concerns on. The property manager cares about her tenants and Keeps up the property very well.
K Housman: Great staff, but corporate does not care about anything but $$ money, so don’t move here if you have any kind of financial problems, because they don’t care. They were only two or three maintenance people, so if you needed something done, you had to wait a longer than you should, so they’re understaffed .Corporate won’t allow enough staff to be hired to keep it up properly and they have A LOT of problems with their plumbing. I had a conversation with one of the maintenance people that said that they’re just told to patch it up, because apparently the owner doesn’t wanna invest what it would cost to make things right. We always had sewage backing up into our kitchen sinks, the dishwasher wouldn’t work right, and they’re always in and out of the apartment for some thing, and I don’t like that. We like our privacy. Plus, the pool was always full of loud kids or closed for cleaning or repair. My kids are grown, and I don’t want to deal with any more loud, gross kids they’ll probably urinate in the pool! That whole place is falling apart, so don’t bother moving here! Seriously!
Kiersten Cavanaugh: Great complex, they are very quick about getting issues resolved and overall it’s a great location.
Laniece Signal: I genuinely love my place. I needed this place being that I just had a baby in January! These people really know how to treat every tenant & Dez the property manager even throws events
Caleb Childers: The apartment is great, the staff are responsive if an issue pops up for some reason, and the sound-proofing is good. I've lived here 4 months and hardly ever hear my neighbors.
william saponka: Very clean and nice apartments
cece's world: How are they with credit?
Tract Craig: This is my second apartment. I love it here, owners an landlord is really nice!
gary hawes: Love living at Bryce De Moray. Nice and quiet, great neighborhood. The management is great to work with and having a pet here is a bonus.
Michelle DeBord: From the moment we first inquired about getting on the wait list to now, our experience has been fantastic! Dez really goes SO far above and beyond for her residents and prospective residents. The rest of the staff we've encountered have been great as well! Even the carpet guys (who came to repair a spot after move-in) were friendly, and petted my curious cat as they worked. Issues get addressed and things get repaired and replaced super fast. Can't say enough about Bryce and its staff!!
Jim Roddy: Having lived here one year, I can say that Bryce De Moray is an excellent apartment complex. Our one-bedroom apartment is spacious and accommodating. All of the staff, from Manager to Maintenance, are friendly and work hard to keep this complex in wonderful condition.
Dorsey Harris: Best management team I have ever rented through. Maintenance is awesome - quick, thorough and clean - amazing work! Grounds are very well kept. Love living here!
Hamsterisms: The office management is extremely nice and the maintenance is always quick to respond. The grounds are well kept and clean. Nice atmosphere, quiet neighbors, and convenient location.
Justin Turner: I have had nothing but good experiences living here. Any issues I have had they have fixed in a timely manner. Never had any issues with neighbors or anything. The area is kept clean. I definitely recommend anyone to apply to live here. The staff is amazing and are very nice.
Dallys Hayden: We've lived in a townhouse in the Bryce de Moray complex for about a year and a half. Our home is spacious with no outdated appliances. We even have our own fenced in back patio area and washer/dryer hookups in the kitchen. The walls aren't thin at all, so we, as well as our neighbors, have privacy without having to be weary of the typical apartment life of "Oh, no. I hope we aren't bothering them." The staff are all very polite and understanding. They were quick to respond the few times we've had issues. Maintenance is always fast to come out and help where needed and we're always emailed for follow-ups. It's really nice to live in a place where the owners aren't money hungry and are overall kind people. I love our pet friendly home and our beautiful complex.
Thomas Hemenway: I have lived here on 2 occasions, well run complex!
lisa ackison: The management stays on top of things and is very friendly. Maintenance responds quickly. I feel very safe living at Bryce De Moray.
Katea Johnson: I love the communication between the tenants and Apartment manager. She sends out monthly news letters and when information is needed to be shared immediately she will call you directly or send you an email. Her staff is also quick to respond to any issues that you have called them about!!
