Eduard C Hanganu: Nice and quiet place with picnic benches and a playground where small children can have fun. There is also a butterfly garden towards the woods where all kinds of butterflies, humming birds, cardinals, and gold finches converge. Good place to visit once in a while with a book and some snack or lunch!
Rise Of Rome: Fun place to swim, but since they often leave the back door open, many bees, spiders, and flies often end up dead in the pool. Other than that, this place is a nice basic place to swim

Amanda Jo: Our 15 month old twins had a blast standing up in the kiddie pool and we loved walking them around the deeper end. Seemed clean and wasnt packed so it was comfortable
Dustin Roxbury: Not overly crowded or expensive, pool was fairly clean,great diving boards. Life guards were not capable of saving themselves let alone our kids. So best to keep a close eye on your own and possibly others.lol we had a good time regardless though

Mandi Wiessner: My first time here and it was great, i asked for a firm handed massage and definitely got that. He really worked out the knots in my shoulders, it would have been a 5 star experience if the massage table would have had the usual head rest with the hole in it, the table i was on had what seemed like a travel pillow with a paper towel laid across it. I couldn't 100% enjoy my massage because i felt like i couldn't breath due to my face being smooshed onto the table. Other than that, it was a beautiful, clean and exceptionally friendly place.

There is zero chance that the man who gave my massage was a licensed therapist.No focused attention in the muscle group where I was tight, no deep tissue, strokes were odd, like a child attempting a massage. I was on my stomach The whole time, and he ended the massage by slapping my back and giving me a headache.He answered his phone 3 times and left the room twice during my massage.I left in more pain than I arrived in.I wish I’d had a better experience. It was so odd…almost as though no therapist was available during the time of my appointment and the front desk just decided to step in.

I always ask for high pressures massage....always tell them what you want. My friend comes here and asks for light massage...always good.

The beginning to end of the spa treatment was very sensitive calm and soothing. We did an hour and if felt longer. Nice organic music etc. I don't want to spoil it. Oh and price was perfect 140 for two people for an hour.
Hannah Mitchell: Worst massage I have ever had. The massage was sloppy and the masseuse did not know what she was doing. She was really rough. I left with pain in my lower back, which is an area where I never experience pain.

Ronnie mclaughlin: This place was such a great pool, with very nice friendly people. My family and I would visit this pool on all the hot days to refresh and get out of the heat. Until this year, we aren't aloud to swim in this city pool. We have been told that its only for swim team. I don't understand how or why we the tax paying former patrons of the pool can only look at it. On days like today, 91 degrees July 7, 2021 12.00 o'clock PM. Its a shame that its funded by the public for the public, but clearly is being ran and operating as a private pool. I wish someone would do something to stop this before the summer is over.P.S. PLEASE OPEN THE POOL BACK UP TO THE PUBLIC !!! WE ARE BEGGING!!!!!! There isn't a soul in sight.

Todd Bredenkamp: Great paved bike/walking trail. Tennis courts are also marked for pickleball, but the courts are cracked. Wounderful pool is a great place for family outings. They have shelter houses and cottages for rent. The camping area is available. They have a really nice BMX track.Picnic area: Again, it's a nice place for family outings. There are plenty of picnic tables.

Jessica Spooner: We went to a wedding reception at the Discovery Lodge. It is one of the best locations I've been to for a wedding reception! The set up was perfect. It is very spacious. Plenty of room for kiddos to run around and not be in anyone's way. The whole area was clean and well managed.

H. S.: I've had two nieces get married in the discovery Lodge at burdette Park! It's an amazing Park in the building that they got married in was beautiful! I took my kids there to swim when they were little it's just a great place!
Norman Richards: Burdette Park is beautiful! My wife and I got married in 1980 and rented a shelter house for our reception. The rest of the family has been doing the same ever since. Burdette Park is a well maintained place from one end to the other and we are glad to have it in our community and we highly recommend it!!!
