Amy Clarion: Not this particular stores fault, this whole bank has been horrible. Have had multiple issues over the years but have always been loyal. Charging me twice for insignificant funds when I have the funds than denying the refund for the charge saying I've already had the refunded 3 times this year. First off no. I don't use this bank but to receive my check from work and occasionally fast food. And it's literally month 2 of this year.

dave cochrane: This bank took over/bought out first Midwest bank and my experience has been horrible. Everything is set up slower. A call can have 20 minute wait times. Touch Tone banking is stupid and slow. I could drive to my local bank faster. What good is that.
Jim I.: The company that Old national Bank contracts with to handle their online bill pay service is absolute trash.I complained about this 2 years ago and then one year ago and still nothing has changed .I tried to pay my water bill and it will not allow me to pay until 10 days out so they're going to mail it in 10 days and then I'm at the mercy of the postal service and we know how reliable they are as far as getting that there so my water bill is probably going to be 7 days late like it has been in the past and then I have to pay a late fee.In the past old national has said give us a call so we can discuss this there's nothing to discuss your bill pay service provider is substandard and low performance and slow .Demand that they provide a better service to your customers or...dump them ...or lose customers.My mother's bank First Federal Bank of the Midwest... the company that they contract with for their bill pay service never goes out more than 7 days most of the time two to five.The only reason that I have not dumped Old national Bank yet is because the location of their branches are geographically friendly to my needs and first Federal Bank of the Midwest doesn't have branches where I live or work.It's always the same with these banks whenever a big bank takes over a small local bank that's been in your community for a hundred years they promise you the great same service that you've come to expect and that lasts for about a year.
Paul Arthur: In the closing of my home / mortgage payoff (August 2022), Old National twice made a 5-figure error that I was ultimately responsible for. There was an astonishing lack of professionalism and accountability. Of special note, Paula Briscoe - VP Mortgage Servicing Director who has still never returned my call/message, and Zita Dixon, Banking Center Assistant Manager, who sent my payoff form out with an agent rather than acknowledging my presence in the building and the difficulties they have caused.
Nicholas Yasillo: The merger of my old bank (First Midwest) with Old National has been a disaster. It's virtually impossible to reach customer service with wait times of hours. Email requests go unanswered and after 10 or 12 days the "ticket" is closed. Waits of more than an hour to reach a "banker" at a branch in person result in a promise to call with an answer to a simple question, which NEVER happens. I've given them a month to get their act together, but nothing has improved. After finally getting through to a CR rep via phone after 3-weeks of trying, she was not able to help at all, and her tone and demeanor were actually RUDE to me. Willing to put up with the insultingly-low interest rates they provide for savings accounts and CDs but NOT the incompetent customer service. Sadly, am closing my several accounts after 30-plus years with First Midwest Bank now that they are part of Old National. Unfortunately, I paid for checks which I'll never use! Worst banking experience ever.
Jonathan Childers: Can't get anyone on the phone when an issue needs to be resolved. Customer care is nearly non-existent.

LeRoy LaVetti: So glad my old bank merged with this sorry excuse of a bank. The merger locked me out of my account so I called to have it unlocked. So after 3-1/2 hours of being on hold I gave up! Great job Old National! As soon as I can get into my account I’m switching banks! Absolutely unacceptable!
alexander george: If you need to talk to anyone it takes forever. The merge messed up my account and let me overdraft when i had denied it at my old bank. And ive been on the phone for an hour and a half hearing all about how you can help yourself but not anyone picking up a phone to help any of their "valued customers" great customer service guys love it.
Matt Griffin: Friendly people but incompetent operations. ONB cannot process address changes. If you bank here and plan to move, change banks first, because it's much easier to change banks than to get ONB to update an address. I've spent hours on the phone with ONB, and have sent 5+ support tickets, and a year later they're still sending tax docs to our old address.
coco mis: Worst bank ever I opened an account online deposited a personal check to fund it from other bank account, so it said the funds wouldn’t be available for a week so I canceled that transaction they charged me all kinda fees via savings and checking I pay those start using it then a week later they closed my acct for no reason all my direct deposits got messed up now me and my 2 kids are about to be homeless
Sarah Olson: This is an absolutely terrible bank. Their online banking is a joke. You have to either send an email or an actual letter just to change your address.
Deborah Reed: I miss ONB that was located on W.Jackson. I miss the ladies, service and convenience. I refuse to use the Bank next to Walmart bc the entrance is difficult and the exit is Absolutely the Worst. I can drive downtown Muncie which is always out of my way. I am thinking about going to Merchants.
John Johnson: Awful institution. They also blocked instant transfers into your ‘own’ account from outside sources, like PayPal, just so you’re aware. Good way to create issues for users and create more profit.
Aweshh karkii: Do not Bank with them! Especially, not with business account. You will get screwed over with fees ( which doesn't make sense). I had a business checking account there, when I opened an account, I was told that cutoff time for day is 8 or 9 pm. So I was assuming if a check wont hit to the account by that day by 9:00 or 11:59pm pm it wont show up that day ( but following next day). Apparently, I was wrong, this bank expects you to keep an eye on account past cut off time to make sure funds there or else there is OD fee on each item even if item is posted past midnight. So isn't after past midnight is next day?? Still OD fee regardless. Manager's solution was a joke. she gave me some stupid solution (as if I never had a business account before)
Robbyoff: I enjoyed the deli and my son enjoyed the escalator. The security was friendly and happy to help us. The bank also offer a fountain for kids to play in which I think was so thoughtful land nice. So overall Old national Bank is one cool place.

Dale Beranek: Old National Bank or the HSA Authority is the worst possible option. I would suggest no using them for anything. I had an HSA account that I was told many times by their reps and our insurance people there are no fees for this account and the money is always mine. Also told if I wasn't in a High Deductible plan I could not contribute. I moved away from the High Deductible plan and left my money in their hands only to find out they will charge you fees to the point of taking all of your money and closing your account for no activity. The best part is that they never once communicated any of this to me. I will never trust this bank with any of my money and I will make sure everyone knows about their shady practices.
Dale Stanley: Probably the largest bank in Evansville. I do not personally Bank there, but I would highly recommend it.

Bret Roebling: I am the only car in drive-through and I put my deposit in the tube and send it. Four minutes later I get no response that they had received it or welcome to you old national bank or any other greeting so I press the call button. A nice gentleman comes on the phone and tells me that they are working inside as well. Not sure what happened to customer service but when someone walks into my business I acknowledge them and welcome them to my business no matter how busy I am. Employment really must be tough if they’re that short staffed.

Brady Fox: I live in Springfield missouri. We had issues with a title for a car .I called up to the bank and Karen Alvey spent all afternoon going out of her way to help me after multiple people working at the other branches said no. She is an amazing asset to the team here and really went above and beyond what she had to. I live three states away and she still treated me like an everyday customer. Thank you so much. She deserves a promotion for sure.

Joanna Dough: Most outrageous banking experience I’ve ever had folks.I went to withdraw the 6k that was left in my account and got treated like a criminal.No banks has the right to question why you’re withdrawing your money or what you’re doing with YOUR money.No bank has the right to impede their customers from accessing their money — especially at a time like this.You wanna file an SAR (suspicious activity report) that’s fine, have at it.But don’t presume you have the authority or right to question undermine or interrogate unsatisfied customers who wish to close their accounts with your institution.Check yourselves.

Joy Zhou: This bank is really awful. Keep changing me without any notification. I can not image what will happen if I never login my account , maybe I own the bank thousands dollars. And I can't not cancel my account since I don't live Evansville any more. Oh my gosh, I can say that this is the worst bank in the world !!!

William Myers: Absolutely ridiculous. They charged me overdraft fees when I had money in the account and have charged me everyday for a week or two without notifying me. I call them and they admit they are in the wrong but say they can't do anything about it on the phone I go to the bank and they admit they are in the wrong but wont refund me overdraft fees so I still have to pay them! Closing the account. I have banked here for 6 years. Ridiculous.

Marcha Parker: Closed my Old national account because they used to charge me for everything it seemed like. And that’s when I was only working part time so money was tight anyways. Even when my account went paperless, Old national was still charging me $10 a month to send me a paper copy of my banking statement. The app barley worked for me. Old nation is useless. There was a time I went to pay my rent at the Washington Ave location and when a hostile customer began to take his frustration out on those around him, there was an employee who engaged with the man by taunting me, calling him names, challenging him to a fight, threatening him, and chasing him out of the building. She was completely unprofessional! She was seemingly proud of what she just did because she was boasting as she walked back in. But honestly, if this man was mentally ill or under the influence AND had a weapon, all of our lives would be at stake! I’m sure old national doesn’t train their employees to behave that way! I would not feel safe at all if a real emergency took place. The female employee even seemed to brag to the police when he came out. I haven’t been to that old national since! I wouldn’t know if that woman still works there. But when I sent an email to the manager, I never got a reply or an apology or anything. Don’t waste your time with old national!
Carri West: A few of the tellers are nice, but...slow drive thru! Almost always a long wait. This last visit really was frustrating. On my lunch break, i tried to cash a check. Waited at the terminal, after sending check in the capsule, for 15 min. There is never anyone to say "be with you in a moment", you just wait. I press call button(others around are clearly upset). No response. I called the bank and asked if there was a problem. Finally a man shows on the screen and states he needs my account number. I did not want to say it aloud for all to hear and didn't have anymore time to waste. I asked for him to send my check And licence back, i have to get back to work, I'll cash it later. No apologies for the wait, no "have a nice day".

Charles Wood: Blake is a rising rockstar! Every time I have a need with any of my accounts he is so awesome to deal with. He remembers me every time even if it is over the phone and always goes above and beyond bc he cares. I promise the only guy I will talk to until he gets promoted will be Blake. People who care like him are far and few between, and honestly I would normally try and steal a guy like that but our businesses are very different! Kudos to your training and keeping a guy like that engaged! Blake you rock!
Petra Safe: I brought my wife to the USA after living in Europe several years. We tried a credit union first and they didnt allow her to join so we went to Old National. They treated us so good and were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. My kids even wanted to run to the little toy area and the employees were so welcoming. Thank you Old National!

Was not even able to finish my transaction because she rudely cut me off because it's the end of her day. That's not how customer service works.
Chris Dietsch: This is the worst Old National Bank I've dealt with. After asking a teller for help with a statement issue, she simply stated that there was nothing they could do. She rudely told me that the only way I could cash my check was by going to a Fifth Third Bank. I have banked with old National my entire life and have never had an experience like this one. I would recommend any Old National in Evansville except for this one. I went to the Old National on north Green River Road where they helped me clear up the issue immediately.

Amy Clarion: What a disgrace! I have been a loyal old nation user since I got my first job and they have gone downhill ever since. Between waiting on the phone for over an hour and account errors I am over it.
Tigran Kalaydzhyan: Friendly staff, but sloppy people, typos in account information. Customer service waiting time of 30 mins on the phone is normal. Lending department is also a disaster - officers rarely picking up phone or showing up to work.
Henry Maurer: Both occasions on Saturdays, months apart, and same experience in the drive through. About 7-10 minutes per car, per lane. With 12 cars across 3 lanes, you do the math. HORRIBLE service and serious lack of management. Shame on Old National for such limited weekend banking and slow processing. Do not expect convenience or reasonable service times.
