Unfortunately, that home didn't work out for us, so John and Kristi Raben spent the following Saturday showing us around 10 more homes. Kristi H and Kristi R were very helpful in advising us on the offer we wrote and we are now settling into our new home. From morning until late evening, Horton Team worked hard for us!

The fact that their team each has specific tasks to focus on helps keep things streamlined in a way that gets things done. Although they have a plan specific for each situation they let me know I had the final say so on everything. And just so you know i dont say things just to be nice. I say what i think and how i feel. Janet Nutt: My agent was Sheila Smith. Sheila went beyond her scope of duties to make sure I was confident every step of the way. I purchased my house from out of town. Sheila worked with my sister in the early stages, but kept me informed, via telephone, at every stage of the sale. I could not ask for a more friendly and informed agent. I felt Sheila had my best interest the entire purchase of my new home.
Mike Mammoser: What a rip-off. When I moved into a rental home at 7777 alanton park in Newburgh, it was not "move in ready" clean, the appliances were old and dirty, overgrown landscaping and vinyl flooring was stained. Upon leaving I did a cleaning of the property. I will admit it was not a professional deep clean and there were some boxes I left in the garage but I could not take them out for trash pick-up because I had to turn in the keys to the rental manager. Tucker kept my 100% of my deposit and is charging me an additional $36. Here's my issue. The property now has all new appliances. A ton of landscaping work done AND new flooring! They kept my deposit to make improvements while they told me they used the money to clean carpets and make other repairs. I find this unethical in their business practices and used my deposit for their gains. I cannot recommend

John Barrett: Vaneta did research to suggest an initial price, but we lowered the price fairly quickly because I was eager to sell. Once we had an offer, Vaneta made sure that progress toward closing was steady. She demonstrated that she cared about the transaction -- even to the point of cleaning up tracked in dirt! She was friendly and helpful and thus made the sale pleasant and successful.
Stacey Stratman: I would rate this company a zero, if that were an option.This company’s realtor and her seller omitted material defects about the property they sold me. They had the opportunity to come clean about the omitted information but instead deflected the known issues, blaming a heavy rain. Omitting known information is violation of realtor’s Code of Ethics article 2.After the sale, contractors estimated the cost to correct the issues at $18,000 - $22,000. I spent/lost an entire year of my life working and stressing the issues and was able to substantially reduce the cost of resolution, but the cost was still over $10,000.When approached, the broker/owner and owner of the company refused to take ownership of the error and compensate me for the costs incurred and instead stated the company will “aggressively fight me.” The seller, refused to respond to my outreach as well.I spend 12 month of my life and over $10,000 dealing with the issues to resolve the known problems, not to mention multiple physical injuries and emotional stress an and anxiety but instead of own the mistake and make it right, this company wants to fight me and make me further pay for the error THEIR representative made. There is more to this story and there are more demands the company is trying to impose on me because of there error - these will be shared.Rather than take ownership and submit this to their insurance company as an errors and omissions claim, so that I can be reimbursed, they impose threats on me, cast blame on me and cause me continued financial and emotional stress.Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing business with this company.

She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was willing to answer any questions that I had. If you're looking for someone you can trust, Katie is your gal. Dalton Bennett: Megan and the McBride Real Estate group was truly exceptional. As a first time home owner, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. Megan was ALWAYS available for home tours and helped me search for the perfect home for months. The amount of effort and time Megan put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Jeff Clayton: This company is represented by some of the finest agents you will find. Rick Steven's and his team Elizabeth Exline, and Star Thomas had us covered from day one. We found our home and they got us in it without a single incident. Buying a home is a huge ordeal and they handled every in an efficient and timely manner. Shelly Martin: She flat out lies. Definitely not professional and she would take her own client. Changing paperwork and telling me that her counterparts parents would be out of the house the following weekend so I would sign the closing paperwork and not telling me that my house was owned by her understudy that works for her and her understudy was representing her parents.

Tusdae and Kate were also every kind and made the transition super easy, even at times were they shouldn’t have been. They were always there to answer any questions we had no matter how small. K Jenkins: Not a good experience. Had two agents never return messages and Laura C wants you to buy a house quick or she doesn’t want to rep you. She all about the sale only. She literally tried to push us into houses she knew we wouldn’t be happy with then dropped us because we we’re “taking too long”. She said we just liked looking at houses. Too bad because two weeks after she dropped us another agent from a different company got the sale. So unless you don’t need good representation or are going to find something super fast forget about this company.
