Mike Mammoser: What a rip-off. When I moved into a rental home at 7777 alanton park in Newburgh, it was not "move in ready" clean, the appliances were old and dirty, overgrown landscaping and vinyl flooring was stained. Upon leaving I did a cleaning of the property. I will admit it was not a professional deep clean and there were some boxes I left in the garage but I could not take them out for trash pick-up because I had to turn in the keys to the rental manager. Tucker kept my 100% of my deposit and is charging me an additional $36. Here's my issue. The property now has all new appliances. A ton of landscaping work done AND new flooring! They kept my deposit to make improvements while they told me they used the money to clean carpets and make other repairs. I find this unethical in their business practices and used my deposit for their gains. I cannot recommend

John Barrett: Vaneta did research to suggest an initial price, but we lowered the price fairly quickly because I was eager to sell. Once we had an offer, Vaneta made sure that progress toward closing was steady. She demonstrated that she cared about the transaction -- even to the point of cleaning up tracked in dirt! She was friendly and helpful and thus made the sale pleasant and successful.

Stacey Stratman: I would rate this company a zero, if that were an option.This company’s realtor and her seller omitted material defects about the property they sold me. They had the opportunity to come clean about the omitted information but instead deflected the known issues, blaming a heavy rain. Omitting known information is violation of realtor’s Code of Ethics article 2.After the sale, contractors estimated the cost to correct the issues at $18,000 - $22,000. I spent/lost an entire year of my life working and stressing the issues and was able to substantially reduce the cost of resolution, but the cost was still over $10,000.When approached, the broker/owner and owner of the company refused to take ownership of the error and compensate me for the costs incurred and instead stated the company will “aggressively fight me.” The seller, refused to respond to my outreach as well.I spend 12 month of my life and over $10,000 dealing with the issues to resolve the known problems, not to mention multiple physical injuries and emotional stress an and anxiety but instead of own the mistake and make it right, this company wants to fight me and make me further pay for the error THEIR representative made. There is more to this story and there are more demands the company is trying to impose on me because of there error - these will be shared.Rather than take ownership and submit this to their insurance company as an errors and omissions claim, so that I can be reimbursed, they impose threats on me, cast blame on me and cause me continued financial and emotional stress.Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing business with this company.
