linn temme: I never could get in touch with manager when my code wouldn't work on gate. I finally got customer service. They gave me a temporary code and said that it might take 24 hrs for my code too work. That was 2 weeks ago, I still have to use the temporary code. Not too impressed.

Chrystal Mehringer: My experience was horrible. Our gate pin didn't work for 3 weeks. Our unit was broken into and we were not notified. We discovered their lock on our unit on a Saturday and then had to wait until Monday for them to remove it. We also had to wait until Monday to find out what was stolen and make a police report. They didn't increase security when several units were broken into at the same time. It would have saved a lot of headache for us all if they had educated me on the proper type of lock to use. I moved my items asap! I'll never use Red Dot again!

Not just kind attention, but sincerely enthusiastic and thoughtful of our needs. We highly recommend Public Storage for a safe, clean place to store things and if you can find her . . . Reniesha Bonds: The place was way too pricey for what you get. Ceiling had Some sort of water damage and something was leaking. When I bought this to attention I was told to just take pictures. The ants were horrible because they probably don't do routine treatments of the property and the staff is just NOT professional! I spoke to my property manager one time beforey move in and couldn't contact any on over phone since that day. My experience was not great even lost some property due to poorly manage location! I wouldn't give any stars but they are making give at least one.
Louis Wilson: Where do I start...first...decent price to get me in there...storage unit was dirty,alil bit of water damage and light bulb was broke. Asked about light bulb replacement and they told me to do it myself. Sliding handle was so lose it was about to fall off...had to fix that myself..I moved in near the end of the month so I thought my next payment would be at end of next month and to my surprise it was at the beginning of the next month ....so I don't go to make a payment till the end of next month (which pay date landed on the 1st of the following month ) which means I got to payments behind with no notice and they hit me with 2 late payments a action fee and cut my lock off and refused to let me have access to my stuff until it was paid in full. I had very important stuff in there I needed access to Like my daughters potty training toilet and no slack was given to retrieve not one thing. This is after it took 6 hours to locate the office mgr.they did waive $40 in late fees but it still cost me $200 to gain access and a new lock. When it came time to checkout I called them on the 29th said it was empty and I would come by on the 30th to retrieve my lock and I guess I got there after office hours (which is a self pay machine) to discover that they cut off my brand new $20 lock. I forgot to say without option when I was getting the storage unit he gave me a price that included a lock and rental insurance which I needed neither of them. They also raised my monthly payment after 2 months $20 for no apparent reason. There's mucj better places for the money at other storage units. Would not suggest this place!

Pamela Cook: We already have a unit we're renting and was very pleased with everything, but a week later went to rent another unit and everything was good til we got there to unload our stuff and went to open door on unit and the whole door mechanism fell down/off and almost hit my husband on the head. Called customer service for another unit and they told me there was no more when we we're physically looking at a vacant unit. With a Uhaul truck full of our stuff and already needing to return truck before being charged for another day, had to rent from another company and had to wait til next day before being accessing it. Needless to say had to pay for another day for the truck and pay twice as much for another storage unit. Not happy at all!
Sue Memmer: I completed reservation of a storage unit however not without a few compilations. Created an account, notified accepted, prompted to go to confirmation email to activate. I never received confirmation email. Made a call, assured was set up & provided unit # & gate code verbally. Went to login, wouldn’t allow me to login with same message to check email to activate. After a 2nd call to local # the representative helped me navigate, change password and completed activation & lease agreement.

A couple I know of does...when the company was aware that their keypad for the gate wasn't working, they took their sweet time...two weeks...to decide to just leave the gate open so people can get to their units. I heard it's not an expensive place to use, however that's still inexcusable.

David Schuck: The location is very handy just down the street. Other wise I would have moved by now. They force you to carry insurance on the stuff in the storage room.(about 10.00 dollars) FOR WHAT cameras every where. Also if you forget to pay the unit on time, instant late fee is charged (There again about 10.00 bucks. More if you have really forgotten) They pad lock the unit immediately upon past due. It will take up to a week or so to have them remove the extra lock. They are very under staffed only 1 manager can remove the lock. I was told he has a very large territory that he over sees and only gets by each location periodically. I gave it a 2 star only because of the location.
