Hailie Montgomery: Super polite staff and nice atmosphere. The place really feels like home when you walk in.
Krystal Duerson: Was in visiting with Kenny who is a resident there we ate lunch. The food was great. I thought it was really nice how the chef came out and introduced the meal to the residents. All the staff was super friendly!

Hannah Petty: My grandma moved to Holiday Willow Park about a year ago, and she absolutely loves it. The other residents are so friendly, and they made the transition as easy a possible. The staff are absolutely fantastic; my grandma calls everyday telling me how much she loves the staff with the most frequently mentioned being Journey, Michelle, Jeremiah, and Tim.
Myra Taber: I cant imagine my mother in law living in a nicer place and for that matter neither can she. She loves the other residents, she enjoys the food, and the staff goes out of their way to make her, as well as the other residents, safe and comfortable. Willow Park is quite simply a wonderful place to be.

The Village treats all employees like family, holds high standards to provide the best care, and we love our residents. With 17 years of healthcare experience I can hole heartedly say this is by far the most exceptional employer I’ve had the pleasure to work for.
Chelsea DeTalente: Worst place to work, hands down. I have never been so disrespected by a company. I worked hard for them for 6 months, giving my all. But i didn't get along w the new mgr and she let it be known she disliked me. I was forced to resign and didnt get any PTO or sick day pay out, etc. Ridiculous. Oh, and no record of ever having "attitude" problems like they claimed.

Gerry Schweikhart: I have a man who is mentally challenged living by himself next to me. He urinates in front of my window and has gave me roaches. Quote managers words ( his apartment smells like a petting zoo). Looking for some where to move management doesn't do anything about it here.They didn't have in my lease that there are group homes here.They never clean grass and leaves off patios very seldom cut grass.

Jill Edwards: Maintenance came out within 30 mins after hours due to a smoke detector that starting beeping again. My dogs were so scared and he loved on them and reassured them it was OK. Another day one went off and a maintenance guy was in the neighborhood and heard it and came over to check on us.
Martha Fulkerson: We moved here in July and have been waiting on a storm door that was order when we moved in! Asking if we can get a concrete slab poured behind apartment like all our neighbors have in our unit! We also have to wait for a screen to be ordered for our kitchen faucet because they don’t have any available on site! Appliances are old and we bought our own! Dryer wouldn’t dry clothes good and washer was old agitation washer that messed up my clothes! I’ve been asking if they have a storage unit available for me to rent and was told they would have to have maintenance check them to see if one is empty! Still no reply because maintenance men don’t stay here! We were told by one of 6 since we been here that they don’t supply them with vehicle or a place to break for lunch! They don’t do regular changing of filters or smoke alarm batteries! People don’t obey speed limit and no one back here to enforce it! For the rent we pay I expected better!

Sherri McGhee: I just moved here in March 2020. I think Stone Creek should fix the walkways and paint the posts on the carports and re-stripe the lot. The yard maintenance leaves much to be desired. It is sad to see the community has not been kept up as it should be, because there are so many people that have lived here for over 10 years.
Carl Ham: This place is unreasonable in their way of thinking. If u tell them that you smoke regardless that u smoke outside or away from ur residents. They still charge you a 250 dollar deposit for smokers. In my opinion this is totally wrong and I wouldn't rent from them on principle alone.
M Robby: Way to not go again Leisure Living Apartments. The grass wasn’t cut again and it will be going on three weeks if they don’t mow until next week. This is a health issue, not to mention taking advantage of senior citizens. There is no scheduled routine maintenance for furnace filter changes, smoke detector battery replacement, and no building-wide pest control. Caveat emptor!
Sandra Dills: Read your lease word per word before you sign it. They don't take responsibility for injuries on their property. They tell lies to you. It's not like it was before the ownership changed. Didn't clear sidewalks and streets of snow in a timely manner in 2021. Don't trust them.

Debra Farrar: This was a beautiful place, however, this years lawn service is horrendous. They are only here every 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks if it rains. They never complete the entire place. There are weeds everywhere. Their mowers need the blades sharpened or maybe they just need to slow dow`. Most of the time they just knock the grass down, not cutting it. I've complained several times and nothing gets done. Do we get a refund on our lease payments? I feel this is in violation of our lease agreement. I want my grass mowed weekly, no excuse. Lakeside doesn't have this problI just spoke to the manager. She assures me this problem is being worked on. If your area is not mowed, weeded or the grass trimmings are not blown off of the walking areas to your satisfaction weekly, please let them know immediately. They will get it rectified

I would give it a 5 star review, except they can't seem to get the lawn crew to mow the grass, or when they do it is left all over your patio and entrance ways, and the trash cans are always full and overflowing!

Nancy Schuldt: We have lived at Leisure Living for 14 months and are well pleased. We downsized from our bilevel home to our 3 bedroom unit with a garage. We like our spacious unit!My only suggestion would be to provide the community with better communication. We live close to the area where apparently expansion will be taking place but have heard nothing directly from the office, even after the woods was taken down the last week of March. There are so many rumors from neighbors but feel that those of us that live in the area of apparent construction deserve to know what is going on.
Jill Fleming: I have lived here for over a year. Things are getting better since the new manager started. Routine maintenace is not a good as it should be but has improved a little. I have a remodeled unit that has beautiful flooring in the living area and it is spacious for my wheelchair bound husband. Some exterior areas need attention. There is a wonderful sense of community here with the other residents.

Brenda Huett: This place,The Villas,blatantly discriminated against me for employment(I'm disabled AND I clearly stated it on a form for employment too)after I had already,passed my drug screen,background check,AND personal reference check. They had already sent me a welcome letter,offering employment,contingent on my results of drug screen,background checks,and physical!! Which the results of the above mentioned were satisfactory too...If that wasn't bad enough I had already turned "down" another good paying job because the Villas had offered me employment....THANKS A LOT. VERY VERY POORLY ORGANIZED AND DISCRIMATORY ORGANIZATION!!!

Sarah McCallister: One star, because it could change, if better people ran it! A friend of mine has roaches! How awful! The rent for his “assisted living” is nearly a $1000 a month! Not good! Trying to get my friend to move, but they hate to move, I understand.But this place is ripping them off, they won’t eat the food, we bring things from home!

Jeff Eichholz: What appeared to be a wonderful atmosphere for assisted living for my mom, quickly became the most unorganized and uncaring nightmare we ever imagined. Just getting ahold of someone who gave a rip during normal business hours was a monumental task. If you care about your loved ones, do not recommend this place to them. If you control the decision for assisted living care, don't send them to this place. The food is so bad, my mom often did not eat. When it was somewhat palatable, they refused to deliver to the room if she was sick or incapacitated. She was frequently told that if she could not get up, she wasn't going to eat. Some of the staff showed compassion. Most did not.Don't expect any follow up. When my mom fell and had to go to the E.R., I was never notified of the incident after she laid on the floor for nearly 2 hours. The place needs an overhaul from management on down. It gets one star because it is a beautiful facility. That's the only positive about Silverbirch.
Jessie Perkins: This place.....how do I describe horrible in a nice way!? First of all I tryed my best to make it a great place. The workers only care about money, not the people. And place has bugs! They can try to lie if they want idc! I worked there no bugs in my home but all a sudden I got roaches in my vehicle! Plus only place I seen them was in hallways n few rooms! This place is not okay! How they still running with 4cnas! Idk!
Steve Gee (Gee_money_77): This place has gone down hill fast. There are no nurses working, the cook quit, and the director is leaving at the end of this month. My mother constantly calls me to tell me her meals are late,she doesn't get her meds when she's supposed to, and she is overall very unhappy with the place. We are in the process of finding her a new place to live Today is 1/24/21. My mother just called me and said she finally got her breakfast at 12pm. She was told there would not be any orange juice or coffee served with breakfast. She had to heat it up because it was cold (obviously). She is diabetic and needs insulin but there is no nurse on duty to give shots. She checked her blood sugar and is currently 483. If she ends up going to the hospital (assuming anyone even finds her on the floor) I will be doing my best to get this place shut down! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!
Alli Betz: Pretty facility. Great for the Evansville downtown area. Building has great things to offer for 55+ seniors.
Mo Owens: Horrible....they have gone downhill in the last 2 years. No assistance as website states. There has got to be someone that can do something. Look elsewhere before you bring your family member.

Tonya Cartwright: Over all the wyndmoor is a nice place to live. Very clean and homey feeling. The staff here at wyndmoor cares about the residents and their well- being. Staff isn't just here for a pay check, they genuinely have a caring heart and loving nature. It's 1 of the better assisted livings in Evansville.
Amy Hortin: This facility has been excellent with their level of care shown to their residents and the families. My mother lived here from Valentine's Day 2020 until early December 2021 when she passed. The care shown to her during her stay was top notch and I would highly recommend this facility!
Sandra Minnis: The new addition is really nice w beige walls...I wish I had beige walls?? There is quite a few people who should not be living there.. some are mental...need help??? We had great cna s n nurses but do to 1 nurse decided to make their lives n our lives miserable wo cause...but she is still here.. she treats the residents w a nasty behavior...she is still here...She really needs to find a new job like working in an office w no communication w anybody that deserves their job....The food is awful...thank God we got rid of 1 cook..very nasty n rude...he through my food around n then wanted to give it to me...No Way....the women cooks are good....all in all I'll give a 3....until the start making chgs that no. Will not go up!!!!Thank U
Linda Kinkade: My mother moved in to The Wyndmoor on Valentine's Day 2020 and has spent most of the time since then under Covid-19 restrictions! The first month was spent making friends and learning a new routine. While most of her time has been spent in her apartment, the staff has been very attentive to any need she may have! I am so impressed with the minimal cases of Covid-19 during this pandemic!!!! The staff works so hard and their efforts are very appreciated by residents and family members!
David Heard: Wyndmoor of Evansville is a beautiful facility with a homey atmosphere. The staff, nurses, and aides are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Activities and social events are always on the calendar. I would highly recommend.

They are very caring always keep in contact with me on any issues which has been especially good with the pandemicI like that it's not a huge 2 or 3 story building. All the staff know all the residents.I would highly recommend Wyndmoor of Evansville.
Becky Doughty: We couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home" for Mom. The staff is kind and patient, especially in this difficult Covid season. They have gone above and beyond to keep our family members safe and healthy, both physically and emotionally/mentally, while also doing what they can to preserve residents' dignity and humanity, even during periods of isolation. We HIGHLY recommend The Wyndmoor.
