Taylor Maye: Today, about 9:30am my 17 year old daughter accompanied my 3 yr old daughter to the restroom as I pumped gas here at the shell. My 3 year old was wearing a very frilly flowing dress and cowgirl boots. My 17 year old had a hoodie and some sweat pants on as she was about to have a sleep test done. Both have short hair, (their choice). The cashier lady says out very loud a snarky comment about why my 3 yr old was going to the girls restroom with her sister. Insinuating that she was not a girl, but a boy. They say nothing and go on about their business. When my daughters come out the same lady makes a comment to the other worker that that boy really needs to cut his hair. I have no idea which child this cashier was speaking about, but the only other person in there was an elder lady. Those comments were made on pure assumptions that whichever kid of mine she was speaking of was indeed a male and needed to act more like it.Absolutely disgraceful. Even if my 3 yr old was a male, she would have still went to the restroom with my older child as she is not quite ready to be set free in a public bathroom alone.My only hope is that these comments this lady makes doesn’t some day cause someone to do something they can’t take back.Disgraceful. Get a job not in customer service if you can’t keep your comments to yourself.

Todd Bessenger: Stopped at this Shell to fill up because I have a loyalty card that gives me discounts on gas. The pumps wouldn't take my loyalty card. I tried 3 times. So, I was frustrated because this happens at almost every Shell I go to that has older antiquated pumps. So, I walked into this store to pay. I calmly explained to the older guy behind the counter that my loyalty card wouldn't work. He yelled at me and said to just calm down and he was not in the mood for it. I just picked up my card and said nevermind and left. What a way to treat a customer. Won't ever go back to Shell again.

Nicol Maurer: I have a video I took from this morning just in case no one believed me that gas could pump this slowly.. I pulled in at around 5:05. Waited 15 minutes to pump 7 gallons worth of gas. I finally had to leave without a full tank because I didn’t have another 15 minutes to fill my 12 gallon tank. I have no idea what’s going on, but I could watch the cents go by at a snail’s pace. I tried to squeeze the pump harder to dispense the gas faster, to no avail. Absolutely ludicrous.

Shane Rembe: Stay away... unless you like being price gouged.. This place obviously doesn't care about screwing people over. Gas is usually 20-30 cents cheaper less than a half mile away. Total rip off.
