The Brickyard Apartments: what do users think?
Cal Gamer: Kirsten Galloway has made our move to apartment living uncomplicated and pleasant. She has addressed our needs and answered our questions in a timely manner. When I asked her to seek someone in the complex to whom I could gift bulk food that my finicky cat would not eat, she responded by doing me that favor.
V T: The Brickyard Apartments is a place with a convenient location for stores and restaurants on the west side of Evansville. The landscape is beautiful! The lake is in front of your eyes with geese and ducks to watch, and even a blue heron occasionally visits this lake; during the night you can definitely hear an owl. I've seen people fishing but I never tried once. Inside the apartment is also pretty cool - a huge kitchen with a granite counter. Love it! You can easily maintain cleanness with a wooden floor and a hidden laundry room. For me personally, these two things - location and apartment design - are too important before I move in anywhere. The big plus is that the Brickyard has a fenced area for dogs to play and just walk freely without a leash. I would probably live here forever if not for my desire for a more private life where neighbors are not stomping their feet above you and not communicating too loudly deep at night even though I realized that I could be a bit loud to the neighbor too when staying up late at night...The cabinet doors and room doors are not easy to close without a slam (lol). I try my best.I really wish they lower their pet fee. $35.00 per pet is a bit too high. Most apartments are having $25.00 per pet.We never tried the pool here yet since the time we moved in November, the pool was already closed for the winter. The fitness room is a pretty cool addition, but due to my lack of time, I haven't worked out there either. And again, it's just me and my desire for privacy - that's all.Maintenance. I can't say anything bad about them. We had a broken piece on our blinds that covers a sliding door with the view of the lakefront. I put in an order for repair, choose a convenient for me time and the maintenance guy was there at that exact time (impressive!). He fixed the problem quickly, leaving no mess behind. So, I'm satisfied with that. The guys also seem to be friendly and simple to talk to.Office ladies. I met only two of them Kristen and Whitney and both of them were helpful. Sometimes, they are not very talkative but I personally used to trust these kind people more than those with fake smiles on their faces. Whenever I asked Kirsten a question, she always had an answer to it.Naturally, having no experience living in apartments, I had loads of questions. Kristen instructed me on outgoing mail and the electricity — when I worried that I haven't received the first bill yet. She explained that it could take longer because we just moved in recently. I like the fact that she stays until 6 pm in the office. I was running late one evening after work - a minute-two after six, and she didn't hesitate to listen to me and advised me on the issue.Besides the pet fee, one more thing I will like to bring to their attention. It's very cold in the apartment during winter due to poor isolation on the door and the windows. Surely, the wind sounds beautiful and soothing, but the furnace worked all the time during those cold days we experienced here in December-January.Thank you, guys, for all your hard work!
Leeann Butrum: There were a lot of wonderful things about living at the Brickyard. Whitney in the office was ALWAYS extremely kind and prompt in her responses. I loved the layout of my townhome and it was spacious and quiet (I never heard my neighbors). I liked the valet trash service and appreciated the ample parking! I always felt safe here, and enjoyed the pool for the brief time it was open this season. The downsides are the price and the fact that they prefer you pay via the app but it charges an extra $38 each month to pay that way, which really adds up. I also completely disagreed with several things they charged me for upon move out which conveniently used up all of my deposit but that wasn't a battle I had the energy to fight. Overall it's a pretty nice place to live if you can afford it! Shout out to Whitney- she was always the preferred person to deal with in the office!
Kearon Stinson: My partner and I had lived there a little over a year and truly enjoyed it. Our home was spacious and updated. Every neighbor we ever had there is very kind and friendly. The office staff is wonderful especially Whitney. She’s so kind and is willing to help whenever possible. We found a house and have since moved but if you’re looking for a beautiful apartment home in Evansville, you need to check out the Brickyard!
Furniture Fetchers: Very professional and courteous staff. We have moved several people into these apartments and it’s always been a pleasure places are clean and well designed for living purposes. Very friendly atmosphere.
Lesli Davis: Beautiful apartment community
Karmyn Vallee: clean and well maintained property and the office staff is super friendly and helpful!!
cierra vallee: Staff and management are very friendly! Apartments are spacious and located in a nice quiet area which is huge plus. Highly recommend!
kathleen jones: Very clean peaceful area
Brianne Akey: It's very upsetting when it is advertised to incoming renters about having different amenities, including two saltwater pools, and it's not swimmable to the current people that live here. Brickyard advertises these amenities, but if someone speaks up with an issue, they say we don't pay amenity rent, only rent for our living space. We all know when people look for apartments they look for certain amenities, such as a pool, and places that don't have them have cheaper rent. Sometimes it's not open on time, but will open at noon or later. If that is the case, I thought it would be to clean the pools but it's not. Every time I have come to swim I have had to skim the pool. There are leaves and debris surrounding the pool where you walk. The pool table is broke and you get 6 lounge chairs for the hundreds of residents. Please do better.
J. VALLEE: I used to work there on a painting crew. Always professionalism coming out of this place.
Marisa Sprinkle: My husband and I have lived here over a year now and have truly enjoyed it. Our home is spacious and updated. Every neighbor we’ve had is very kind and friendly. The office staff is wonderful…especially Cindy. She’s so kind and is willing to help whenever possible. We’re actually looking forward to living here for years to come!If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment home in Evansville, you need to check out the Brickyard!!
Soumen Chatterjee: I lived there for quite some time and I would say I would NEITHER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE to come here and stay.First, this property has a very high rental fees and they change their policies and rules and regulations behind the scene without informing residentsSecond, they find out opportunity to charge you for some reasons or the other.Third, WORST MAINTENANCE ever. My kitchen counter top was broken and damaged for 4 years and they did not even bother to change it. Every time we called, the response was we do not have right people available.Same happened to our windows. You cannot open half of the windows and we reported it after the very first week when we moved into the property but nothing happened in four years.Bulbs run out, inside as well as outside. There was a entry gate and security keys etc...it was broken by somebody without punishing that guy, they removed the gate itself.Fourth, worst people in the office. Illogical arguments. They love to find out opportunities to apply a charge to you.So, yes the apartment complex from outside looks shiny...BUT ALL THAT SHINES ARE NOT GOLD.I would have given them -5 rating if I could. Go for other apartments ... they offer much more than these people.
Kelsi Ham: Great place to live. No issues. Maintenance is very prompt. The management office is terrible. We felt as though I was putting her out to do her job that she is paid to do. It has been a full 3 days. I still don't have a solution to the billing error.
Kristin Smith: We lived at the Brickyard for one year and this is one of the nicest and well kept properties in the Evansville area! The Assistant Property Manager, Brittany, was awesome to work with and super friendly! The maintenance team was also great and quick to respond to any service calls. These apartments are updated and spacious too! I would definitely recommend this property if you’re in the area and looking for a place to call home!
Daniel Hiatt: Lived there for a good while unfortunately. While the neighborhood is well kept by extremely nice maintenance men who are great, however the staff management that sits inside is probably the rudest set of people I have ever come encountered. We have dealt with many different changes while living there with staff. We also have dealt with many weird issues there. While is a safe neighborhood, there are some issues with surrounding area of kids breaking into cars. It's happened a few times.Don't expect luxury living like they state. It's very smoke and mirrors. Cheap walls and fixtures. It's not as nice as you might think and its very deceiving. Now for our big issues. We had a dog that had seizures and the manager at the time told us that we should "put him down" because he would sometimes be a little loud while having them. The manager then called a vet and scheduled us an appointment because she believed our vet wasn't good enough. *Note- This was under old management and ownership, but still my experience with overall time of living there. New corporate asked me to change note this.*Also same manager blamed us for smoking and throwing the butts outside. I don't smoke, never have and told her I am allergic to most smoke. It was the neighbor doing it, but they blamed us. Never apologized about it once they found out. They also blamed us for being loud and fighting one weekend. Come to find out we were out of town and it was the neighbors. They just are quick to come at you without actually knowing. *Note- This was under old management and ownership, but still my experience with overall time of living there. New corporate asked me to change note this.*Over time, staff management did change but never once have had a nice staff. They are very demanding and cold like. They expect you to be perfect when they are not. I get apartment management is hard, but they don't care about their tenants, just money. Being a local business owner, I am offended the way they handle business. I feel sorry for the new company that bought the complex a few years ago, they got taken. Also be prepared to pay a trash service fee of $20, that the apartment makes a lot on. The company charges them around $11 per apartment, so Brickyard make an extra $9 or so on already high rent. They won't admit it, but I know other apartment managers elsewhere they use these services at their complex. It's a huge cash grab and nickel and dime for residents. Its 100% enforced you use it.Parking also is not great, as management doesn't enforce tenants guest taking up spots infant of your place. Sometimes I would have to park across the street or down a bit while carrying groceries in, while neighbors friends would park in front of our complex while hanging out. Complained a few times, nothing was done. They don't care.I will add this to my revised review. I lived there for a good while, never was late or had a late fee. We moved out and waited on a bill in which we never received in the mail, but they said they sent. The management never once contacted me until one day they threatened collections. Never called, just a cold email. I paid it that same day. On top of that, there was a late fee added to the bill I owed. All these years and they charged me a late fee when I was moving out. Just the amount of greediness is extremely petty.I was hesitant about writing this, but I felt people need to know about my experience living there .Of course there is a lot more that went on. Overall, I would avoid this place and go elsewhere. Many places in Evansville, this is one to avoid. I just feel the attitude is very poor and hopefully they can fix their local staff.
Cameron Cox: DO NOT LIVE HERE! Don’t let the nice area and living spaces fool you. Although it is very appealing to the eye, the management side of this place is the worst I have ever seen at any residential place. They are absolutely terrible at communication and they will secretly charge you for stuff on your apartment without telling you! Although it was a nice area to live in, I will never live here again after all of the problems we had with the management team.
JACOB WISNIEWSKI: DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Find somewhere else at all costs. There are plenty of better places to live in Evansville so do not settle for this place. They clearly do not know how to run a business. They are unable to fulfill the simplest tasks and are unbelievably disorganized. They will make you hate living there.
Spencer Cox: WARNING - BEWARE!!! The property and living conditions are good. The staff and anyone that you have to talk to who works here is terrible. They are unable to answer the phone or complete any kind of task in a timely manner. They will do their best to completely ruin your living experience at this property. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROPERTY.
Lacey Lee: I initially moved in two years ago and had zero issues with management and genuinely enjoyed the property....when it was privately owned. Once Monarch Investments took over, the apartment complex went down the drain. The company tried to scam my roommate and I out of THOUSANDS of dollars when our lease expired by us not signing a'notice of intent to vacate' (a piece of paper they left TAPED TO THE DOOR....not emailed...not mailed...TAPED TO THE DOOR when both of us had moved out prior to the notice because of Covid and never got any notice of the extended lease until a phone call two months after the piece of paper had been taped to our door). After convincing the company it was wrong for them to charge us more months rent by allowing them to keep our deposit in exchange, they then charged us more once our lease had expired for 'damages' that did not exist, but (EVEN IF THEY DID EXIST) should have been covered by the deposit that THEY KEPT! It was an awful experience and I would give negative stars if I could. Bring back Roxanne.
Beth Maland: This is a very nice place to live in. There are a few issues but overall a great place.

Devonshire Gardens Apartments: what do users think?
Tina Warner: Nicely maintained community with character. Like that it is conveniently located to everywhere I need. Staff is very helpful and maintenance are quick to repaond
aiden: Moved here in February. I’ve never had an issue with management. One of the women in the office is our neighbor, and is always very friendly when she sees us. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Ours is extremely reasonably priced at 715 a month (it’s only going up to 735 next year, which I’m stoked about). We have a renovated unit. It’s also important to point out that rent is lower during the off-season. I moved in the peak of winter, which is why mine is so low. During the summer, it’s about $200 more for the same unit. It sucks, but that’s just how the market is. The area is really close to everything and super convenient. It’s very quiet and cozy. I cant hear much from the neighbors if anything at all. I have an ESA and my partners working on getting her animal registered, and management has been super understanding and accommodating with it. We also haven’t had much issue with rude neighbors or anything. I’ve left my car unlocked and sometimes my door and haven’t had anything happen. I also dropped my work vest in the parking lot one day and found it two days later on top of the mailbox, completely unmarked. I can see myself living here until I’m able to take out a mortgage, which will be a few years. I definitely recommend it so far.
christa mayes: I would give zero stars if possible. I’m a current resident and will never recommend this community to anyone. I moved in March and was happy with the apartment I chose. Upstairs, roomy, fireplace, and newly renovated for $825. Perfect. I loved it. Fast forward to now. I have to move because my floor is caving in by my sliding door. I’ve been telling them since I moved in it was the floor and not the door. 3 months later they finally sent a contractor who confirmed what I told them. There is literally a hole in the floor and the damage extends back about 2-3 feet into the living room. Mind you, I live upstairs. My company and grandkids have been walking on that this whole time. They were so unwilling to do anything to help my other than put me in a smaller unit, downstairs, dirty, bugs, spiders, and not newly remodeled….for the same price. So nice of them. I get the keys today and as soon as I enter I’m hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke. They clearly knew and didn’t want to replace the old carpet because every vent and fan in the house was on. The apartment is freshly painted so the smell has to be in the old carpet. I’ve sent emails and attached pics so we’ll see what happens on Monday….I’m going to say probably nothing but offer me this smoky, dirty, smaller apartment.Update…..Today they brought residential contractors without a permit to repair my floor. I was watching my camera from work and heard the workers say they were just going to cover it up. Long story short they were going to replace the door and the wood under it and cover up the hole in the floor. I’ve emailed them asking what the resolution is with no response.Update to the update…..now I’m going through an eviction hearing claiming I lied on my rental application 5 months and 2 leases later all because they don’t want to maintain their property. They already have my unit listed as available to rent lol…..except I won’t be evicted. Also very funny how every review on here within the past month, excluding mine, are from people that have never left a review for any other business….ever. Lol. Fake reviews highlight the fact they are grimy and lack integrity. The attached photos confirm everything I’m saying.
corey grant: They have a very nice property. My grandma has lived there for several years. The maintenance team are very good about addressing issues as quickly as possible. Gregg being the main one I know is very respectful and good at his job. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
Andrew Seib: As a vendor here I work closely with the maintenance team and the property. This team is top notch. The property is well maintained and beautiful this time of year. Shoutout to Greg (maintenance supervisor) for handling all situations in a timely, professional, and courtesy manner. It’s good to know you can count on these guys when you need them!
Kelsie Arendell: I know a few people that live at Devonshire Place and Gardens. Every time I am visiting, the properties always look very well kept. The maintenance crew and office staff are all very professional and extremely kind! They are quick to address issues. I would highly recommend these two apartment complexes!
Dylan Hall: I currently have family in this apartment complex and on a recent visit, loved every aspect of their little community. Grounds were so clean. My family have had to put in work orders that were answered immediately. I spoke with Gregg, the maintenance man, just to compliment him on his property. He was extremely professional. It put me at ease knowing hard working associates are taking care of my family.
Gregg Barr: Great place to be, beautiful property and smiling faces in the offices!
Carolyn Edwards: I highly recommend this property! The apartments are clean, well maintained and cozy. The management is friendly and cares about the residents.
Janet Peter: I love living at Devonshire Gardens. They are quick to respond to my every need. The office staff are so pleasant.
Ray Patton: I never understood the love my wife, the property manager, has for Devonshire Gardens until we moved here. It is very peaceful and the people are friendly. I love our cozy apartment. The staff is amazing.
Glenn Wilson: We have lived at Devonshire Gardens for over 5 years. Maintenance people are responsive to problems. Office Staff is friendly. We have no plans to move. Recommend this property to others.
Christa Bruning: I've lived here for over 12 years and I've never had any problems. Perfect area, great place to enjoy with your pets and generally very quiet.
Felissa Spaulding: Moved here about a month ago and I absolutely LOVE living here. The apartments are clean and roomy. And the office staff is very friendly.
Jeffrey Sullenger: Great place to live!!! Management is amazing and the grounds are well maintained
Angela Thomas: I love how the staff goes out of their way to answer my questions
Sydney K: We love Devonshire and Destiney!
M.A. Arnold: I have visited Devonshire Gardens many times and have always found it to be in good condition and well kept. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartments are very large and spacious and the location is great.
Ktshup J: It’s the worst complex ever. First, you will not have your own privacy forever the maintenance guy entered my apartment several time and once got in my room while I was sleeping in it. And when complained they don’t care!
Melissa Arnold: Apartments are very nice, I love the backsplash and new appliances in the kitchen. Very large rooms and convenient location makes this a perfect choice.
Megan Coleman: I have lived here for seven years. There has been a steady decline in the quality of living and the staff. Cheap patches that don't hold and the staff is apathetic. Several of the apartments, including the office, were broken into over the summer and the office never alerted the other residents. If you have a need to break a lease, it is ridiculous. It basically requires 4 months. 60 day notice and then 2 additional months of rent.

Gil Parra: Es un lugar muy tranquilo y respetuoso, muy ameno rentar estos departamentos, ya que comparte con la naturaleza.
alex1zbatman56: Awful apartment complex staff. My aunt had been a resident there for a little over a year and she absolutely loved the place. Unfortunately on 12-1-21 she was discovered dead in her apartment. This was also her day to be moving to a downstairs apratment facing the lake so the property manager should have been getting ahold of her considering the office had been open for two hours. They didnt. I called and asked if they had heard from her and was told "we aren't giving you that information" my aunt sat in her apartment dead with her two cats for over a week and they didn't bother to check nor care when i told them she had passed
Misty Hofmann: My mom has lived there for almost 2 years now. I’ve called the office numerous times to discuss things with them concerning her & never had an issue till today. Now all of a sudden they “can’t discuss” her with me. I’ve never been so mad. My mom is elderly & me & my sisters handle all her stuff & until now it’s never been an issue. We not very happy about this.
Brandon Thompson: We do work for them. The ladies are always pleasant and professional with us
Brandy Wright: The place is super nice and they have a gym, swimming pool, tennis court and basketball court
Josie Sneed: The people who work in the office are very friendly and I enjoy the amenities they offer (sauna, tanning bed, gym, pool)

Cross Lake Apartments: what do users think?
dalissa pinkerton: I would give it zero stars if I could
Samuel Brown: Lexi’s the best apartment manager I could ask for!
Maria Giolitto: I have lived here for about 2 years now and absolutely LOVED Rachel!! She is hands down the best leasing agent (I think) and I definitely would have loved if she was the one to be promoted!! She is the most caring individual who sincerely helped everyone and is truly the best at her job! I would like if the kitchen was a little more up to date, but other than that everything is great!
Dylan Smith: I’ve lived here for 2-3 years now and of all the places I’ve lived in town I haven’t received the great hospitality and sense of caring that Rachel has given out. Beyond happy with all the help she gives and knowing I could turn to her for any issues. I would however love to see the kitchens get some love and get updated.
Shean Strader: Maintenance is great, office staff is wonderful.
Anna King: Wonderful place to live!
Anna Houseknecht: Such a cute apartment complex. Maintenance is quick to take care of my Maitnance needs. The property manager is very friendly and easy to talk to. Property is clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend.
Jeremy Bosse: Apartments are spacious, maintenance is thorough, and office staff does wonderful at communicating
hanna abutaqa: I loved living here! The office staff is led by an amazing Manager who has always been available anytime I need her. They were very accommodating of my service animals, my million house plants and any concerns I had about neighbors or my safety. Maintenance staff, specifically Donnie, were ALWAYS helpful, caring and would help you at the drop of a hat. The manager I enjoyed working with the most was Chelsea, hope she is still there ❤️ The office environment, however, made me very uncomfortable. The two ladies that were once in the office with the manager when I lived there were very unwelcoming towards me and I avoided the office area because of that. I believe Crosslake can SOAR in the community if they get more welcoming and experienced staff in the office to operate the phones, talk to customers and give the apartment tours. Every issue I ever had, anything I ever needed was ALWAYS handled by the manager or Donnie in maintenance…. The office staff were never seen around doing their jobs, and were rude and toxic, which is why I, as a resident, steered clear of the office. It was a very terrible and toxic building to be in. The only reason I stayed at Crosslake for as long as I did was due to the kindness and compassion I received from Chelsea and Donnie.
StopWhatYerDoing: The company is great but unfortunately they kept the only office employee that hates her job & people. She is rude, never answers the phone, and makes a ton of promises she can’t keep. She has 2 huge dogs and 4 cats and does not pay any pet rent or deposit for them. She breaks every fair housing rule there is. All her friends get discounts and none pay for their pets nor do they pay for a washer/dryer. Nothing will ever get done. The manager, Chelsea, is the worst human being.
lexay ross: Beautiful complex with a wonderful location, the pool with the lake view makes the complex completely worth it!
Travis Putnam: I put in a maintenance request this morning and it was knocked out before I got home. It was nice to have “one less thing on my mind” when I got home. Management/maintenance never lets me down. Thank you for the prompt resolve. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Sherry May: We Loved living at Crosslake! We lived there for nearly a year while our home was being built. The office staff was amazing… always helpful! The maintenance staff were efficient and friendly. Loved my neighbors, enjoyed the lovely pond! Rachael Rodriguez, especially, went above and beyond to make us feel warm and welcome and at home!
Max Gee: I am currently living in Cross Lake. I have been for 7 months now. Let me tell you it has been an amazing place to live. Neighbors are nice friendly, the staff treats us so so well. I feel really safe and comfortable here.Update: I've lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed it. We haven't had a bad experience yet.
Nicole Andrich: I lived here for 6 years and never had any issues. As far as apartments go, this place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. Office staff and maintenance were always very professional and kind.
Kimmie Wood: I have lived at crosslake apartments for nearly 7 years the property is beautiful it is always clean mode weed eat it and well maintained the dumpsters are kept neat and clean and anytime of work order has ever been found in it has been completed within 24 to 48 hours usually by our primary maintenance man Donnie Overton here at crosslake hour one and only if you haven't lived at crosslake or had the experience of meeting staff you are missing out best property manager best leasing agent and best maintenance right here at crosslake make it your home today!
David Arango: Was in town looking for an apartment as I am relocating here in the next couple months. Very nice property and Rachel who helped me was super helpful, answered all my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. They are definitely on the top of my list now.
Karina Hernandez: Rachel was so helpful! She was extremely welcoming and informative, all of my questions were answered! Excited for my new journey!
Jordan Roe: The convenient location on the east side, coupled with friendly maintenance staff, not to mention the impeccable welcoming atmosphere the manager Chelsea provides makes this an ideal place to live
Jaelyn White: Cross Lake is a wonderful place to live. The office and staff have been exceptionally, especially Rachel.I would recommend living here to anyone!
Amanda Smith: We truly love these apartments! We adore the ladies in the office! The location is perfect for Eastside lovers. Each apartment is recently updated, with neutral flooring and gray walls with white trim. Their in-unit laundry is a must for families! It's quiet and everyone who lives here is very friendly. The maintenance guys are very responsive and take their time to do the tasks well, as well as have friendly conversations while staying busy with the job at hand. We love the vaulted ceilings in our upstairs unit, as well as our private balcony! These apartments are very pet friendly with plenty of open grassy areas for them to play outside. The lake; complete with beautiful fountain, geese, and ducks; is such a relaxing touch. The pool is very well cared for with new furniture and is always crystal clear. The gym is small, but has everything an average person needs (think hotel gym) and is very clean and private. The bonus clubhouse is also great for parties and larger gatherings! Lawn and garbage companies also do a wonderful job keeping things tidy. There is plenty of parking for everyone here too! We have recommended these apartments to ALL of our friends and family and would recommend the same to all of you! You won't be disappointed!

Ethan Bowyer: Raised my rent 30% this year. Would also recommend paying the extra cost for a cat. You need them here as shown.
Caseda Woods: I wouldn't recommend I've been receiving eviction notice if I refused to pay my rent, I'm on housing and housing pays all of my rent. They sent me emails threatening to evict me for non payment so I ended up paying a nice portion out of pocket that the landlord later says they were going to credit to my account and not return my funds witch they still haven't even credit my account I'm still receiving eviction emails.Basically their stealing money.
Brooke Weber: Places are great if you want mold poisoning and your stuff damaged by leaking ceilings! It was a nightmare.
Amy Jo Harrelson: It's a great community. I really enjoy working in the office. My co-workers are great to work with and we have great residents.
Pinky 3890: The office personnel are never around to assist anyone needing help. Never return phone calls or emails. Bad business. ☹️
Jeff Kolley: I love working here and the residents are very understanding.
C M: Lived here a while now and the changes have been good. However, there is a high turnover with maintenance staff. There have been some good ones but they never stay. Last week they sent the short bald guy who smelled like beer. I went into the office and the 2 ladies in there were gossiping about residents! When my lease is up, I'm gonna be outta here!
Ollie Gill: Nice apartment .
Lisa Williams: MAINTENANCE WAS UP ON THEIR GAME , THEY GOT TO MY CLOGGED DRAINS AFTER HEARING ABOUT IT AND IN NO TIME WALA I'm back in working order. These maintenance guys here go above and beyond to take good care of us. Thank you so much and they deserve recognition for all their faithfullness. And hey also keeping us safe with putting in our new security light, it's super bright just gotta like these guys. Again thanks for awesome Maintenance and worry free home.
Andrew Davidson: I have a friends that moved in during summer. Very happy with experience. I visit them often. Very professionally ran. They do a good job on responding to maintenance requests. Office staff they said was very good. I’m referring them to another friend moving to area. It’s a good deal for a 2 bedroom.
Melinda Jones: I have lived here for almost 2 years, the neighbors are great, the office staff is easy to work with. The apartments are nice. The office is always hosting community events for the tenants.
Fukinfab: Just visiting.too much traffic around apartments but decent on the inside
Mike Marshall: They're under New Management and they're doing great things with they complex a good friend of mine like lives there
JUST REAL: I was praying me and my family got an apt but I guess we wasn't good enough 😔 disappointed
Tracy Hamby: Outside looks good, grounds look good, friend said inside was nice
Lea Dycus: Great place to live! Nice and quiet! Great staff & maintenance! Nice and affordable apartments😊
Haylee Bogard-Rice: Very peaceful place to live. Everyone is friendly from the staff down to the neighbors. Highly reccomend.
Micah Charleston: I give this apartment five stars because of the communication from the leasing office and maintenance team. Also the 2 bed room and bath is perfect for a family of three plus a pet. Washer and dryer connection. Private pool so everyone from other neighbor hood's are not coming. T he list goes on. 4 years here and just get better and better. Keep up the good work.
Haleigh Angel: We have been here since the beginning of August and we love it! The staff has been friendly, our neighbors are great. & they’ve been making a lot of positive changes and updates around the complex! I can’t complain.
Jeremy Edwards: Can't wait to see the new changes, hopefully new carpet and stairs/balconies too!!
StaLo Key: Been living here for almost 2 years, no complaints, staff is very nice, maintenance is quick and knowledgeable.
