Michael Finley: We had the privilege of visiting Piranha Mobile Shredding today. It was an interesting experience. The gentleman working the shredder unloaded our huge totes of paper goods to be shredded. He could see that I was really interested in how this all works. He took the time to explain how the new shredding system operates and how they recycle everything. I appreciated his hands on customer service skills and could see that he is a real asset to the company. Considering it’s a paper shredding facility, We found the building to be clean and highly secure along with the many video camera systems they utilize. We highly recommend Piranha Mobile Shredding and will visit again next year for our next paper purge.
Betsy Corley: I just experienced the worst customer service I think I have ever had. I stopped off at Piranha Shredding this morning to drop off a load of paper. From the time I arrived, one of the gentleman that “helped“ me was a complete jerk. I am sorry for patronizing your business!! I will definitely never make that mistake again!!!

I confirmed she will contact us to get the info and let us know when they were coming...she said IT WILL BE IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO....DO YOU NEED IT BROKE DOWN MORE THAN THAT? LOL no, Sherry...I did not need you to 'break down' anything...you however need to learn better customer service skills....and perhaps you need to think about what you tell people over the phone..if they repeat your own words back to you, how do you think you sound??

Court Kull: My wife had a package shipped there twice and the people there rejected the package and sent it back. When I inquired about it today the guy running the place was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. Acted as though I was bothering him and I had to insist he look up the tracking number to prove it was shipped there. Obnoxious, rude, and ignorant of the process, or he just lied. Either way I’m never going there again and I encourage you to find another store as well.
Stephen Dewig: The most rude customer service I have ever experienced. One employee couldn’t scan label on my phone and read the instructions and told me to print it off and shipping would be free. Returned with the printed label and the young man would not even scan it. When i complained he told me to lose the attitude and he was done with me. Yelled at me in front of other customers.

Called Easton and asked them and all I need was the RA # and address clearly labeled on the package, which it already was in big letters in sharpee. Took the exact same box back in after sitting in my car on the phone with Easton and they said “oh sorry yeah that’s all you need.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

Tim Pechin: Our business opened a PO Box at this location about 7 years ago. Last year, I lost my key. It took them over 3 months to replace the lock. Access to my box and mail was limited during this time.Now, they terminated my box without giving me any notice. Further, the owner will not tell me what he did with my mail that was in the box. He motioned in a manner indicating he threw it in the trash. Because this is not a USPS owned facility, the USPS will not help you in changing your address.I will not trust these people with my packages or mail ever again.

Pat H: UPS store on Evansville East side had closed early due to no electricity. I called the west side store on Pearl Drive to verify they were open and closed at 2:00 PM. The lady that answered the phone CURTLY let me know they were closing at 2:00 and would not stay open a minute later. We arrived at 1:50 PM. There were 2 customers being waited on at the time. A short blonde lady was barking orders at the other 2 employees and being very rude to the customers. She tried locking the door at 1:55 PM but one of the other employees had put duck tape over the lock earlier in the day because it kept locking customers out. You could tell this frustrated her even more. She came back to the counter , looked at me and barked, "Who is next?" I had 4 return codes to scan, each with a print out sheet including return item descriptions. She scanned 3 of the bar codes grabbing what she THOUGHT were the items and moving them across the room each time. Before scanning the 4th code, I advised her there must be a mistake somewhere because the item on the last code did not match the item being returned. She got very spiteful and told me it was my fault and I needed to figure the problem out. I told her I needed the previous items scanned in order for me to figure out what the problem was. She stormed across the room, retrieved my items and slammed them on the counter in front of me. She kept being rude so I finally asked why I was doing her job.(while she stood there watching me and let me know I was taking too long) She snapped it was MY FAULT because the return was not organized! How rude can you get ?!?!This woman is NOT good for the business. Every time the door opened and another customer came in the door, she would get even more aggravated. This woman does not need to be working with the public.On the positive side, there were two other employees( a lady and a young man) that were very courteous and helpful. They were doing extremely well with the situation at hand.

I’d rather go out of my way than to be treated with so much disrespect.I was given specific instructions by Spectrum to send something back to them, and was told to provide all this to the UPS store, so I tried to provide it all - the woman at UPS refused everything: the box the stuff came in that had all the labels ripped off and had the stuff packaged securely, my account number that Spectrum told me MUST be in the box with the equipment. And when I get a bill from Spectrum, the rude old lady with the white hair who thinks that being rude to customers when they are working with someone else is appropriate will be the one that pays it. Hope that old lady isn’t a Manager because she’s terrible at her job if she is!
Nicole Price: The lady at this store interrupted me while I was talking to let her know what I was calling for yesterday. Customer service sucked from the second she answered the phone. All I wanted to do was pick up my package instead of having it delivered too me since it was running late being delivered. She was extremely rude and quick to hang up on me right after she interrupted me and said I needed to call another store. I know we all have our bad days but from all the reviews on here it looks like everyday is a bad day for her. You guys need to find someone else to fill her position and quit letting her be so rude to customers. Now I left a voicemail asking her to call me back yesterday because other stores were directing me back to her store that I first initially called. She has not picked up my phone calls nor responded to my voicemail and here we are into the next business day. So very very very rude!!! I want this addressed immediately!!!!

Mandy Steinback: I normally ship with usps but decided to give UPS a try thinking that my items would be even safer being shipped through them. The item I was shipping was a handmade and painted 2D wire sculpture. When I arrived at the store I found two high school kids working so I consulted them about my shipping options, asking directly if I needed to worry about my item being bent in the bubble wrap envelope. They told me it would not be bent, it would be fine. I was perfectly willing to opt for a more expensive package if it would ensure the item’s safety as this was a meaningful and personal item that can not be easily reproduced and took several hours to make. The item was completely destroyed in shipping, the person received a completely mangled mess of wire which was both heartbreaking and embarrassing for me. When I came back to consult with the manager (I’m assuming this is also the person who elected to schedule two high school kids to run the store without a more knowledgeable adult present) she said I needed official documents to prove the items worth otherwise she could not help me. She offered no apology nor did she seem interested in consulting me further on how I could be compensated as a poor working artist who was laid off in the pandemic who just had their original artwork destroyed. The alternative to this situation would have been a knowledgeable UPS staff member easily upselling me on better packaging that would have resulted in UPS making more money and me being pleased with the service I received. This store seems to be poorly managed.

Robin Wildman: Called ahead to confirm print shop could do a same-day turnaround, gave all the information for our order and was quoted a time of a few hours turnaround and price. Drove an hour to the store only to be told when we showed up that they don’t do any same-day. No apology or explanation for why they hadn’t mentioned that on the phone. Good thing there is a Staples near by.
Danielle Hurwitz: My husband and I go to office depo regularly to print and get boxes. I am unsure of the man's name but he has short brown hair and a beard. Every time come in, he is there. We try to be very nice but he always seems to be in a very bad mood. Today we said "have a nice day" to both the workers behind the desk. He looked over to us and gave us a very mean face ignoring us. I am not sure what the issue is but the customer service is terrible. We love the printing and what office depo offers for shipping, but it becoming uncomfortable.
