Robert Bunner: I pay my gf bill and I pay my phone bill. Over 200.00 for both services. Still have high down payments due to bad credit score. I've payed t-mobile over 4,000 and nvr missed a payment.
Ambur McDaniel: Honestly, service on my phone is very iffy at best. Lost my phone paid the insurance deductible and now I’m paying for two phones. Called the customer service and they are a joke. Needless to say the insurance is pretty much a scam, because you pay for the lost phone anyways.
Jen hust: Had the same issue for months with my phone and no one could seem to fix it. At one point they told me they didn’t even have the phone, which was dropped off that morning. When I went to pick it up, still not fixed, I asked if anyone had even looked at it and one guy told me he didn’t have time to deal with me.
SAMUEL: They have very poor coverage along all major roads. I got the infinite data plan but what is the point if I can't use it while in a car.
desiree stinchfield: Use to be friendly, helpful costumer service when we had any issues with our phones. Now they act as if you are inconveniencing them when you have to go in person. Been loyal customers for several years but we may have to consider looking elsewhere if the customer service doesn't improve. The least they can do is pretend that they appreciate their customers.
Skeezix mccat: Had issues with an insurance claim for a broken phone, these guys helped me on the phone with them and got it resolved!
Brennan Green: While the service in store was decent the over all T-mobile service is a pathetic joke. Only had my plan a week now and I've already recieved a bill thats due in a matter of days from now. Coverage is abysmal! Dead spots all over and the supposed 5G is slower than my son's cheap pay as you go deal he got through Walmart. Unless I have constant wifi most online options are useless so it makes working from my phone next to impossible which is a must for me and my job. I should have known better than to go with T-mobile. I'll be looking for a new provider asap!
Cherlyn Harris: Shout out to the store manager, Neena, she worked with me to solve some very stressful customer service issues. She took ownership of my concerns and worked on coming up with a satisfiable solution. I greatly appreciate her and her efforts and highly recommend this T-Mobile location for your future needs! Ashon Stewart: Been trying to get a phone fixed for 2 days and get nothing but a run around at this place. This is the only place of business that I have been to that no one in the store knows anything other than the phrase "you need to go to the website" had a rep tell me that they couldn't even look at the phone at 6 pm even though the store closes at 8. Was refused help with switching back to an old phone multiple times. Only thing they can do is push a sim card update that they won't even do, I will be so glad when my contract is up.

ltaylorrocks: TLDR; Bad customer service by the manager Jesse.GO TO GREEN RIVER STORE, SAVE YOUR TIME.Made this review in store while waiting because Jesse told me in order to fix my phone I needed to call customer service. I had to use their store phone becuase my phone could not make calls. I was on hold for almost 40 mins. They saw my review and told me I either needed to delete the review or leave the store. Lol. Goodbye.I went to Green River and Mark fixed my phone in less than ten minutes!
Linda Ryan: Darra was wonderful to work with! Darra was very patient, easy to talk with & fun throughout. She answered our questions although spouse & I were asking questions at same time. Sky & Tae helped too.

Emily Lynn: I have never had a more terrible experience getting a phone or a phone line at a store in my life. To go into the whole ordeal would be like writing a novel. Not one person in this store knew what they were doing. The phone they gave me when I purchased was half of the GB as the phone I currently have. They had already shut off my phone number with the company I was with. To make a long story short and four hours later, I walked out of the store with no working phone and after they told me I could leave three different times and then would call me when I left and tell me I had to go back for something or another- I drove directly to the phone company I was trying to switch from and set my old line back up. The worst experience I have truly ever had. I would recommend this store to no one. Saving $20 is not worth dealing with this company.

Garrett Webb (Gwebbdakilla): So I've been with tmobile since they bought Sprint. It's been fine. But this store is making me leave. I walked in today because I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung Z fold 3. The guy I spoke with when I told him I wanted to give him $1800 for a phone said "we don't got that, you gotta go on the website" then looks at me with no follow up. Doesnt even suggest another phone or that he can order me one. So anyway now I'm switching to Verizon who has already got me the phone I wanted at a cheaper price and I get to keep my number.

Luke: Worst service I've ever had. Basically, all of Burkhardt is out, as well as other major chunks of Evansville. Doordashing is almost impossible now...But don't worry, workers display their pronouns on their name tags so we know they conform to Woke theology. And that's all that really matters, right?
Heather Wenner: I went with my Dad to help him get a new cell phone. We were really concerned about making sure that we didn’t loose pictures and voicemails of my mom’s who recently passed away. Shelbie helped us. She couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! She made the visit so easy and stress free. This was the best experience purchasing a new phone that we have ever had!
