Donna Kincheloe: Approximately four years ago we rented a storage space from Lighthouse. The system of payment is streamlined. Support staff is quick to respond and always helpful and kind. We chose the temperature controlled unit and all my stored items are the same as the day we placed them in storage. Books, fabrics, record albums, Christmas decorations and kitchenware remained in perfect condition. We are totally satisfied with this company.

Brendon Kelley: This place is a scam. First off, my light bulb never worked and people were running businesses out of storage units around me and would have trucks blocking my unit for hours at a time.The real issues started after I canceled though. They obviously try to make it a pain to cancel so you don’t do it, but then if you don’t follow each step exactly to the dotted “i” and crossed “t” then they keep charging you until the following month. When I asked for proof I even agreed to these terms (as I’ve now been charged for 2 months passed my move out date), they only claim to have a “recorded phone call” of them explaining it to me that they can’t actually let me listen to unless I take them to court.Avoid this company at all costs.

Not to mention constantly having to fork up money to buy new tires because they do not clean the premises and leave nails and other sharp objects for you to run over! I've had to replace my tires on 3 occasions after leaving this place!!!! The owner is a crook and a liar and will take your things! He WILL NOT return your calls and has an overall nasty attitude! So, unless you enjoy walking on used condoms, used syringes and a TON of scrap-metal and nails (and lose everything that is important to you)..... DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!! One of my biggest regrets! I lost all of the photos of my family!!!! 60 years of my life documented into photographic memories.... LOST FOREVER! I hope i can remember the faces of my dead parents since i no longer have a single picture of them!

Lisa Bruce: The two problems I have had has been the gate codes not working sometimes and something they have no control over which is the layout of some of the storage sites. My personal experience with all of the auction people has been great.

Daniel Latini: Online signup process was easy. I had no problems getting into the facility via the keypad. However, I live nearby and rode my bike. The only way out is via the same gate, which is triggered by a weight-sensor that is calibrated for cars. There is no interior keypad, nor is there a way to alert the onsite staff. I ended up having to send my 7 year old through a hole in the fence to input the gate code again so we could get out
Megan Keeney: Good location, difficult to drive through with larger vehicles. The units stay relatively dry, but when it rains the back end of it floods. The doors to the units are a little older and can be kind of difficult to open.

Stephanie Williams: Has 24 hour access which was great and another reason we chose this spot due to our work schedule varying we needed access 24 hours a day. We stored our work supplies etc inside but showed up recently and gate code would not work upon further review we had received a email stating we have an immediate eviction from one large unit and 2 outdoor spots even tho we were paid up till the 14th when we called regarding access they stated we were "living" on the premises. We have been renting from here for almost a year and have never resided we have a home so to keep the peace we decided to take our money and spend it at another facility we were told in 4 days we could access our belongings so long as we kept our appointment 5 days later with them and only had 3 hours to remove our belongings. We showed up and Noone was here to allow us access still so we called and was informed that the property manager wouldn't be on location for 3 more days we ended up having to call local law enforcement who stated it is a civil matter and as long as we had paid up (we had proof) that they were not able to keep our property from us. We had people here that took off work and came from out of town to help on their scheduled day to move the stuff. Now we are being told we have 3 seperate days for only one hour each day to get our belongings out. I will NEVER rent or recommend renting from them again. Legally AFTER we have paid we still have 5 days before they can put a lock on our property yet we are not even being given that. DO NOT STORE STUFF HERE UNLESS U WANNA JEAPORDIZE IT BEING KEPT BY PROPERTY MANAGER

Joshua Venson: Storage units are very clean and they have the best prices around that I found for the quality and service that I found, also they have 24H surveillance. So far pleased.

Zoe Kaufman: I trust my items here. It is gaited, clean, with good customer service. Very appreciative of Jim Elkin at Red dot storage RD54 who professionally helped me by answering some questions that ensures the safety of my unit.
Jeremy Cooper: Never had any issues. Simple storage but hard to get large trucks in.
Barbara Sinnett: We moved our stuff in there a couple of months ago. I don't have anyones name, but the girl we talked to on the phone was great. Have had no problems

Sydni F: Nice facility but needs to have a snow plow go through storage area I got stuck twice trying to get in there to my storage.
Joanna Peak: Loved convenience of self service when renting unit, but my facility units were not numbered the same as paperwork.. took forever and 2 calls to 800 to find my unit. They did explain had just aquired facility but for such an easy place to rent this was very frustrating
