Blake Cadwalader: The worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki and for the “most part” got what we ordered, but they only put enough chicken on each of them to make 6in subs so we only got half the meat. We also had told them we wanted the sweet onion sauce on it as well which wasn’t on either one at all so the sandwich was pretty much a dry cold bread sandwich with cheese. I used to go to this location frequently years ago and I never had a bad experience but now it seems like the employees don’t care.

A shame as I liked that subway, but there are others in town to give my buisness to.Update: locations are 1st ave, st. joe, Lincoln ave, Westside walmart, and main st. (the 1 near hutch and sons NOT downtown)

Deb H: I was in line to order with another car. I noticed the car pulled up in front of me and then the lights went out in the store but the sign to order remained on for me and another car. After 15 min I called the store and the girl taking orders replied we close at 8 pm and I just take my headset off. I told her that’s not satisfactory that she needs to let the 2 cars in line know “I’m sorry we’re closed” and not just leave us hanging.

Chris Baker: After sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no assistance I left. There was no other person in the drive thru nor were there people in the lobby as that was already closed.
Emily Dixon: If I could give this specific location less stars I would. I had to go in to the lobby due to my drive through order being made incorrectly. It all went downhill from there. When I entered the packed lobby I observed the manager walk over to a homeless person that had entered at the other side of the store and proceed to kick her out of the store. I understand not wanting your customers solicited, what I don't understand was the behavior displayed by staff immediately afterwards. Not only did the manager loudly announce what she'd just done, but proceed to laugh, berate, and joke with customers and fellow staff about the situation. When I was finally helped, I mentioned that it was disheartening seeing adults act like that. The managers response to that was yelling at me from across the store and asking why I was being rude to her, cursed at me in front of everyone in the lobby, then proceeded to yell after me as I walked out the door. I will never again visit this location knowing that these individuals run this store and act in such a way to customers.
Matthew Dimmett: The tables were clean, the staff were really nice, and when building the sandwich one employee in particular made sure the toppings were evenly spread. It was very appreciated.Parking: Best to park directly in front of the building. The parking situation is a bit odd, specifically if you try parking where the drive thru is. It can be challenging to get out of the line is a few cars long.

If the owner knew what was good for him; he would get rid of the jerks working there now. And hire all new employees.

They skimp on everything like another reviewer said. The lettuce looked like it had been out for a while, very discolored so skipped it. The meat only covered 3/4 of my sandwich and there wasn't enough spinach to even line up the length. The bathroom is always out of order, which doesn't affect me but might others. They frequently don't have sweet tea available at the fountain. I understand not everyone has a bubbly attitude, but when I don't feel welcome in a place I'm not likely to return. The staff are polite but not friendly; they are purely running a business and saving money/reducing waste any way they can. I'm done wasting my money here, it's too expensive for what you get. I should've gone to Penn Station and actually felt full for their price.

This time my sandwich was unwrapped in the bag everything loose inside there The bread was soggy. When I called to let them know they said they would remake it and I would have to drive back and get it. I said that wasn't really an option and she said well what would you like me to do. I said well I would like to be refunded. She said she couldn't do that but her manager could and I said then I would like your manager to do that and she said okay and hung up on me. When I called back she said ma'am I'm going to have my manager refund your card. I said but you hung up on me. She said well you were rude. I said I wasn't rude I was just stating that I would like your manager to refund my card. I said you were rude for hanging up on me. She said yeah okay. We shall see if a manager calls me I told her I wanted a manager to call me. Really disappointed because I liked the subway.

erin morearty: I went through the drive through, got 2 sandwiches. When I got home I found out 1 of them was completely wrong, I live 20 minutes away. I call the store, tell them what happened and they say they will remake it and refund my money for it. I should have checked the second sandwich before driving home again because it too was wrong!!!!!
