Kyndel Mcneily: 12/9/2021 Around 6:50-7:00 pm I went in to Pacsun to buy jeans that I’ve been wanting for a while. When I stepped in the store I noticed 3 employees all sitting on the counter by the register talking. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. I just went about my business to find the jeans. When I got up to the register, the girl sitting closes to the counter took a few seconds to notice me. When she did get off the counter she continued her conversation with the other two employees behind her. Didn’t say one word to me other than “are you using cash or card?” When she was done ringing me up she just pushed the back to me and turned back around and continued her conversation. I got home, mind you I love and hour away, only to realize she didn’t take the security tag off of my jeans because she was too worried about her conversation.I will not go back to this store.
Mitchell Horton: I don't know who my cashier's name was but his employee ID was 572263. Regardless he was a fantastic employee. He helped me pick out 3 new outfits all for a great price. He even gave me size recommendations that fit me perfectly. The store was well organized and looked amazing. This was my 1st experience at PacSun and I will definitely be coming back!

H lane: Had a great experience! I actually live in Pittsburgh, PA, but was in town visiting a friend, and we stopped in to see what PacSun had to offer. They had a huge sale going on and I was able to get exactly what I needed for awesome prices. I do not remember the name of my cashier, but the number for the cashier on my receipt says 501156, and he was very helpful and not pushy at all when it came to promotional marketing. I didn't want to get involved with the promotion, but the way it was handled definitely made me want to write a good review ;) Thanks for the awesome experience!

Mike Jefferson: Boards here are to expensive. The “skatepark” is small and cramped. There’s nothing wrong with riding a 7.5 or 7.75 skateboards. Street skateboarding is not a crime.

I am from Middle Tennessee and I wish we had a shop with an indoor park like this. I am jealous, great impact on the community support local skate shops.
Clint Smith: This place is top-notch! My son went for a group lesson and was doing Ollies and dropping in inside of 2 hours. The park is a nice mix of features and was busy but not crowded. Shoes, clothes, decks, complete boards and more fill the shop, with plenty of variety and very reasonable prices. The owner talked us through board selection and we chatted about parks in the area and what my son could do to keep learning. 5 stars is not enough for this cool place.

After finding out the store doesn’t carry those we were instructed to check out the clearance rack, and after picking out football cleats as our only option we were told at checkout that they couldn’t sell those shoes yet. They said they hadn’t been released yet. There were a few of them too. Idk if the staff was lying or just poorly managed. We wasted precious time trying on shoes that the store can’t even sell.

Cindy C.: We were looking for baseballs. They had plenty of different kinds but........none of them had prices, some of them looked dirty or used. I walked around until I found a employee. I asked her the difference between the two balls and the price .. She said she didn't know.???? She then got her phone and scanned one of them and started reading me the information. Scanned the other one and read to me again. I asked what were the prices. She scanned them again and told me. I said I would probably have to ask her again because that was alot of iinfor she had hurriedly read to me. When I had more questions she was NO where to be found nor was anyone else. Then went to check out. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes. The price was higher than what the girl had told us. When I told the checker she said sorry. I paid it and was just so happy to get out of the store ... never to return!!
