Livia Boeglin: When I went in to figure out my sizes for the different types of styles, I brought in so many pairs of jeans and shorts into the dressing room, and Janna (dark hair and round glasses) was extremely helpful and welcoming, asking me if i needed any help or different sizes. Definitely made me feel more comfortable.Ashley (I think that was her name. She had straight blonde hair with two braids in the front.) was also helpful when I asked about different sizes, and she gave me lots of options and advice.Just wanted to shout out those two for being so nice and attentive. I appreciate all their help!!!
Zach Lamanske: Not very good quality clothing...
Jenifer McCarthy: Went to exchange a pair of jeans, and Nicole the manager approached/ overheard the conversation and let me know even though I had the receipt and they had not been worn, that refunds and exchanges are at a managers discretion and she would not be approving this exchange. She did not look at the jeans or the receipt. I am not sure why she acted this way. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Luckily, I called customer service and they were able to help me immediately.

Tessa Wilson: I'm 34 yr old and took my 1st step into an American Eagle store due to pressure from my teenagers. Let me tell you.... the staff rocked! Every... and I mean EVERY associated kindly greeted us and offered assistance. Normally, I do not take to the help, but they not only helpped find the right size on the shelf, but found 3 pairs of 40x34 pants in the back.... AND discounted them! I may just shop there myself next time.

Kyndel Mcneily: 12/9/2021 Around 6:50-7:00 pm I went in to Pacsun to buy jeans that I’ve been wanting for a while. When I stepped in the store I noticed 3 employees all sitting on the counter by the register talking. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. I just went about my business to find the jeans. When I got up to the register, the girl sitting closes to the counter took a few seconds to notice me. When she did get off the counter she continued her conversation with the other two employees behind her. Didn’t say one word to me other than “are you using cash or card?” When she was done ringing me up she just pushed the back to me and turned back around and continued her conversation. I got home, mind you I love and hour away, only to realize she didn’t take the security tag off of my jeans because she was too worried about her conversation.I will not go back to this store.
Mitchell Horton: I don't know who my cashier's name was but his employee ID was 572263. Regardless he was a fantastic employee. He helped me pick out 3 new outfits all for a great price. He even gave me size recommendations that fit me perfectly. The store was well organized and looked amazing. This was my 1st experience at PacSun and I will definitely be coming back!

H lane: Had a great experience! I actually live in Pittsburgh, PA, but was in town visiting a friend, and we stopped in to see what PacSun had to offer. They had a huge sale going on and I was able to get exactly what I needed for awesome prices. I do not remember the name of my cashier, but the number for the cashier on my receipt says 501156, and he was very helpful and not pushy at all when it came to promotional marketing. I didn't want to get involved with the promotion, but the way it was handled definitely made me want to write a good review ;) Thanks for the awesome experience!

Mallory Brummett: I went to Macy's because the Thanksgiving Day parade said they have a ToysRus there. Well yeah they have a small section on the second floor. I didn't like the ToysRus there because toys were all over the floor, some were even damaged, and the prices were extreme. You can find the same toy at Meijer for $20 less. They have a great selection of clothing and trinkets. Most of the toys are nice but a bit expensive. Try it. You might like it.
