Kiosk only for dine in so you can't explain anything and when I tried to the manager said (don't talk to anyone on counter). I ordered and paid for 2 extra portions of cheese on my Mexican pizza and it didn't even have the regular amount. I asked for a refund and the manager was extremely rude. Hunter Mayberry: I came to this location in regards to a DoorDash order. Once I arrived, I was told by a customer who had been waiting outside that there was an altercation between two employees, therefore they had closed. I decided to try to go through the drive thru as there was a line, figuring they would at least be able to give me the order that had already been paid for by a DoorDash customer. Once I got up to the window I was told by an employee that their system was down so the DoorDash order never came through, despite my ability to see their order screen through the window and watched her delete all of the orders off.

Then when I get to the window, they forgot to ring me up for one of my combo meals. When I tell them that, they say that I need to come in and order it because they are on a timer basis and there are people behind me. What? I was here first and you’re the one that messed up my order. Just make it and bag it! Worst experience at this Taco Bell.

The clerk was cheerful.I visited the rest room before leaving they were out of toilet paper. There was a sign on the door saying that the room was checked every half hour. Terry McCrarey: This location is the best Taco Bell in Evansville, Indiana! Fast, friendly, gives you large portions in the tacos and gives you correct change back. Their restaurant is actually doors open for business. Other Taco Bell's are closed door meaning drive through only or close their doors early evening so you have to drive through only. The management here uses their head and keeps restaurant OPEN FOR BUSINESS! I will dine at THIS Taco Bell again!

Angela Bauer: Went through the drive thru. It started off bad. Apparently they don’t say, “Welcome to Taco Bell”. Instead all they say is “How are you?” That’s really welcoming. She the tried to tell me that something doesn’t come on a crunchwrap (that I have ordered several times) and then starts laughing as if she realized it does come on there. I get to the window, pay for my food, she hands it to me and I’m looking through the bag. I ask her why there is three burritos in the bag. She stated that I ordered three. I reminded her that i only ordered two. I then say, “Guess somebody needs their hearing checked” as I’m driving away. She then yells out the window, “Don’t come back”. I yelled, “I’ll be back”. My food was amazing through. Probably one of the best crunchwraps I’ve had yet.

Danny Bradley: Might be the last time, did a mobile order for drive thru at 2:30 thinking it wouldn't be busy that time of day. I get there and the drive thru is full, extra cars around the building. So I park in the mobile pickup spot and go to a locked door. Not enough help to have the dine in open.

DoorDash is always screwing things up, but this time, it's because they put the receipt and stickers on the WRONG bag entirely. This time, DD isn't at fault, although because everything was wrong and I couldn't contact the driver after it was dropped off, I went ahead and deleted that account. Called the restaurant to see if it could be fixed another way, and they essentially told me that there was absolutely nothing to do, and said sorry and hung up.Great.
