Rick Ball: You will never find any better Sushi than that made at Domo Japanese Hibachi Grill, Sushi and Ramen. Seriously fresh and artistically presented by owner Marvin Abadicio and his staff.If you are a sushi aficionado or just curious about the cuisine, Marvin will either either succeed your expectations or educate you in what tastes to pursue. I personally recommend sushi omagashi (a Japanese phrase, meaning “I’ll leave it up to you (the chef)”, but with three Hibachi grills, a Raman Bar, a Sushi Bar and of course table side dining, you can’t go wrong for personal to family and group dining. You owe it to your senses to visit and enjoy!

Erin Bacher: We visited Domo for the first time last month with a large group for a birthday and were excited to try a new sushi location. However, we left a bit disappointed. While our wait was short and the service was good, the food lacked. They did offer a variety of specialty rolls. However, all four that we chose were very bland. The Ramen that we ordered for our son tasted a bit strange too, which someone else in our party also mentioned. I hate leaving less than stellar reviews, but the entire experience was just alright.

M Sumner: A little off the beaten path you’ll find this Asian gem tucked into an unassuming strip mall. I got the pork ramen based on a review photo and it was excellent. Some wild cuts of meat in there that tasted like a combination of pork roast and bacon. Also got the fried pork gyoza, which was great as well. Plenty of room to sit inside, but I noticed most people were grabbing and going. Either way, an inexpensive dive dive into some authentic flavor. The manager/owner swung by and was very proud that the broth cooked all day with some bones in there for flavor… well played sir. It works. Enjoy!!

Shaun Skelton: This place is a bit of a hidden gem. Almost everything on the menu is great. The pork Ramen is fabulous and a big bowl. The hibachi is all good, and the sushi burritos and bowls are awesome.Every appetizer I've had was really tasty as well, and you can order online. The only thing that is just average is the miso soup.
Alvin Blake: The food is fresh crisp and delicious! The owner is friendly and the restaurant is super clean. Without a doubt this is the very best poke bowl experience in Evansville.

Dioshia Fox: My daughter and I visited this establishment for the first time. Our entire experience was amazing. The bartender served drinks,waited our table and never missed a beat. She was very knowledgeable about the menu from front to back. We chose Thai pineapple chicken with rice and the Birria noodles for our main course. Also has appetizer and dessert which was fabulous. Pricing was cheaper than we expected our bill to be after all the food we received and such good service. We will definitely return soon to try other options ❤️

Alana Roberts: I've now been to two Korean restaurants in Evansville. At the other one, everything is gleaming and dark and cold, and they play obnoxious, lewd K-Pop videos on a large tv right by the booth. The menu there is good but complex, and they are crewed by a large group of affable young Americans .This is NOT that restaurant. This is the restaurant where the floor, tables, and chairs are crafted of warm and beautiful wood, where everything is quiet and clean and comfortable and balanced, where lighting and decor is timeless, and where a white-haired Korean lady brings you food from a simple though ample menu of real Korean food.This is also the restaurant where the Kimchi is so crisp you could play percussion by chewing it, and so refreshing you drink the juice leftover in the bottom of the bowl.If you are reading this, you should know by now which of the two restaurants is for you.

Two of the 4 drinks were flat. I don't mind paying good money for good food but I payed just under $100 for something we couldn't even eat. We have traveled to many restaurant's nation wide and this is by far the worst. One elderly lady greeting, cooking, and waiting the table. Never will go here again.

Andrew Werner: Had a reservation for 7 pm. Waited over an hour past our reserved time to be seated. While we waited, I ordered a beer at the bar and the bartender automatically assumed she was keeping the change from my drink order and acted put-off when I asked for it. The food was fine. Nothing over the top spectacular. Just another hibachi/sushi restaurant. This happened a couple years ago and swore we’d never return again….and to this day still have not.
