Vanderburgh County Health Department: what do users think?
Lisa Bailey: Call wanted some information just had a very dry response didn't try to direct me on who to call horrible customer service.
Shelly Alvey: The health department is awesome with kids and with adults they make you comfortable and I respect you and I recommended if you need any vaccinations please go there they will take care of you and help you out
Kelsey Joest: I've been trying to book an appointment for my second covid shot. Ashley Libbert, the supervisor, does not answer the phone, no one answers the phone there for covid appointments, covid information, or to speak to a nurse about covid. I've been calling and leaving voicemails over, and over, and over again. It's been over a week and still no call back. I need my second shot to be fully vaccinated and she is single handedly putting road blocks to prevent people from being vaccinated. The Health Department should do better. This is unacceptable.
Joseph Castaneda: Went in for testing, never gave me a clinical number and now won’t give me results
spinozareader: I'm a healthcare professional. I wanted to talk with someone at the health department to find out whether there were needs for help with COVID-19 contact tracing. I called during business hours. When I selected the prompt to talk with an RN (#7), it rang many times with no answer, then just hung up. No opportunity to leave information for a call back. I tried this about six times without success. Finally, I called again and hit another prompt number that had nothing to do with why I was calling, just hoping to talk with a human being. The woman who answered the phone only offered to transfer the call to the nurse; she would not provide a direct dial number. If this is the caliber of "service" that this public service agency provides, it's shameful (even when you factor in staffing/workload concerns related to COVID). I have great sympathy for all essential workers, as I, too, am considered one. But I could not do my job and still remain employed if I performed it as poorly as this experience suggests of the Health Department. Truly sad.
Leslie Gootee: Casey was by far the most helpful and sweetest person ever. I'm sure I didn't spell that right but I hope so.But anyways, with everything this family is going through she went way out of her way to be extra great. That's the only word I can think of. Everything we've tried to accomplish has been giant hurdles, worse than climbing the Grand canyon oh, and Casey was an absolute delight. She was truly a blessing and I feel that more companies should have phone representatives and people like her to work for them.Casey I just want to personally say thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the family
Markus Heichelbech: They have improved greatly in the last two years.
Jen Walters: It takes all day just to reach someone in the TB clinic. I called 20x and no answers at all last week. Even left a message and NO call back.
Doris Nalin: I called twice to ask what I needed to get my granddaughter's birth certificate but no one would answer the phone of course I didnt have her mother's certificate but I could pay an additional $15 to get hers
Lacey: The employees are great,The building needs updated.
Kelli Garner: Went for 4yr vaccines, great experience. Total time was 30 min from entering to exit.
Christie Donnelly: why does no one answer the phone when you call about birth records ?
Gerard Klein: I called the so-called county health department about the Flea Bug Infested Motel 6 in Evansville, IN. They called me back requesting information & my complaint. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. NOW THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING & DISCONNECTED. LMAO
John Mundy: I picked up some birth certificates from Vital Records, they were courteous, and about as fast as could be expected.
Ninja Gamer: Discastting no one answered
Christine Smith-adcock: No answers to questions, no help whatsoever, just the tried and true excuse for all Vanderburgh County. "I don't know, couldn't tell you if I did, but MAYBE! if you jump through All of our hoops, you might get what you came for, in our own sweet time. SMH.

Deaconess Clinic EXPRESS North: what do users think?
Jenni Clarke: All employees at this location is Amazing!
Tera Murphy: I absolutely love lacresha
Lieutenant Liv: I went in just to get a Covid test. The lady who did it stuck them so far up my nose it hurt so bad. My nose was burning. She also made my nose bleed. I’ve had so many Covid test but never that bad and none that have ever hurt. I will never go back there again.
Anah Amir: The lady at from desk had attitude, she was making seem like I couldn’t be seen, if a person is sick and they walk in they still should be seen until the doors close, I understand everyone is sick and they close at certain time but it is a certain way you talk to people. You don’t have to be rude or smart people come to urgent care because it convient. You don’t have to be rude or get smart with a patient. We all are short staff and busy and sometimes we get overwhelmed but that’s does not mean take your frustrations out on someone who didn’t say or do anything to you. I’ve never had this issue until today. I always come to this urgent care.
Olivia Happe: DONNA needs to go. Trust the other reviews saying Donna provides a horrible experience. I never go to the doctor unless I absolutely need to. She made me feel as if I was a bother. She asked if had been running a fever. When I said “at one point just a 99.1” she replied “not technically a fever okay. 98.5 is considered normal.” I didn’t have a 98.5….I had a 99.1…in my experience that is considered low grade. She then said a lot of viruses are going around, so if a sore throat is all I have I can consider myself lucky!!! Never tested me for flu and didn’t want to test me for strep, but decided to. She asked if I had been taking any medicines for it and I said DayQuil and NyQuil to which she replied “why would you take that?” I said “because it said for sore throat on the package.” She said “yeah no just take normal stuff like Tylenol.” I have a toddler at home and was wanting some answers, so I could avoid continuing to expose him, but got none. On top of that, It was a horrible experience. Maybe she’s been doing her job too long or just hates it, but she needs to go. I am in meijer writing this review because she made me feel so horribly about going to the doctor when I already didn’t want to go. Probably paid a lot of money/copay for a horrible experience.
Gracelyn: I am very angry this is the worst doctors visit I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Donna is rude and has terrible communication skills. She asked my brother three times if he had been swabbed for strep. She commented that his ears were “darker than normal”? And offered no advice to help resolve the throat swelling.
Arpit trivedi: Don't come here it takes too much time once we went inside the room it took them 1 hour just to look at us wait time is like an er here
Alexandra Pleasant: I had an amazing visit here with staff that really care about you from the front desk to the exam room, an absolutely calming and great experience.
momrocks3: So grateful to this clinic! My husband went in for a sore throat and they discovered he was in a-fib. He had no clue. Staff followed up with calling the ER and they took him straight in. Thank you to the staff!
Katrinka Rynder: Amazing staff! So informative, helpful, and caring!
Tracy Fritts: Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor actually listen and didn't treat me like other doctors have. I am very pleased with the care I received.
Yuxing Hung: El personal es muy amable y atienden muy bien.
Nick and Kacey Baker: Worst experience ever. I’ve gotten sinus infections from a cold since i was 2 years old. 99% of the time they will turn into one. I’ve had DARK YELLOW mucus for 6 days going on 7 now and the nurse practitioner there said color isn’t an indicator of an infection and she wouldn’t give me an antibiotic??? Not like i’m trying to get pain pills from them. I care for my 9 month old all day alone and it’s exhausting being sick knowing i have a sinus infection but she couldn’t perscribe an antibiotic. Ridiculous and outdated practice there. Not to mention you’ll wait forever even if you have an appointment. Also the front desk lady had to call someone for help with my paperwork as i’m a new patient and she said right in front of me that she hates new patients. I’ll never return.
Brittany Copeland: All staff are so sweet and explains everything that is going on during sickness. Lacresha Williams, is a great NP with a positive, sweet, and dedicated attitude. Lacresha is so hopeful for our children with years of experience. Thank you all for what you do! Brittany Copeland
Sherry Pennington: Lacresha Williams FNP and staff Deaconess Urgent Care North. Grateful thanks for the care and excellent service you provide! 5 stars to each of you and so very nice to meet you!!
Und3ad4rmy: My girlfriend took her 2 year old son in because of a really bad cough and the front desk lady was rude af to her. Then the doctor was rude as well. Clearly they dont get alot of kid visits. The nurse was nice though.
Annie Hoeche: My 5 year old, 2 year old and myself were seen all at once for sore throat/congestion. Very patient and friendly staff. I was very impressed with the doctor’s knowledge and bedside manner. We’re all pleased, I highly recommend!
Keelan Coker: I had an appointment for 8:22 am. I was about 15 minutes early. They ran my strep test and prescribed me antibiotics and I was walking out the door at 8:24. Very efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend.
NUBIAN LOVE: I had called Deaconess Express to ask about the services of this clinic. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful. She lied about the services they offer. And she acted like she did not know that an express clinic is basically the same as an urgent care center. Needless to say based on the customer service of this woman; I will definitely not be going to this clinic.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
TA: I arrived 15 minutes before they opened, hoping I could enter my information ahead of time and wouldn't have to wait to be seen. There was already one person waiting and the kiosk would not let anyone input their information until the clinic was officially open. So that added to the wait time. You are also unable to enter your own insurance information. When you go back into the exam room, the doctor has to enter it in their computer for you, which also adds to wait time. The person before me spent 45 minutes in the exam room. I assumed I would be seen after them, but was upset when they called another name ahead of me. I guess they had checked in online and were able to just walk in with no wait at all. I did not know this was an option...I have tried to do this with urgent care clinics before and it did not allow me to jump ahead of people actually waiting in the clinic. The doctor was very nice and helpful and in addition to antibiotics, also prescribed something else to ease the pain I was in without me even complaining or asking for it, which surprised me. Having the doctor electronically send the prescriptions to the pharmacy in the same store was super fast. I had new prescription insurance and other information and the pharmacy staff took no time at all to enter my information. I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled. The tech that rang me up was very nice and knew exactly what prompts were coming up on the credit card machine and explained each one. Whenever I had to hit anything on the screen, she used those spare couple of seconds to run over to another station to keep working on other things, which I thought was very efficient and proactive.
Christopher Lambert: Very convenient. A good place to go for non emergency urgent care.
Izzy 4 life M: Super convenient, very thorough Nurse Practtionprs and co pay is lower then using urgent care
Tracey Moore: Very rude snotty Dr Short grey hair blonde lady if you don't like your job find a new one don't be rude to people

Carla Silzer: I was told to return to have my TB text read on Saturday at 10:20AM. I could not make that appointment and chose to have a walk-in appointment on Saturday it was at 1420. I waited form my appointment to be told that my TB test could not be read for ANOTHER HOUR. My test is CLEARY negative. I have been a nurse 32 years. I ask if she could document the positive results in an hour and email me copy. I was TOLD that that is not possible when she has VISUALIZED WITH HER OWN 2 RYES an negative test that it was not going to drastically changed to positive in an hour. Now I have to go back again!! Tomorrow! Good luck to the future of health care when common sense no longer matters and “protocols “ prevail
Kris Beard: My daughter had a horrible experience here. The practitioner really did not listen to her at all and prescribed an antibiotic that was not necessary. And she had to call back for results as no one called her. Results did indicate from the test that she did NOT need that antibiotic. They should wait until AFTER test results to prescribe strong antibiotics...that in this case would have made her condition worse. They told her she had high blood pressure and scared her...which her doctor later confirmed was NOT TRUE. Just all in all...the practioner was just not nice and did not truly listen to her talk about symptoms in order to prescribe the right meds. Also they said our insurance would not work and we had to pay that day....despite the fact we later checked with our insurance and YES IT DOES cover this.
Aracely Chavez: The lady’s their are so rude, and mean. I don’t recommend you going here it’s a wast of time & money.
