ricka 6733: Electric cars are not logical. How long does it take to charge? How much does it cost? Can you still have stereo air heat. Because all of that takes electricity. Have you checked to see how much it costs to maintain? The batteries a lone costs thousands. Not including instillation.

Leon Kyros: So I bought a car from this Evansville dealership last month everything went wonderful at first. But then within the first week, I notice a long crack down my back window, I called and they said "we had no knowledge of this" which shows me they do not inspect any of their vehicles. So instead of fixing it, they gave me the charger and adapter that was originally supposed to come with the car. But I could not prove it was supposed to, cause the moment I went in to sign the papers they took the car down from their website. Then come to find out a week or two weeks later I find out the car itself has a supercharger issue and they won't fix it because they had me sign an as-is paper in which nothing was offered to me about any kind of warranty or services. Now it has been over a month they have failed to give me tags, registration, or plates. So now I can't drive the vehicle because now the temp license plate is expired. I tried to return the car but they will not accept it even though both me and the dealer that sold me the car signed an affidavit that states "If you do not receive a valid certificate of title within the time specified by this affidavit. You have the right to return the vehicle to the vehicle dealer 10 days after giving the vehicle dealer written notice demanding delivery of a valid certificate of title within that 10 days. Upon return of the vehicle to the vehicle dealer in the same or similar condition as when It was delivered to you the vehicle dealer shall pay you the purchase price plus sales tax, finance expenses, insurance expenses, and any other amount that you paid to the vehicle dealer" to which it has been over 10 days since I have asked them for my title and plates. [Even asked twice].This will be the last time I trust any dealership [Sorry to any future dealership I go to cause I will never come back nor reccomend this dealership to anyone.] Cause I will be making sure not a single thing is wrong with my next car before it leaves the lot. I will also read every single paper front to back before I even think of signing it.So not only did they not let me know of the two defects of the vehicle they also are breaking the affidavit they signed. I have never in my life had any issues with a dealership until now. [I have bought 4 vehicles in my life] so all in all I will see lux in court. James Redden: *I hate reading long reviews, but I want to be specific so I don't seem like some disgruntled unappeasable customer.Glad I waited a while to write my review. Purchasing the vehicle was easy. Getting money they contractually owe back is the most difficult part. This money they owed me wasn't me asking for a fix, or just some other general customer complaint asking for additional compensation. This was getting money back from a cancelation, a cancelation I told them they would have to process when I refinanced it. This was a GAP insurance cancelation I initiated by email back in NOVEMBER of 2022. I just received the check yesterday, the 29th of March 2023. Multiple calls between then and now, I was told each time it was on the way. Never received. Finally 3 weeks ago I called, then was told "It fell thru the cracks and would be mailed out next day." (3 weeks later I get it). So if your looking for a good car, they are a good place. If you're looking for service after the sale. Steer clear (Car pun intended).Ask them about this specific review, and ask them how someone can be owed money and it takes 4 months. There is no excuse. I took a chance on a nonfranchise dealer purchase. I will never make that mistake again. They get one star because I love the car, but their mishandling after is why I can't go any higher in my review. Pathetic

Julie Masterson: Worst car purchasing experience I've ever dealt with.They were disrespectful and took advantage of my son, a young adult purchasing a vehicle. They were not easy to work with at all when issues with the vehicle came up and were addressed with them. Do not recommend!!! Had a MUCH better experience and treated with respect at Edge Auto Sports!!!!
Ryan Romine: Bought a truck from them. Sent it to me with a nail in the tire, lied about the radio being broke, and wont tell you flaws about the truck. Bought the truck then wouldnt respond to me for 3 days then didnt ship the truck to me for another 3 days. Trucks does run good on the other hand
L C: very dishonest, will tell you anything to sell the car. The car I got from them had a bad transmission. Buyer beware make sure you get cars inspected by dealer or reputable shop.

The entire staff takes care of everything from start to finish and go out of their way to fix any speed bumps. They will also search for your exact car if they don't have it. There is no dealer in Indiana that has this level of service. Highly recommended.

India Wilder: About 6 months ago me& fiancee was looking to trade in our dodge challenger for a bigger vehicle like a truck or suv. We got a 2015 infinite which would come with warranty that would cover pretty much everything. Well we have had some problems with it. Gas gauge wasn't working like couple months after we had it. One of the salesman recommended Answer. Well Answer couldn't get ahold of warranty company to see if they would cover it. They have our car for 3 weeks. Than the infinite dealership toke it gave us a list of problems with but the warranty only cover the starter which there's nothing wrong it with they don't even cover the labor everything they claim that's it wrong with it was about $5200. Then just recently the wheel bearing ain't working called lux talk to salesman of course the one we have been talking to is either off or ain't here right now. so was told he will call back. Well didn't hear from him had to call back totell him if they could just pay the part & my fiancee will do the labor went to Oreilys Lux only paid like $12. I understand car have problems but dealership need to go by their word. They're not doing that.

Brenndah Colyer: I bought a beautiful 2007 Jaguar from Lux Motors 2 years ago and Friday evening I went out to go for a drive and due to a low battery in the key fob, the car would not start. Not a problem, you can insert the key fob into a slot in the console and off you should be able to go. Nope, the valet key came out of the fob and would not lock into place.To rescue came Lux Motors! They drove to my house and were able to start the car and did agree that the design for the fob was not good. This gentleman brought a new remote battery for the fob and a jumpstart just to make sure that he covered all bases!Two years after a purchase, I was treated with wonderful service! Lux Motors is a premier location to find that special car and they behind every purchase! Best place in town and I would recommend them to anyone!

BRIAN DOTSON: Honestly the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I drove 5 hours to get the truck. They had everything ready signed paperwork and was out of there in 30 minutes. The truck is just what they said it was and they were helpful and honest from the word go.
