Dee Hanlin: Great for sewing for dolls. A description of the scale of each fabric is provided. Also you are able to order 1/4 and 1/3 yd cuts I have not seen few online sellers who offer smaller than 1/2 yard cuts. Quick and accurate delivery!

I often take pictures of fabrics so I can go through my patterns at home and return later to purchase everything I need. If I need help, I ask one of the friendly employees. If you have not been to Let’s Sew, plan your trip soon! You will not be disappointed! They have a wide range of fabrics for apparel sewing. They also carry quilting cottons. Joe Conley: Went looking for a sewing machine. When we said we didn't have a budget and needed to sew thick materials, we were immediately recommended the most expensive machine they carried but they didn't have one in stock. Interestingly it was the same machine they just sold my mom a couple months ago. Kinda felt like they only wanted to sell us an expensive machine if they thought we could afford it. I just didn't feel confident in the advice. Otherwise it was good friendly service and not pushy at all.

Beth Francis: I have been in this store multiple times and I think they have beautiful fabric to choose from. I was shocked today when I was treated so rudely. I forgot to wear my mask in and the worker asked me if I had a mask… I promptly said yes and got it out to put on… then she proceeded to say, “well it doesn’t do you any good in there does it?” I was completely shocked by the comment.Outside of the store, on their window, it says if you aren’t going to be nice, stay on the sidewalk. Too bad they don’t live by that themselves.

Briana Littell: I went in look for last minute supplies, which I needed that night. Online said they had 5 in stock. I looked on the shelves, none. I asked the ladies at the register if they could check in the back or tell me if there might be another place. They then told me that if they had some they are probably in boxes and they weren’t going to look for any. I wasn’t trying to make anyone’s day harder. I just genuinely needed this stuff. In addition I had gotten a hand held light up toy for my kid, on the wall of their fairly cheaper toys. It said two dollars but unfortunately it didn’t have a tag on it. She asked where I got it and I pointed and said that wall over there, she said yeah I’m not walking over there this looks like it is $6. I said no, this said $2. Please go check me, she then proceeded to look it up on their website and then rang me up.I ended up going to Michaels for my items.Fast forward, I placed an order at 6 o’clock this evening and they close at 9. Online said they were processing my order…. But they weren’t. I called at 8:35 to check on the order, I was then informed no one has been there after 6 to work on it and I have to wait until tomorrow now. I would have really appreciated if they would have turned off mobile ordering for their location as they did not have anyone working them. I waited almost 3 hours to hear this. I could have gone to the store before they closed and got the items myself.

Justine Nordhoff: Two months ago I took my Bernina 830 Record in to be cleaned and make sure the motor was in good working condition. It was my husbands grandmothers machine and the stitch length adjustment knob was hard to turn and we didn’t know when it was last cleaned so I just wanted to make sure it was taken care of. I was told it would be about a week. I called in numerous times after it had been longer then the time frame I was originally given. First I was told it was next in line, then I was told there were a few in front of it two different time, then I was told they were pulling it out and working on it next. When I mentioned what I had been told I kept getting “I don’t know why anyone told you that.” Finally about 6 weeks in I was told that they started working on it and it needed new motor brushes. I was told they’d be in in about 1 week. 2 weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I call AGAIN. I’m told she doesn’t know why the brushes never came in but she will check and call me back. I expressed how frustrating my whole experience with them had been so far and basically was told “well you’re welcome to come get it.” I wait about 30 minutes and don’t get a call back so I decide I’m going to pick it up and call to tell them. The lady says “yeah I checked the brushes are on back order” (not sure why I didn’t get a call back but clearly they don’t like to communicate) so I went to get it yesterday finally. I took it straight to a different shop who said he will be starting it the next day. When I get there he plugged in the machine and it isn’t running anymore even though when I originally dropped it off at Bernina of Evansville it was running fine. He calls me today and says the motor brushes are fine but it looks like whoever worked on it at Bernina of Evansville burnt some wires and THATS why it isn’t running. He will have to rewire the whole machine and it will now only run on MAX. ((Even with all of this he still will have the machine done in ONE day compared to Bernina of Evansville who kept my machine for TWO MONTHS and seem to have messed it up)). This will cost me $150 atleast to fix now.The whole experience was so frustrating. They never offered any apology or explanation as to why it was taking so long. It definitely seems like they didn’t know what they were doing or they messed up and tried covering it up or something. I took in my machine running fine and now thanks to Bernina of Evansville it will never run the same again!DO NOT TAKE YOUR SEWING MACHINES HERE TO BE WORKED ON!

Rachell Hurt: I love this store but the employee who was helping at the register was extremely rude to everyone in my family. We were asking simple questions and she was very short with us. When my youngest child was checking out using a gift card she needed to pay the extra with cash. The cashier Taylor seemed very irritated that she had to check her out along with the rest of the members of my family. We all got the impression that she does not like her job. This is really unfortunate. A career change might that doesn't involve customer interaction might be her best option.

Toby Kraft: Good business and good staff, but, if you want to buy a stadium seat here keep reading.. they sell a good seat, they buy them from a supplier, but never inspect them. I've had to exchange 3 of them. Double check for broken bottom rubber rails and short/missing tension cords under the seat.They replaced them with no problem but be sure to inspect them carefully before leaving to make sure you don't get a defective one and save yourself the trouble.
