Squrl Life: Avoid the Lincoln Avenue location like the plague. I have had great service with other clinic locations and practioners. The nurse there is nice enough. However, the APN I saw was very condescending and dismissive. I was nearly in tears at the end of my appointment out of pure frustration. Save yourself from a bad experience and go to the northside or westside location.
Tyler Nelson: I was denied an appointment pending a specific email proving my wife works for EVSC, despite me having numerous other ways to prove my wife's employment. I was basically accused of being a liar, being told the verification process makes it so people can't walk in and lie about their coverage. Even offering cash up front wasn't enough for these people. The only reason I'll be using it is because it is free, otherwise I would have instantly gone somewhere else.
Fim Fanz: I try to avoid the Lincoln Ave location at all cost. I know my body and this girl tried to convince me it wasn't something when it was in fact that; I have been in pain for two weeks because of this issue. Never going back.
sheri schneider: Was not taken care of here. Had test done and I called after a couple days for results. The person I talked to said they just came in. But the NP will have to call me with the results. Never did call me. I called back the next day and the phone person gave me my results. Still showed I had a UTI and still didn't give me meds for it. I was told to drink 100 oz.of water and take the red pills I bought at the store. Not happy.
