(David Baker) comes outside already with a demeanor attitude, sees the screen saying it has a vapor lock and has to be reset.He quickly walks away.I asked him, what about the money it charged?He replies; oh well as he picked up faster steps with a smirked on his mouth.I go inside, he is behind the counter. I approached the counter, he calls a customer from the other register. I asked him; am I suppose to wait for something?He laughed at me saying; I already told you pump has to be reset but I have a line.I asked him; what about me?Am I not a paying customer?He replies with animosity; the line is not invisible to you, is it?He takes care of two customers as I wait for him as I stand about 3 feet away from the counter.He checks and says the pump is open.My wife goes to check the pumps. He then resets the pump giving me a receipt for the first transaction $25.90...99725424My wife asked, why are you changing for fuel not pumped.He replies; nothing I can do for you, I cannot verify the levels on fuel, you have to contact corporate office.My wife aske; how can corporate office can help me if they cannot verify the situation from their location?He replies; I don't order fuel, corporate does.I was able to fuel up with no issues total of $640.60... 2771804David Baker customer service skills need improvement. His demeanor attitude is rude, he is unwilling to listen and definitely unwilling to evaluate the situation referencing corporate as the only solution.$25.90 is what I paid for David Baker Loves manager to laugh at me...

Amye Smith: I stopped in around 8:24 pm on 12/27/22 to purchase a Mega Millions ticket. The clerk refused to sell me a ticket; claiming it was too late and I needed to purchase it tomorrow. I have purchased tickets here later than this frequently. I go to my truck to Google the cut off time, which is 9:44 pm. I go back into the store and tell the clerk it's not too late and he continued to argue with me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Had to wait 24 hours to get it credited back. Seems excessive, I would have needed to pump over 60 gallons of gas to cost $300. Was completely unable to use my card until the hold was removed. And I didn't even make a purchase. Ridiculous I will never use this station again

I asked manager Michelle for an exchange for one that work, she didn't even here me out she just barked out No can't do it, no receipt no exchange. She probably thought I wanted cash back. The store cashier's are not attentive, distracted. unegaged.Thereafter I had dinner in the Denny's and the young lady was very pleasant, I didn't mind the wait. I then advised her it's not a good look to gossip about other workers with customers waiting. Davy Boggs: We have been stopping at Flying J, buying fuel, propane, food and staying the night for nearly 20 years. We have always appreciated the dedicated parking spaces out front for RVs. This particular Flying J north of Evansville on I-64 has plenty of room for RVs and has been a regular stop for us as we pass through.Unfortunately, like most Flying Js since the merger with Pilot several years ago, the RV spaces have become truck parking spaces even though most of them still have prominent signs saying no trucks allowed. We have witnessed this first hand across the country so evidently it indicates a company wide policy. It is their property to allow what they want and we understand that.Thankfully, we were able to ease into an RV spot recently and spend a peaceful night surrounded mostly by trucks. We were glad for the spot to rest a few hours.

Tim: The place is a nightmare in the evening. Can't eat past 9pm. And Cinnabon is closed before 2pm every time I'm there. How can you call yourself 24 hours if you're half way open? Not very trucker friendly.

Not good business in my opinion.
