Nicole Whetstine: Had the bad fortune of running over a screw that put a slow leak in one of my back tires. In a time crunch, I (carefully) drove over to Discount Tire who tried to convince me that all of my tires needed to be replaced because they "could not put the tire back on once they took it off". I took my business to Tornatta and couldn't have been happier. No questions asked; they patched the leak and I was on my way in no time. Efficient, no-nonsense business.

Scott Larock: Tornatta ripped me off!!I went in there needing a set of new tires and I asked him if they had any deals. So they set me up with four new tires for about $700. About 8 months later I had a flat tire and come to find out all four of my tires were bald. How could this be that tires that were less than a year old were already bald? It turns out that the tires that they gave me were only rated for 20,000 mi. And just to for some context here, I just bought four new tires from Costco that are rated for 65,000 mi with installation came to $650. Tornatta did this hoping that I would come back in to get more tires from them. I've been a customer of Tornatta for many years, but after this they will never see me again.
Derek Miller: My mom made an appointment a week ago to have an axle changed that they said was bad. She drives 40minutes to get there this morning when they would not answer their phone. They checked her in and gave her a loaner van that her and my boys said smelled like 3 homeless people had been living in it.They then called her about 30minutes later told her they didn't the part for it in. So thanks for wasting her day.

It's where I go for all my car needs!

Jim Back: I walked in to Reis tire at 7:00am on a Saturday morning- desperate. My family was supposed to be traveling for Thanksgiving but the tires on my Yukon were making a strange sound- like whining/grinding.Anyway, when I walked into Reis, the owner jumped up from his desk and greeted me immediately. I told him the problem and almost before I finished my sentence, he was in my Yukon, pulling it into his garage bay.In only 20 minutes, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. The cost was reasonable and best of all, we were able to safely travel for the holiday.After 20 years with another “R” tire shop in town, I’ve made the switch to Reis tire.

Chris Shaberts: This is a good place to do business. I was in to have tire sensors swapped from a set of factory wheels to my aftermarket set up. the service was quick and reasonably priced. The wow factor to me was that when I picked the truck up the tires where clean. I suppose they must have shined them. That is above and beyond. Had they not done that I would have never noticed however them doing that prompted me to leave a 5 star review when I wouldn't have. They put in just an ounce of extra effort and that will push me to recommend them to people needing tire work. (side bar... I am in the automotive repair industry). Job well done. Dirty tires or beads covered in lube have always been something that bothered me when customers spend their hard earned money on new tires. I have tried for years to get my staff to treat tires with the same care. Hats off to your team.

Ray Rentchler: I called in on Thursday to order a set of tires for my wife's car and a set for my truck. I spoke with Zach, he got us set up with a 4:15 and 4:30 appointment on Friday. The place was crazy, every bay was full and the parking lot was too. As I was walking in, I heard one of the guys telling a customer that they had 26 people ahead of him. Everyone in the shop was hustling and helping each other out. We were out of there by about 5:30. Great job Zach and crew!

Jiboey Abraham: Had a tire go bad on me and they were going to dismount it to check it out to begin with and then the sales rep tried to charge me to dismount the tire because it had to be replaced after the eval. Luckily I had my own tire on me and they were able to replace it for me but he wanted $29-$35 to mount and balance a tire. Most shops in the area charge $10-$15. Kind of disappointed in the service and interactions with the sales rep.

The tire techs were friendly and got everything done quickly. My scheduled appointment for 4:30 got picked up at 4:27 and everything was done by 4:50 or so. Free water bottles in the spacious waiting area. I've been to several other local tire places over the years but this is one I'll be returning to.

Gerald Davis: Been going to discount tire for decades, first time I was disappointed and would never go back to this location.Staff was annoyingly pushy up selling their warranty and windshield wipers. Salesman basically said I was stupid for not getting the tire insurance even tho basic math shows it's not worth it.Then they told me, because another Discount tire used a plug to fix a leak on 1 I wasn't replacing, they can't even put the tire back on. About 2 inches from the wall, so nothing wrong with it. So they put the spare on and I had to change it after.Lastly, now there's a TPMS error which didn't exist before.DT has always been great to me. This was just a horrible experience. I'm a traveler and will stop at another when I can, but won't ever be back to this one. They were fast, I can give them that.

Jay Pick: I had a problem with a battery that was requiring a number of jump starts in the last few weeks. They agreed to check out the battery and the car systems. The battery was about 4 years old with a 74 month warranty. After deciding to replace the battery, They offered a discount on the new battery that was very acceptable. Will continue to work with Raben on future automotive needs.

I was in need of 2 new tires on my wife’s Jeep so I tried this business out. After my original visit the vehicle wasn’t driving right - I find out that they put the wrong size tires on. I go back there 8 times over the course of a month - each time with a GUARANTEE from the business that the right size tires would be there on a specific day. They eventually put 2 tires on but before leaving the lot I noticed that both tires had multiple plugs in it and one of them WAS STILL THE WRONG SIZE and not holding air. Not to mention after looking closely - they broke a piece off of each one of my front hubcaps. The business refused to give me good tires and also refused to return my money. I was forced to take my business elsewhere after having the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.
