Benjamin Becher: I went here to ask for some advice/ help on getting a replacement tire for my bicycle as I failed to put it on myself. This was my first time there and the staff was very helpful. The person assisting me seemed like they were trying to save me money and offered advice on my next stepsThe issue I had was with their advice. I was told that the reason I failed to get my tire on correctly was because I had bought the wrong sized tire, and the tire that I needed was very niche and that they didn't think they could get it for me. They told me that I had to reach out to the manufacturer to get the tire I neededWent to another bike shop, and I found out everything I had been told was incorrect. My original bike tire was correct size, and even if it wasn't it was a common tire to replaceMy worker at Scheller's was very nice, but in terms of tires my assistor didn't have professional knowledge and just confused me more

We were a bit concerned as we are pretty rural but we worked with Miles for the scheduling, who was wonderful. He sent out Jackson from Evansville, IN (an hour and a half away) to rebuild and service the treadmill and he did so quickly and in a professional manner. He was very well spoken and wonderful to work with. He even gave us a bunch of recommendations for sites to visit and events to check out in the in Illinois/Indiana area. If you need to have a treadmill rebuilt after a move or require a treadmill maintenance service, I couldn't recommend Scheller's more!

Ross Martin: I cannot say enough about Ben and his crew at Cycling Solutions. In fact, they deserve more than a five star rating. I was involved in an accident and had to replace my bike. I called Ben and told him about my situation and told him some of my thoughts...I also told him that I was a bit overwhelmed by the plethora of options that were out there. He invited me to his shop and when I got there, he took time to talk to me about my riding style/s, preferences, upcoming events, cycling history, etc. He took me through his showroom and showed me some options online. He took a great deal of time to educate me and talk to me about the differences in each of the Giant bikes. He sold me on the TCR and when the bike arrived he took the time to fit me to my new bike and then teach me about ALL of the different components and accessories. Ben and his staff were overly helpful and friendly. EVERY customer that walked in to the store, no matter what they were there for, received the same type of service. The crew at Cycling Solutions are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never felt intimidated and I never felt like they were "talking down" to me. I look forward to many miles on my new Giant TCR and many more great experiences at Cycling Solutions.

They worked on it and let me know what was needed. Not a great story, but they were honest and tried to get me back on my bike. Good part: they worked on my the next day and charged me a fair price which is what I needed.

I've been in here several times I've had my scooter worked on and I've been in here looking at new scooters. If you're looking to buy a scooter he is great to you because you're bringing cash in. Wheaties Burton: Just saw your comment. Other then you being unable to answer the phones, you are also unable to record what work is supposed to be performed, what parts to order, or complete any work. I had to wait 3 weeks just for an oil change. Then you couldn't even complete the very simple repair I asked for. Not only were you unable to do this, but you also damaged my bike in the process and left it in an unsafe condition. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last.
