THE TRUTH: I’ve always had good customer service with these guys in sale but as far as Dylan Hooks goes and his misunderstanding of mechanics, I’ve been a diesel mechanic for 23 years and just because you don’t understand something does not mean someone’s trying to get over on you? It takes time and money to tear apart a engine to find out a problem you can’t expect someone to work on your engine for free. It doesn’t work like that.

Jeff Robinson: I have always had great service from the service staff. Five stars to them!I recently called about a battery warranty that came with my Goldwing. They won't honor a nation wide warranty. It was to much work for them, like 15 minutes of their time to call for approval. I was told to take it back to where I bought the bike. Because I didn't have a problem buying the bike from the competition, I could go back. I bought my bike ells ware because they couldn't get the bike I wanted and if they could, it would be $7000 more than a competitor.I have been spending at least $1000 a year for the last 6 years with Westside Honda. And since I, like them can pick and choose who I do business with, it WON"T BE WESTSIDE HONDA AGAIN!Hey parts counter kid, 15 minutes just cost your employer a lot of money from me.

Jim Fritz: I put $200 down as a deposit on a CFMOTO back in May 2021 that was going to come in at the end of the week. It didn’t come in on time. I changed my mind and they kept my deposit. Maybe that’s their policy but I didn’t like it. I don’t recommend putting money down to hold your place.

We bought a Sea Doo “over the phone”, sight unseen and it was EXACTLY as described on their web site and in all the conversations I had with Tyler before we went to pick it up. These guys go Above & Beyond to make sure you are HAPPY with your purchase. AND they don’t forget you after the sale. We live outside Chattanooga and the dealer in Chattanooga did NOT hold a candle to Tyler and the guys at Big 4. Chattanooga dealer even sold us a double trailer that was not designed to hold our 2 jet skis. 😡We wound up driving back to Big 4 to trade the useless trailer in on the exact trailer that we needed. If you are looking for a dealer with a knowledgeable staff, with friendly bend-over-backwards service and friends that answer the phone after the sale, BIG 4 CYCLE & MARINE is where you need to go!!We thank you guys so much & a special thank you to Tyler. Wheaties Burton: Just saw your comment. Other then you being unable to answer the phones, you are also unable to record what work is supposed to be performed, what parts to order, or complete any work. I had to wait 3 weeks just for an oil change. Then you couldn't even complete the very simple repair I asked for. Not only were you unable to do this, but you also damaged my bike in the process and left it in an unsafe condition. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last.

After talking to 5 different dealers and getting the worst customer service/major attitude I tried Evansville. They had the exact bike I was looking for and were AMAZING. Everyone was extremely friendly, super patient, very helpful, and all around just fantastic people. They put the payments right where I needed them and delivered the bike due to such a long distance (we traveled 4 hours to get it) By far the best experience I've had and they made my first Harley purchase perfect. I couldn't thank them enough. Johnathan was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the pricing and down payments. Brian R and I used to work together and he took time to come over and catch up with me and congratulate me which was super sweet. Baeleigh(if I spelled your name wrong I'm so sorry I couldn't remember it exactly) was an absolute sweetheart and teared up with me when I bought it. Mark Robinson: I had a Rear tire on my 2018 FLHTCU go Flat returning home from vacation in Eureka Springs AR & Branson Mo.on I64E yesterday. That’s a rough and dangerous situation but was able to pull over into the Emergency lane. Fortunately I do have Roadside Assistance . The Dispatcher saw that Buds HD was the closest Dealership to me. While I was waiting for a Rollback I called Buds and talked to Jim in the Service Dept. to see if they might have a tire to Fit my bike in stock and are able to fit me in on such a short notice especially when they are taking care of all their regular customers. Jim was more than Professional and represents why we Riders stay Loyal to Harley Davidson. He had a tire and Buds crew somehow was able to work my tire change in even tho it was late afternoon. My Rear tire was installed and they had me ready to roll at 530pm. I live 100 miles east of the dealership and was able to get home at a decent time. Thanks To Jim and all the Crew at Buds HD ! You guys represent the Harley Davidson community with five stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brandon Hatcher: I bought a scooter from the for 4000 and It haven't run right from day one they told me to run it till break in and bring it back and now they are trying to charge me for service that should be warranty. Need a manager or lawyer the biggest mistake ever. Looking into Limon law
Wyatt Brown: Nothing to choose from. 2 atv and 1 sxs. Not workers fault. Previously purchased sxs and was told I got accessories at cost. Accessories were 20 percent higher than west side Hondas parts that I did not get a discount from.

Cycle Steve seems like a really cool dude who is super passionate about bikes. He even talked me out of some repairs/upgrades that weren't necessary. Samuel Harris: There are some people you can not trust. After putting on a new rear tire, my bike does not ride the same. I spoke to him on the phone about it. He said do you think I switched the rim. I told him I did not say that. But I do know this: Before I took my rear wheel to cycle steve; there was no vibration or jumpy up and down feeling of the front end. After he installed my tire, he said he balanced it. I said to myself, hmm; I had it balanced already. I have no proof of course, but now I truly believe something happened to my rim at his shop.I will never, ever do business there again! I found out much later that my suspicions are true. I tried to adjust my rear shock on my Pacific Coast. It would not move at all. I truly believe that he took my good rim and put on a bad rim on my bike. What kind of person would do that!!!??? I do not respect him as a man, not one bit. What he did is dangerous to me, illegal and unethical!!!! It just shows what kind of a person he really is. Lastly, the bible says you will reap what you sow.
