I do all my e-cig business at this location now. Their mods, tanks, and e-juice are fantastic. The store is clean, the customer service is excellent, and the pricing is more than fair. They also give a Veteran's discount, which is awesome at 10%. I highly recommend this establishment and am an ongoing customer. I believe this is the best vapor store in Evansville. The employees are super nice.

COMPLETELY REFUSED to exchange or return a faulty device purchased two hours prior - knowing the individual that sold us the product assured us of the 7-day policy.This condescending JERK (also refused to give me his name) had the audacity to tell us to stick a screwdriver into the device, "his little trick", in order to use it? The device was $80 & this is how I'm directed to use it?By far the worst customer service I've ever received - as I have never been spoken to in such a manner by a sales associate.

Jeffrey Wolf: Went to shop in Newburgh purchased suggested Smok tank for my mod. Took out to car mod says no atomizer. Went back in clerk says coil probably was not tighten correctly when they installed. So I take it apart there and coil would not budge it was stripped. The clerk then suggested another Smok tank a Baby Beast Brother. Oh and I didn't get my receipt back after exchange. So now with new tank can not vape over 40 watts without burning taste. So I go back to shop to get new coils, guess what the tank they sold me they have no coils for it. Clerk looks up Green River on computer and says they have plenty in store, so I drive over there to find out they have none either. Really upset at this point. Leave note for management to call me and nothing.

Ryan Sermersheim: Place has a great selection of juices but the skinny kid with glasses behind the counter is a straight up a**hole. I went in and he was cussing me out telling me how bad nic salt was but ended up buying something else, sent my buddy there for same flavor and captain Richard refused to tell him what it was from the picture of the bottle I text him. Stating he wasn't allowed to tell him, but it was on the wall. Granted the bottles are tiny, a good 5 ft behind the counter, and my buddy didn't have his glasses.Plenty other shops in town, don't waste your time going here.
J Con: Never in my life have I dealt with someone so openly hostile toward a customer. Immediately when I went in, the man seemed very disinterested in dealing with me, and got extremely defensive when I said that I had bought the wrong thing when I came in before. When he produced the correct item from stock, he immediately opened it and removed it from the package. That was odd, and not how sealed vape pods should be handled by retailers. The only reason I can think someone would do that would be to either keep the customer from seeing the label, or to prevent returns by making sure that customers leave the store with unsealed products.At this point he quoted the price, which was 40% over MSRP. Obviously, I declined to make the purchase, and he became extremely hostile.Hilariously, a large number of the replies to reviews claim that the unhappy customers were denied service because they didn't have valid ID. The first time I went in, I was only asked to hold up my ID "for the camera." The clerk didn't even look at it. This second time I wasn't asked to produce an ID at all. I guess they aren't such big sticklers after all.
Larry Robison: Good selection which is why I go - they have products I can't find, or find a comparable product to, anywhere else. That said, they're far too cautious and will refuse service on a whim - say the wrong thing, look confused, don't know the exact make/model of your device off the top of your head, get out of the passenger side of the car, walk in with another person who leaves before you do...expect to not get service.The employees really need to learn to put on their "customer service" attitude and face, rather than their "I'm the authority on these products and I will argue with you even if I'm wrong" face.If it was based purely on selection, I'd give 5 stars. Given the challenges of sometimes even being able to buy what you went for due to the employees attitude, I'm forced to leave 3 - 5 for selection, 1 for employee attitude.

Alyssa Cook: I am disabled, though you can not tell by looking at me. Though, I've been disabled for 13 years, I have handicap plates and parked in the handicap spot in front of the store. I went in to get one thing, had not been in there for six months. The man that worked there asked me to not park there anymore because there was a customer that comes in a wheelchair and he needs it worse than me. After we paid, he followed us to the front of the store and stared out the window at me, shaking his head. Not to mention, there are TWO handicap spots. They are so worried about breaking the law yet what their employee did was illegal, they're lucky I don't file a lawsuit.

He said I could test them or bring them back that day if there was a problem, so I left...even took pics of the shop to share. I opened one vape in the car, and it worked fine. The other one didn't hit at all at home, so we drove back...only to be told by a different employee I couldn't exchange it. I had planned on going back tomorrow for my 30%off birthday discount. Nope. They lost a few GOOD customers forsure.

My husband and We both had our Identification cards and he told me that I couldn't purchase anything? smh but my husband could and I gave my husband my card while in the store which reminder we're 21+ (both of us) and he saw both cards??? and he said he couldn't sell it to him using my debit card? so he pulled out his and made the purchase.. I don't understand anyone who would turn away money that could go towards a business..especially when I was right there and gave him permission to use my card.. but since he wasn't selling to me my husband couldn't purchase items with my card? That doesn't make any since.. I'm glad my husband had his card.. terrible experience 1 out of 5 stars I wouldn't recommend.. just look at the reviews and you will see that this is the worst shop around..

Emily Dickinson (Emmy): Employee there was really rude, went in with my fiancé and picked out what we wanted (meanwhile we left a friend in the car with our kids), I went to attend to my supervised kids while my fiancé bought what we picked out. My fiancé calls me stating that the guy would have to ID me to sell him anything, he didn’t even ID us when we walked in because he was too busy complaining about a rude customer. I couldn’t go back in with my ID because my son was crying wanting his mom and I forgot my ID at home. So my friend that was previously mentioned watching my kids went in and the worker kicked him out because he was associated with me?

The other reviews are right about accusations made toward customers for trying to buy for minors (I know that happens in other cases), but not all.There is a shop down the road called Vape & Smoke Studio behind Lee's Famous Chicken I highly recommend going to instead! they were the complete opposite of this place. John Young: The past two months that I've gone in there I have had better experience with the employee being more professional, knowledgeable, courteous and presentable. The pic is what I got this past visit. Their signature brand "Vapor Lock" is always good. My only dislike is the container not listing a flavor. Instead they are only color coded. I got blue and red....?? The red is kinda berry flavored and the blue is kind of a sweet citrus with deep tones (juicy fruit gum kinda)? Like I said, labeling is not user friendly. They also do not have a menu/listing of all or even some of the flavors and brands offered. That is the very worst part! I'd buy more stuff if I could read the labels or if there was some sort of menu. Their loss. As is you gotta play 20 questions with the guy just to consider buying. Such as" asking about a flavor, what nic levels available, what is the vg level, what sizes, how much is cost. Their wall is lined with different labeled and colored liquids. It's time consuming and frustrating to find new stuff so I usually stick with what I know and only play 20 questions once until I find another to try like the strawberry bubblegum in pic.

I always get A deal every time I shop here. The more you buy the better deal you get. The store is welcoming and there is always cool music playing that vibes with the experience. Staff is not not only courteous but also fun. Because I live on the north east side of town and I’m always on the south east side, I will be happy to see the new store open. I wouldn’t shop else where. The other smoke shops are charging far more for the same items. I like a deal so I wanted to leave a review for one well deserved.
Simmons SoulSelections: Inviting atmosphere. Could use a little music in the background but I did genuinely enjoy the peacefulness of the establishment as well. I was treated with more respect than most establishments offer and because of this I walked away with more than I originally came for. I’m okay with that when I know the business has spirit built into its practices.

Mary Whelan: Never been here before, was looking for an actual tobacco shop - this isn’t one. Won’t let you enter without a mask (despite no current mask mandate), but doesn’t provide any in case you forgot one. Or wants to see your vaxx card, won’t take your word for it. Not worth the effort.
Jordan Huneycutt: Go to Crush. They would not let me shop unless I had a mask, and they had no disposable masks available. It has been over 8 weeks since Indiana lifted the mask mandate, so if you are to keep it mandated for a business, have masks available for your shoppers. Oh, and being vaccinated means nothing to them.
