That Kevin: Kayla and Noah are total superstars! They made what had been a very frustrating experience MUCH better with their superb customer service. Seriously corporate if you read this let me just tell you. However much you are paying them is NOT ENOUGH! They both deserve a raise!

Sarah bosaw: I had to go back 3 times to receive a loyalty "gift". They didn't apply the promotion correctly, so they had to correct it each time. Each time it costs money as well. I was frustrated because of this reason. They really didn't care about the inconveniences of this issue and they really didn't care at all. They couldn't answer any of my questions, really. I had to call 611 from the store lobby because they either didn't want to help or just didn't have the knowledge to do so but either way, they didn't try. Definitely, will not be going back to that location if I don't have to. Their attitudes were ugly and if they think people don't know they freely talk about customers badly out in the open, then they seriously need a reality check. Anyone would be irritated by having to go back 3 times because someone didn't do their job correctly the first time. There were no apologies except for the customer service agent on the line. Infact, the customer service agent asked me to relay a message to the bigger girl with long brown hair (no name tag). She said well, I can't hear what they're saying on the line because I can't hear them but, ok. Seriously?!!? The first customer service agent Tess, I believe is what her name was. She just up and walked away to help another customer before I was even done being helped. The people in this store have 0 customer service skills and should probably be retrained or let go. I say this because I was trying to pick up a loyalty gift and now, I'm looking for another provider. Idk about most people but I don't have to choose Verizon. There are so many other cell providers that would love to take on our business and give us great customer service. I understand nobody is perfect and mistakes happen but this mistake kept happening at my expense. Had it not costed me money for each mistake, I wouldn't have cared as much. It wouldn't have hurt anyone to smile and say, " I understand your frustrations and I'm going to fix it while you're here today. If you truly don't wanna "try" to even keep your customers happy then at least fake it till you make it. As it stands now, we're seriously thinking about switching carriers. I might add, my entire business account will also be moving with me. Do yourself a favor, if you're having an issue don't use this store. You'll end up more frustrated and stressed. There's absolutely no reason at all a customer should leave so stressed and upset. Especially, when they're picking up a loyalty gift. That in itself speaks volumes, it means we've been with Verizon for quite some time. The company is trying to thank us for being loyal and great customers, meanwhile that stores actions says otherwise. Based on almost all of the reviews, I can see they have failed a lot of people. So sad because the Verizon product is wonderful and should be reflected as such. The customer service agent on the line apologized for their actions because he was overhearing the conversation and how everything went down. When she said she couldn't hear them but, ok. He got offensive as well. It was clear to him even that they couldn't get the job done correctly and that he was going to make it right ASAP and he did.
Artist Discovery: Go to a different store, these people have no idea what's going on AND when you bring in an offer that's free, they don't believe you. Loyalty offers are for LONG TERM customers. Meaning we've stuck with Verizon and paid our bills which in turn pays your salaries. The more people you run off because of the "nothing is free" mentality when in fact yes it is free you'll run people off. Keep it up, T-Mobile and spectrum just might end up getting what they want, based on the actions of individuals who don't really want to be there anymore. I was clearly frustrated as I have been back to this store 3 times, just because a Verizon employee didn't apply the promotion correctly. Not only have I had to waist my time, I've also had to use my resources. In essence it isn't free, it's caused quite the headache and I had to be subjected to luke warm customer service. Seriously, just go to another store.
Sharon Long: I just was in the corp store and online people sent me there. Corp said they couldn’t exchange the phone. The box hadnt been opened. Simple exchange of diff color. Got sent wrong color. Store said no can do. Have to go back to online people drove an hr to exchange. Called online people and they couldn’t believe store refused a simple switch. Now have send phone backAnd wait a week for it to get back to Verizon warehouse then I will get Email where they have credited me and re-order a new phone. Ridiculous!!!!!
Jason Gee: It’s ok but they robbed me of a 758$ deposit at a store in Evansville Indiana on green river road…they are running a scam there deliberately throwing away receipts. To this day I still haven’t gotten it resolved it would be great if they could fix that.

Janae Carter: Whew wee! Reading these reviews are horrible!! I came in Thursday to get a new iPhone 14 pro max! Seen the rep Nicole she assisted me , Got me my phone then we talked about a charger.. I told her I don’t have enough for the charger right now.. and that I would come back later.. but I asked if she could bill it to my account and she said “No it would have to be paid in store” okay that’s fine I’ll just come back and get it after I pick my baby up from school.. I come back and see a whole different employee who proceeded to tell me it was okay for her to bill the $25 to my account and she did with no problems.. Why was I denied that service from Nicole? I see she has multiple reviews and comments from people who has had maybe the similar experience as me! I’m going above that store the rest of the employees were rude.. Tess was okay , The black male was cool too.. it was another lady who greeted me to take care of my order. I’m 38 hot and ready to switch service off this one . I’ve attached a photo of the employees who I had the worst experience with!

Christina Cissell: This location of Verizon Wireless has the worst customer service ever. I have a small business and pay roughly $500/month for my lines and phones for the company. God forbid I want to speak to a local representative versus their national support line when I have a question. Both manager and sales rep literally stated that they could care less if I kept my account with Verizon or went elsewhere. Although they were helping no one else in the store, both refused to facilitate a call with their national company which phone support is outsourced overseas. Shayna Dossett: Firstly, most of the phone reps (Sales, Customer Service, Support, Supervisors, etc…) regarding my most recent issue (we’ll unpack that in a moment) have been kind. With that being said, the reps in the Verizon store on Green River in Evansville, IN are prime examples of how NOT to treat other human beings, especially in a professional setting.We signed up with Verizon just over a yr ago. Before we even left, we were unable to log into our Disney+ account (included in the plan). I asked for help, told “That’s not on us. Call Disney.” I also had issues applying the military discount even though I receive emails confirming that it was successfully set up. Return to the store, a rep pulled up my account, confirmed the discount had not applied. Went thought steps again, still not applied. Another rep took over, when I tried to show the prior confirmation emails, he brushed me off saying “that doesn’t mean anything to me” (yes, he really said that) and “We don’t have anything to do with this. Call this number”. I tried to call while in the store so I could get assistance, was told that they can’t do anything just call from home. I would like to note that I was the ONLY customer on the store. 1 yr later we have access to Disney +/Military Discount (no help from Verizon, ya know, the provider…). 9/15 I call Verizon 800# (because I will not give the Evansville store my business ever again) to upgrade my device. I was informed delivery should be on/around 9/30. I paid $400 down and $130-150 taxes/fees. 9/29 I called due to order being on “hold”. Rep said there was an issue with Verizon payment system (confirmed it was on Verizon’s end, we tried a few different payment methods - all errored out on their end). I was informed only option was to redo the entire order delaying shipping till 10/21 - arriving 2-3 business days later. After speaking w/ several reps (one whose name is Matt and he just couldn’t be bothered. He was yawning during our call, refused to transfer me, and told me to just call an automated payment number…1st class service *insert painful sarcasm*). I finally connected with a supervisor, she kindly processed a form to expedite my order and waved the upgrade fee which was very kind. She later called to advise my request was approved. She was very kind and understanding. Told me I should have an updated shipping date early next week. I reach out Monday evening (10/3) to check on the status via support chat on Verizon app. During this conversation, rep informed me that I could pick up my device at the local store. FANTASTIC! I will brave the “professionals” at the store for my device. I double checked that they really had the device, she confirmed (I have screenshots). During our conversation she asked if I had prior negative experiences that she could address. I provided a truly brief overview of the struggles we have faced with Verizon. At the end of our conversation, she said “ I hope that you understand that this chat is all about me and how I assisted you.” (again, screenshots). I arrive at the Verizon store at open with the screenshot of the Order # and Loc #…Well what do you know, that don’t have the device. The rep went to check with his supervisor…nope. Not there. And how silly of me to think it would be. It’s not like a Verizon employee ensured me that it would be…oh wait…The rep barley looked at me during our exchange. He had his side to me staring out the window. Meanwhile, a female rep made it VERY clear that she was talking about me. How do I know? I’m glad you asked. The female and male employee she was speaking with, kept eying me up and down, laughing, and rolling their eyes at me. When they saw me looking at them, she rolled her eyes, turned her back to me and whispered to the male employee, looked over her shoulder at me, another “up and down” and rolled her eyes. The restraint I expressed in the moment is unmatched.I see the standard response is an apology/asking for a second chance…let’s skip to someone reaching out to me directly.Update: 10/12 still no response from Verizon!

India Wilder: I got new phone like a week ago. I was having a lot issues with my old phone that I had a year. I went to the other store on green river. They said they couple my old one with new one. So I came back the next day they say they couldn't cause its prepaid phone. So why did the lady said they could knowing it was prepaid. Went to other phone repairs they never fix it. So I went to this location. I dealt with Ryan. He was very helpful but also not pushy unlike most phone salesman. He also got me pretty good deal. Didn't lie to me. Got out there with samsung galaxy s23 plus. He also transferred all my stuff from old phone to my new one. Something that the green rivers road said they will charge me $90 which he didn't charge me. Thank you Ryan for all your help!!

Josey has not been able to help us and after visiting the Newburgh store, I was told by Casey that there is no way our bill could be any less than it is- which is $100/mo more than what Josey said it would be. Casey also told me that taxes and fees can change monthly.We we're never told that! He also stated that Verizon makes billing errors and once you pay the mistake, you will have no recourse. Also, there are no managers or Verizon employees at any of the local locations. This has been the absolute worst experience that we have wasted numerous hours trying to sort out to no avail. We are so sorry that we switched to Verizon. TCC has been terrible to work with.Besces. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend!

And Finally the best complement I can give him is he was willing to go beyond what was expected. When I showed up to pick up my phone 30 mins before closing I told him I was willing to come back another time if he didn't think we could complete our transaction before close, but he was very warm and welcoming. He certainly didn't need to stay as late as he did to help me, but he did and he had a wonderful attitude and persona even when he didn't need to. Austin, Thank you so much for everything. Amanda Cadden: After talking to Brittany for over 2 hours (over 3 visits), I was so excited to get a new phone! She originally quoted a "free phone" with my current phone's trade in but after looking up my current plan, let me know she could only promise me $400 off. I asked for a document or statement before I traded in my phone and started paying fees but she said it was company policy and unfortunately couldn't give me any documentations. "NO WORRIES! If the $400 credit (or $11.11 per month) didn't show up, she would be able to easily manually enter in the discount."When I called in this past week (since there wasn't an $11.11 discount this past month), I was simply given an apology and told I could return the phone without being reimbursed the fees already paid, they would not return my old phone, and I would owe an additional $50 for a restocking fee for a mistake that was made by an employee.Do not make the same mistake I did.
Brad Cadden: A Russell Cellular representative stated that the iPhone X trade in value for the 14 Pro was $400 for our specific Verizon plan. It seemed too good to be true and was. The representative claimed she could not print the terms with the monthly credit amount . However assured us a note with the $400 amount was saved in the system and to call if issues occurred. When the next VZW statement came out with the bill credit, the amount over the full term was $125. Despite having called and gone in, Russell cellular reps from the first Ave store deny such claims. I’m not a fan of bill credits and this further adds to it as there is no documentation to prove what was agreed upon and this retailer took no accountability to rectify the situation. It essentially became a bait and switch with little recourse.

Stephanie Hull: Great costumer service even with only 2 staff they worked efficiently to ensure costumers needs are met. Mark explained things in a very understandable way leaving me feeling sure about what i wanted device wise. Only downfall is they have slow wifi in their building proven by my phone set up being 7 plus hours in store and down to a half hour after i got home ten minutes later.

Didn't call anyone to try to get answers to my questions. Told me I had to call someone else. Didn't act like he had the least bit of interest in helping me. I couldn't call anyone because my phone is broken. Told me I had to go back to my house 20 mins in the other direction to call someone from my wife's phone then drive all the way back in town to get somewhere to maybe fix it. Couldn't even give me the name of a place to take my phone to have someone look at it.
