Kyles Audio: Horrible horrible place they called and told me 162 dollars to fix my tv I’m like ok I get their to pick it up and they tried to charge me 202 dollars why would I pay 200 for a tv that cost that new I would never return to this place ever would not recommend for no one just buy a new one it’s cheaper 0/10 horrible place
Zach Gilham: The TV we needed repaired works great! However the after 5pm crew has awful customer service! They didn’t want to help us at all! They tried telling us we couldn’t get it but we called before and we’re told we could. The lady complained the whole time! And was very very snappy when we asked about the $40 fee before hand was deducted. She snapped back yes before I even finished. She was very disrespectful to the point that you should just close at 5pm because the people that stay over don’t care at all. Not sure if I would come back for business or recommend this place. The morning crew was excellent! Night and day difference between the morning people and after 5pm people. I’ll give 2 stars just because the TV works.

Nikki Bilderback: This review is based on contractual work with a manufacturer (Samsung). B&M may do a fine job with small appliances that are brought to them, but we did not have that issue, so I am only reviewing work they do for manufacturers.We had a Samsung washer that began making a clunking sound during the spin cycle. Samsung had us contact B&M for repair. On 5/12 a B&M employee was at our home to determine the issue with our washer. They determined the washer would need to be taken to B&M to be repaired, the repair would take 1-2 days and they would get the washer once the parts were in; we could continue to use the washer in the meantime.5/16: Two B&M employees removed our washer from our home. One stated they were not supposed to take the pedestal, but they did anyway and noted on our service paperwork there was no damage to our property when they removed it.5/19: We reached out to get an update and were told the parts had been ordered. We did not receive responses to our inquiries until 5/26 when we were told they had 3 of 4 parts. Ultimately, Samsung determined the 4th part could not be obtained and they would replace the washer under warranty, but B&M still had our pedestal.6/17: We were told our pedestal would be delivered by the end of the week, but it wasn't.6/23: Received the pedestal in shrink wrap and set it aside until the new washer arrived.7/18: New washer arrived, but the technicians were not able to install it on the pedestal because when the pedestal was unwrapped, we found out it was dented and could not support the washer. Contacted B&M via email with a photo of the damaged pedestal. They agreed to replace it and requested the damaged one. We asked that the new one be installed which would put us back in the same position as when B&M removed the original washer and pedestal from our home.7/25: B&M let us know they were going to charge $250 for the installation. We contacted Samsung to see if the cost could be mitigated, but they do not warranty pedestals.8/1 & 8/7: updates from B&M regarding delivery of the pedestal and installation as we are not going to pay $250 since the damage was caused by them. They did not respond until a photo of their employee on our dryer and the dent they left in it was sent to them. Then they agreed to install the pedestal, but only if we would sign a waiver saying we release B&M from any responsibility if the pedestal was not installed correctly or any further damage to our property was caused by B&M and waiving our rights to bring legal action.We told B&M we would not sign a waiver. B&M told us it would take multiple employees to move the washer and install it on the pedestal and that "anything can happen" - exactly! They had previously damaged our property (with no offer to fix the dryer) so why would we give our rights away? If they did not have proper technicians to put us in the same condition we were in before they entered our home (a washer installed on a pedestal) they should have remedied the situation at their cost not tried to charge us or have us sign a waiver. We finally just had them deliver the new pedestal and gave them the old one as we had agreed to do. So from May until August, all B&M did was damage our pedestal and dryer. Now we have a pedestal with no way to get it installed. Communication with B&M throughout the process was terrible. If a manufacturer sends you to B&M, request someone else.

Christine Brandenberger: They was quick to come out as soon as they could, they had a very challenging problem as mine wasn't the usual warranty covered compressor LG refrigerator replacement, we had to pay labor, but then there was a problem after another problem, but they did not stop coming out and trying, even video chatted with LG live at my house to help solve our unusual complicated compressor replacement. It did take 5 visits, but they was always helpful, caring and trying hard so we did same back with understanding and patience, and very glad we did, and to have our LG refrigerator working again very, very well. Thank you Chris our repair man for never giving up, even under pressure on all sides, and always being honest and gave it your all with a smile. THANK TO ALL B&M staff, we know this was a hard one, thank you for making it right and caring, keep business like this and you will always have faithful customers for life, who will refer like we definitely will!!

When I got my device back I noticed there were some scratches that were on the back of the phone that weren't there when I dropped my device off. When I called and told them, they offered to replace the back glass free of charge. I will for sure go back to them in the future.

Kimberly Waterbury: Totally cannot believe this. AT&T sent me to Smart Phone repair, they wanted at least 165 and sent me back to AT&T and they told me it would be 150 and sent me to uBreakiFix. And you’re never going to believe what Cody did for me in less than10 minutes. He was able to get my phone out of a boot loop in addition they helped me out with a dictation issue that AT&T couldn’t fix in over 30 minutes of troubleshooting. But in less than 2 minutes Cody at uBreakiFix was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do, and ensured me he’d do it for me if I needed to come back. These guys rock, best kept secret. Dustin and Zach were amazing up front as well.

So i Monday i made an appointment online n so i called them to make sure they had the screen i need and the lady i talked to wasn't friendly and of course they didn't have the screen.. i eventually went to a different to get phone fixed.. i do not recommend this place.
