Adam Philips: I could spend all day digging through CDs and records. I' always find plenty of interesting stuff here. The employees are really friendly. A lot of the records are in rough condition which makes $5 a little high on some of them. I do like that they eventually go through and markdown a lot of them to a dollar, so even if they look a little scratched you can still take a chance on them playing well. Restock isn't incredibly often, but at least they update their site to let you know they are putting new stuff out. My only minor complaint is that some of the CDs are taped closed and I've bought a few that weren't in very good condition when I got them home and opened them. I'm sure they'd probably let you open them to check though if you asked.

Tara Lloyd: Will not shop here again. My son saved his money and bought a very expensive Pokémon set, guaranteed to have certain cards inside. One of the special cards was missing. I called and they (multiple workers and the manager) told me there was nothing they could do. Their policy is they do not allow returns or exchanges on trading cards. They even told me their registers would not be capable of doing it. I explained all the card packs were unopened, and that the product was not as described and someone needed to make it right for my son. Again they told me, there was nothing they could do, but they would give me a customer service number. I called a different store location and they immediately told me, without hesitation, that I could bring it to them and they would exchange it for my son. Funny how their registers handled the exchange with no problems.

Mallory Brummett: This specific GameStop is great. They usually have what you're looking for. I gave it 4 stars because the one person who was working and helping us didn't know much. I was told that GameStop doesn't price match their App or their website by the manager who was working. The manager was new so he was making several phone calls to people from other locations to verify his actions. The manager was extremely helpful and you could tell he was trying his best to help us and figure things out. He was kind to us and we were kind back. Another store manager from Henderson showed up and helped the manager who was helping us. The Henderson manager was a jerk at first but came around. Like I said this GameStop isn't bad. The managers just need more training before they're released on their own. I understand staffing issues but maybe with more training we can help with staffing issues by making employees confident and knowledgeable about their job. Overall, everything worked out and everyone was happy after a 2 hour process.

This makes me think the employees are lazy and dont want to get out of bed so the manager changed the opening time so they can lay in bed... it holiday season, this gamestop should be open for holiday shopping but they are not.... smh

Their manager Miko and associate Caleb (used to be assistant manager and might be again) are so helpful and understanding. I have two special needs kids and they both go above and beyond to make sure my kids are treated well. You won’t be disappointed if you visit this store!!!

Amy Jorgensen: The store is well stocked and organized which is good. At most Gamestops, you are greeted immediately but not at this one, at least not today. Two guys who may have been managers were behind the counter and just looked up at us when we came in without any greeting. Later, the other staff member did ask if we needed any help since he was busy with another customer when we came in. Other than that, some of the prices on the used games were way too high.
