Laura Alexander: I usually use behr paint. I purchased Sherwin Williams because we liked a particular color. Next time I will have behr color match because this paint is very expensive in comparison to Behr and the coverage is terrible. Should take a couple hours to paint a bathroom and it took double that and we will still have to apply another coat of paint.
Joy Hocking: Very helpful young man helped greatly, even though he was only one there, and he got very busy very quickly. Very impressed with his work ethic! I had never purchased this paint for myself, but had used some at my daughter's house, and loved it. Knew it was what I wanted to use in my home as well.

Kayleigh Roberts: This was my first (and last) experience with sherwin Williams. We went today in looking for some colors to paint our nursery.The lady working was SO HATEFUL. When we asked for samples it was like she was mad she was having to do something? I’m very unsure but it was all around a very unpleasant experience and we will not be returning.

C. Q. Cumber.: This location had horrible customer service today (11/2/19) @ 4:10ish. The teenager that was there never asked if we needed help. Never said “hi I’ll be with you soon.” When I went up to counter he barely acknowledged me with a grunt. Didn’t seem to know much about getting samples for people until I explained it a couple times otherwise it was “I don’t know or no we don’t do that” Never once said thanks for our purchase and acting like it was totally going out his way to actually do his job. Very rude!The actual paint is awesome though.
