If you need boots, or hats, or dope leather belts or a fancy Lil steson- you HAVE to come to this establishment. You know that feeling you get when you win the lottery? Me either, but I imagine the feeling I got walking into Boot Barn is better. Go Army.

Myra Henninger: I've debated on whether to share this experience online. A few months ago, my family (my husband and our three young children) stopped at Boot Barn to purchase some boots. My husband went one way and our children and I went to the kids section to look. My children got excited about the boots and started to pull boots off of the shelf. After they had each found a pair of boots, I put all the other boots, that they had pulled down, back onto the shelf the way they had been stocked. My children and I walked over to find my husband. An employee with purple hair was talking with him about what boots he wanted. She noticed we were standing there and hysterically said something. I cannot remember what she had said specifically now. But I was confused because I didn't understand what she had meant.after we paid and left the store, my husband informed me that the employee was complaining about our children messing up the boots that took her 6 hours to fix and that parents need to teach their kids how to act in public. Now don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration. I'm an assistant store manager at my workplace. But to openly complain about customers to other customers is beyond childish and unprofessional. I made a complaint with corporate and requested a call back. But to this date I have received no call. I'm beyond disgusted with this store and how they let their employees act. I will never make another purchase at this location.

Ali Bellomy: The experience was fine until I shopped around and went upfront to do a return and the worker named Melissa was nothing but rude and you could tell she didn’t want to help me. After asking for my receipt I told her it was in the bag and she laughed and rolled her eyes I’m guessing that was too much work for her to do. She should work on her manners. She looks brown but definitely doesn’t act like it. How embarrassing.

Lisa Hartley: We went in ask for the 2 guys that was taking care of the Wedding we are in and they were gone . No one k ew anything. 3 people there and they acted so dumb. I had to tell them the information was wrote on a paper with the names and what they were wearing etc. They said they didn't know where any paper was. One that claimed to be in charge was just flat lazy period. Finally one of them not her went and found the paper after I made calls to my daughter at her place of work to find out what we needed to get. This was poor service . Never seen so many people that are hired and don't know a thing .

It had$386.00. Very suspicious that 3days later my wallet was found empty. And manager didnt want to show me the video. My guess is she tookthe money. Will never go back.
