Costco Pharmacy: what do users think?
James B: I have had a Rx request into Costco for almost two weeks for a standard allergy nasal spray and they can't get it filled. I've heard nothing from them at all so when I called to inquire about it they tell me that they have a bunch of medications on backorder and have been for 8 months. When I ask what efforts they were taking to get the medications in, I was told they are not doing anything to get the medications from any other sources because they are contracted with one supplier. What?? After 8 months they haven't figured out that they need a new supplier? The tech that I spoke to was very rude about the situation and told me my options were to continue to way indefinitely or to go somewhere else to get it filled which will cost me more. I will never go back to Costco Pharmacy.
Cindy Phelps: Positively fantastic friendly normal acting people .Good luck to us all
Donovan Hefner: Best pharmacy in the tri-state area. It takes me 15 minutes to drive there from my doctor, and my medicine is almost always ready when I get there, and the staff are second to none.
Ernest Alvey: The employees were very polite and efficient. My prescription was ready within 20 minutes of the time I dropped it off. I used Good Rx and the price was the lowest of any other Pharmacy in the area.

Hook's Apothecary: what do users think?
Barbara 53: This has GOT to be one of the Tri-State's best-kept secrets and shouldn't be!I have been relying on them for over a year now and no matter who I speak with, each one is ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and POLITE!Their prices are reasonable, and their passion for helping others is a lesson for us all!THANK YOU, HOOK'S APOTHECARY....not just for WHAT you do but for HOW you do it!You ARE appreciated!!!
J.: They are one of the only compound pharmacies that have a "sterile room". This allows them to make unique compounds for parenteral administration; such as intramuscular and subcutaneous injections. I order Methylated B12 shots through Hooks Apothecary and it averages about $10 a dose. Prices are very reasonable!
gabriel didita: Good customer Service everytime I buy something there. Accommodating people.
Johnathan Maness: After having an uncomfortable experience at another pharmacy we switched to Hooks. The whole staff was just wonderful, very helpful, and friendly from the clerk to the pharmacist. They were ALSO WAY* cheaper then other place. I highly recommend using them.
Dennis Frasier: Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
Mark Fisher sr: Very nice people and good help
albass94: Great place for individually compounded prescriptions.
Patti Petersen: I don't know of a better apothecary in the US. I've tried to use others since moving out of the area and I can say there are no other more conscientious and highly skilled professionals than these folks are. Also, very critical in this review: they use high quality ingredients. No fillers I'm aware of. Kudos and keep up the good work.
cburr44: I just want to thank the staff at Hook's for everything they have done for me! I had the pleasure of living in Evansville for almost 4 yrs, during which my health improved dramatically largely due to Hook's and their masterful compounding . When I moved 2 1/2 yrs ago, things took a dramatic downturn and I came to understand not all compounding pharmacies are equal. But Cathy was very patient with me and answered all my questions. They even ship the medication to me here in GA! And now I am once again to the point where I can back down a little more, Thank you all so much for all you do- I truly appreciate you!Hugs from Christine B in GA!!!

Nation's Medicines: what do users think?
GARY: I switched to Nation's right after the first of the year, after leaving a major chain pharmacy that I had been with for about 20 years. Everyone at Nation's are super friendly and very attentive. Although they are a smaller pharmacy, I am able to get in and out quickly. They always have my medicine in stock with the exception of one and that has to be ordered. It is one that requires refrigeration. I would recommend Nation's Pharmacy to anyone looking for a Mom and Pop business. I gave them 5 stars and would give them 10, if I could...Gary B.
Tierra Jackson: I absolutely love using Nations as my pharmacy. They always fast and extremely friendly. It such a small place that after a short time they get to know you and will enjoy having a short conversation with you no matter what you wave talk about. They always have your meds ready in a timely manner. I’ve been to just about every pharmacy in town and am happy to say that Nations is the absolute best!!
chris myers: The new owner mark is great! Always helps you if something is wrong and takes care of you. His team he has working there are all great also. I’ve tried just about every pharmacy and will always come to this one!
Adam Morris: Couldn't be more helpful when it comes to regulating meds. Their prices for people without insurance are very reasonable, possibly the best in town! Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They remember faces and are always friendly.
Sandy Smith: It has my meds when no one else does but, wish they stayed open later.
Jeff Kendall: The pharmacist was very rude and i said the medication i was buying was cheaper somewhere wlse. He told me to take my business somewhere else. Very rude. So my advice to others is to take you and your business somewhere else. The other pharmacist is wonderful.
Neph Jones: Staff is friendly
Ian Boyd: The only pharmacy where pharmacist act as that and don't harass you with questions
John Chase: I am a new customer and I was in and out of their drive thru in no time! The pharm tech that took care of me was very professional. I definitely will be back!
Tasha Jossa: What great service at the drive up this week! Thanks for taking such good care of me during a pandemic.
Renee Gentry: If you want a Pharmacist that gets to know you and your Family you cannot beat Mark, the owner, and his Staff! The prices here are really unbeatable if you have No Insurance. If you have Insurance their system gets you processed much faster than the Chain Stores. The Drive UP Service they are providing during the Pandemic is just Amazing! They ALL work so hard to take care of us when we really need it the most! Thank all of you for your dedication it hasn't went unnoticed!
Autumn Courtney: The staff is wonderful. Helped me transfer prescriptions from several other places. Very nice & knowledgeable.
Chris Moers: Use GoodRX or at least compare. Their staff will lie to anybody and say they don’t need it because they beat them but I just went for someone else 32.10 for losartan potassium 50 mg compared to 13.65 at Schnucks and Aripiprazole 5 mg for 19.89 compared to 14.61 at Schnucks. I got there a lot because I run errands for seniors but most the time I can talk them into switching if they don’t have insurance or at least price comparing.Plus this place takes forever most times I come in.
Julie Phelps: Good low cost prescriptions
Heather Thompson: Friendly staff
Kyra Amich: Women employees were rude and scoffed when we had an issue.
Barb Lee: I love Nations on Pollack Ave. Keith and his entire staff are always so kind to me. They go out of their way everytime to be so helpful.Nations has saved me an incredible amount of money, too. Also, when Keith gives me my Flu shot... it never gets sore!
Deidre Dyson: Gone downhill after they fired there best employee
Kathi Duncan: Always professional, friendly and helpful. Prices are excellent.
Willard Norton: Convenient

Paul's Pharmacy: what do users think?
JoElle Knight: We switched to Paul’s Pharmacy about two years ago and immediately felt the difference in the warmth and customer care we receive from their staff at the Westside location. All the staff are great but we especially enjoy the drive-thru when manned by Nancy. Also pharmacist, Jonathan, is always friendly and able to answer all our questions and assist with any insurance needs. He’s gone above and beyond making calls to our doctors and providers to expedite prescriptions for us and our children when necessary.
Nadia Steele: Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are always ready on time and there's little to no wait at pickup. Never using national pharmacies again!
Kara Fuller: Paul's Pharmacy West has the best pharmacists in town!
Heather Wentzel: Staff is amazing! Kenzee is a sweetheart.
katelyn sizemore: Kenzee is great at what she does!
Ang: I moved from Kentucky and was worried about transitioning due to mobility issues. Paul's made it easy and convenient during this stressful time and really eased my mind and I'm glad to call them my new pharmacy. Thanks Paul's
Carey Broerman: I love the convenience. I hate the service (except for a couple techs)... I have automatic refill set up for my little guy. We are 4 days past due, no call, no updates and I have it set up for text/phone call when ready. I have to call literally every single month to see if they are done. When asked which meds are needed, they act like it is a burden when I say all of them. I have a transplant child that needs his meds IN A TIMELY manner, and this pharmacy seems to just not care. If you complain to the head, they "listen" but nothing changes. Frustrating to say the least as I am "stuck" getting meds here as insurance is dictating who can compound specific meds in town.
Bobbie Srader: Brilliant!
Brooke's Friend: This is without a doubt the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. I was in dire straights after losing my car and needing a pharmacy that had a delivery service. Some of the staff is awesome (Heather) but there is a "young" girl named MIRANDA that made my experience a nightmare. When I complained about this employee to the head pharmacist, I was told (on multiple occasions) that "she's young" and that was that. I eventually asked him if he was banging her because it's excuse after excuse. I take several medications and called to inquire which were ready to be delivered. Miranda's response was QUOTE "2 maybe 3" I asked her if I could know which 2 or 3 it was or was it a secret, to which I got a teenage sigh and I was put on hold. Then I was (accidentally) cut off. I would not get all of my prescriptions with a delivery and call to find out and Miss Miranda would tell me she didn't know how one got put in a different sort, and it didn't make it out with the delivery. I had my fill of Paul's west and decided to switch pharmacies. I would rather take a Lyft or Uber to another place then get free delivery from them.
Jerry “Chgojerr” Arnett: Great lil' pharmacy. Been around for a long time here in Evansville. Ty for your professionalism!
J.: Nice store. Some compound medications available.
Dorothy Barclay: Just started going to pauls and i think im gonna b glad i did #
Queen “Jojo” Hardygirl: Amazing at what they do.
Millard Fillmore: Very nice place. Pharmacy staff was very busy, yet very friendly. Store section was very interesting with unique brands of self care products. Nice mural on the outside and nice decor inside. We were just visiting Evansville and stopped just cause it looked interesting. Worth the stop.
Mrs Miranda Williams: The staff here are very rude and for no reason at all. I went to pick up a prescription for my mom and they said that she needed s pre authorization so I called my Dad he said they do this ever time to make a long story short they messed up and in the process they were very mean and rude to me I would not recommend that location the other location may be different
VIP NEWS: CBD oil experts here!
Rodengod: Friendly helpful staff.
Jerry Arnett: Small but ideal place to get pharmaceutical needs. Scripts and over the counter medicine
Robin Schuetter: The staff is never friendly.
Mike Schaefer: Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Angie Clark: Got my prescriptions mailed 6 days late and no one there seemed to car. The two people I dealt with, one a technician and one was a pharmacist, were rude and uncaring. I will never go back.

Nation's Medicines: what do users think?
Sandy Smith: Best prices in town.
Angela Cole: They are very helpful
Rita Burress: Best pharmacy in Evansville! The most friendliest folks hands down!! David has helped me in alot of situations thru out the years that I had no relationship clue on how to handle! Great job Nation's...
HilLesha O'Nan: I prefer the Nation's Medicines on Pollack. The staff is seemingly friendlier and more organized. They also call to let me know when my prescriptions are ready whereas this one doesn't. I called one day to see if my prescription was ready to save time in case it wasn't ready. The older lady that works there told me that she wouldn't know unless I had contacted the doctor. Normally, pharmacies email, call, or and/text to let a customer know that my prescription is ready for pick-up. I told her this and she tells me in a snippy tone, "Well, we don't do that." This wouldn't be the first time she has been rude. The last time I went there to pick my prescriptions, my allergy nasal spray wasn't included. When I contacted my doctor to see if they had sent the prescription, they said that Nation's Medicines should have refills for the nasal spray since my doctor had sent in a year supply for me a few weeks ago.I can deal with unfriendliness, but I find the disorganization concerning.
Angela Armstrong: I transferred from C.V.S. years ago, and I'm happy I did. The staff are wonderful and always helpful and the prices can't be beat !
Debo DeVillez: Love Nations. Cheaper pharcaceuticals for sure
Chris Nile: The pharmacists are always very willing to answer questions or explain things in a thorough, caring manner. Never in a hurry to finish and get back behind the counter. Pharmacist Bennett always asks if he's explained to my satisfaction and if there's anything else I wanted to ask. The same goes for the other pharmacists whose names I don't know. The technicians exhibit the perfect balance between courtesy and professionalism. I can't say enough about this location, only that I wish stores of every kind could be so friendly and efficient. Prices at Nation's are so significantly more reasonable, expressed as a percentage, that I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Lisa Kohlmeyer-Griffin: I transferred all my prescriptions from CVS to Nations. They are cheaper and friendlier. Always there if you have any questions.
Deidre Dyson: Gone down hill now that they fired there best employee
Karen “Ibfreak”: Lovely
Phil McNeely: Excellent prices, great stafc
Emily: The staff are always so kind & helpful!
Rachele Suggs: Very pleased
Reneda Baer: This is the best pharmacy. They really work with you and for you. The prices are the best in the area. The service exceptional. They are great about dealing with any issues that arise. I recently had to change insurance twice in three months which generated massive confusion, but they were incredible in helping to work through it all calmly and smoothly to ensure I still had my medicine. ALL of the people who work there are always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend it!
Kasie Warren: Great pharmacy! Very friendly staff! I just transferred all of my prescriptions to Nation's! I prefer smaller businesses anyway because they still have that family feel to them!
Co Armstead: They makeit easy for customers
Chelle “It's Chelle” Burch: They are the best pharmacy since Oak Hill.
larry harvey: Nations medicines makes you feel like family. They are a great group of people

CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
Dyanna Cox: Sat on phone for 30min no answer. Set in drive threw for 15min never came to window. This cvs makes me want to switch pharmacy s
Gerri Rice: Have always rec’d prompt, courteous and helpful advice & service here.
T N: I honestly just cannot keep coming here for my prescriptions. It’s never ready when it should be, and considering it’s for ADHD meds, they’re kinda essential to make sure I don’t run out, yet some how every time I go to pick up my RX it’s just not ready. I’ve even spoken on the phone, and told them I would pick it up today, but yet my RX has been “in process” for 3 hours now. I can’t keep going days without the meds I need to function on a day to day basis because this pharmacy cannot seem to have my prescription ready.
Stephen Gregory: I love them ! Although I am not able to readily receive my prescriptions, they deliver! I feel I have the greatest Pharmacist in the world! You all do an over exceeding job; keep it up!
Brandon Poole: Best prices in town. Swear
Kevin Baker: Very long waits, rude and unknowledgeable employees!
Patti Garner: Website wouldn't let me do ANYTHING. It's worthless.
Jeremy Roby: Slowest pharmacy you can ever go to. They truly don't care here. I recommend having prescriptions done elsewhere
Patricia Adkins: Clean. Fresh Produce
Lori A: Clean place, lots of variety. Nice to have the new store in this area.
Amanda G: I have run into several problems with obtaining prescriptions via this particular pharmacy. Regardless of my physician calling multiple times for refills, they have claimed several different times of not receiving information or calls. Also, their personal website claims pharmacy is open at 6am. When going there, is clearly closed. Multiple sites state different times. Please fix this issue and organize a better method of receiving physician refill requests. Also, the drive through pick up and drop off is nothing short of horrendous. Whomever built the store and thought having the pneumatic tube system go throughout the entirety of the store for pharmacy use was not thinking. I've never had a problem with staff though. They've always been helpful.
Cindy Galloway: This is a wonderful pharmacy. They go out of their way to help me.
Brittany Zurn: I have shopped at the Schnucks on Washington for several years and used the pharmacy before, however the pharmacy at the new Washington location is horrendous. I've been a handful of times and each time the wait has been exceptionally long and the staff have been unfriendly each time.

Walmart Pharmacy: what do users think?
Emisha Liuzzi: The pharmacy is absolutely horrible at making sure prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. All prescriptions are never filled to the fullest. Pharmacy refuses to listen to customers. Worst experience ever.
Sheena Mabrey: Pharmacy closed 1:30pm-2:00pm daily for lunch.
Brooke's Friend: Great service. Thorough and efficient pharmacist.
momrocks3: Always friendly and helpful
Kristy: Been using them for about 2years. So far have not had a bad experience there.
Michael Moore: My experience. My significant other scheduled us an appointment on Sunday April 25th 2021 to receive the Covid vaccination on Friday April 30th 2021. My appointment being at 5:40 pm and hers to be at 6:00 pm. We did the registration on our phones on April 27.On the day of the appointment We both walked up to the counter at 5:30pm. I went first being my appointment was at 5:40. I was given a paper with multiple questions and A pen. I sat at the nearest chair to complete the questionnaire as she walked up to confirm her appointment. She was denied the vaccine. The pharmacy attendant (Maui) claimed that they did not want to open another vial just to give her the first dose of vaccine. And to reschedule her appointment for Monday 3rd 2021.In my opinion This was handled wrong. Why did she not receive a call about being denied before making the trip to the store? More importantly, why was she denied the vaccine? If Covid is as dangerous as claimed to be then why would the pharmacy not open the vial to potentially save a life? Covid does not take weekends off. At this time, there is no shortage of the vaccine. If you have the ability to save a life just by opening up a vial then why wouldn’t you do it? Why wouldn’t you call her to cancel, when you called me at 6:20 pm to confirm my appointment? Unfortunately I was en route and the message happened to go straight to my voicemail..Just shocked on how this was handled. Has me questioning if it’s important or not important to get vaccinated to fight Covid. The shot was free. It did not cost anything. Why couldn’t she get one as well?If management sees this, feel free to contact me to better explain. I’m the meantime, I will be looking for a way to contact you about it so that you may better explain this experience to the both of us.
Pyro Badger 42: Don't use this pharmacy if u are taking care of an elderly family member. They gave an 86 yr old pain meds to someone else . After being on this medication for years she will have no dose for three and a half days.
Teresa Epps: Some techs are friendly, most are lacking the customer service skills and tend to take others attitudes personal when it is not and they should know that already. Customers can’t get or take advantage what the rep won’t let them. Not to mention hold times to speak either one is 9 minutes or longer being forgotten about.
Greg Albertson: Very busy..
Robert liz: Affordable
Jerry West: Best Experience I've had! Switched from CVS with all the constant problems I had with them. For years I dealt with attitude from almost everyone I had any interaction with! CVS employees we're VERY rude! I'm glad I've switched and now after several months never had a problem. I would defiantly recommend going here!
Paula Brown: I love this pharmacy! It's convenient for my husband to pick up my prescriptions when he gets off work or on lunch and it's so much closer than the Westside from our house!
Shayla Orman: The SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! If you have time to wait 20 minutes every single time in line or at the window to get your prescriptions this is the place.
