Cat Sparling: Always speedy and friendly! I get a rotation of 3 or 4 different coffees and they’re made perfect every time. I hope they know how much a cheery “Good morning!” helps get the day started. And my kids love to pop in once in a while when they get treated to chocolate croissants! We love checking the monthly theme board. The bathroom is always clean too.
Jonathan Lile: I USED to enjoy coming to this location, I would stop by in the morning in drive-thru & sometimes in the afternoons stop in and get another Frappuccino to kill a little time. This afternoon on Feb 17th 2023, I went in and ordered the usual and paid using the app on my phone it was 3:27, they was busy but not the busiest I have seen them, I waited, I noticed people coming in ordering and waiting then getting what they ordered, while I still waited, at the 30 minute mark, I went up and asked if they lost my order, but it turns out the gentleman working, just left the drink I ordered in the blender and forgot about it while he took care of all the "ladies" maybe I wasn't good looking enough to get my drink before the ladies, I don't know! Should I wear a wig next time and high-heels, will I get my drink before the people who orderd after me? Management needs to do a better job addressing issues here, like any disgruntled customer I asked about it and was pretty much brushed off. If management would like to watch the video I ordered at 3:27 on Feb 17th 2023, received drink a few minutes before 4, but the gals who ordered after me sure got there's. I won't spend my money at this establishment other places you can spend six bucks at. And they want you to tip them! Here is a tip learn to do your job in a polite frequent non-bias manner.

Daniel Wick: Waited in drive thru 20 minutes. Finally got our order. We had asked about one of the coffees didn’t seem right she argued with us it was correct etc. we pull off only to check it and there was not coffee in the cup only hot frothy milk. Had to turn back around go inside to explain what happened to someone else for them to actually make the drink correctly. She was very kind and apologetic but the drive thru girl was rude and arguing it was in fact made right when it was not. Management needs to be checking and helping better.

Joleen Miller: I'm glad I made the choice to stay here while taking care of my granddaughter for a few days. The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher in the room. Felt like home. Shopping is only a short distance away which makes it a quick errand if you forgot anything and then back to relaxing. I will definitely stay here in the future!

Kayla Talley: Great room. We were on the 4th floor and our room was huge. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. There was a whole kitchen with dishes, pans, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, normal size fridge not one of the mini ones you can barely use but an actual fridge, dishwasher, microwave that doubles as an oven with the press of a button, and they even have stove tops available by request. The pool was nice. The whole hotel was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great, lot of options so there is something for everyone. Beds are super comfy. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be backRooms: The rooms are large and very accommodating as well as clean. The couch folds out into a bed. We had 2 on the couch bed and 2 in each bed during our stay. Zero complaints. Very comfortable. The room itsself gives a very home like vibe which is great after a long driveNearby activities: Lots to do near the hotel. We went to a Thunderbolt game for my sons choir performance and to Highscore player 2 for my youngest bday. Beth Knoblauch: This hotel was beyond my expectations. Because of this hotel's staff, I will favor Hilton hotels on all my trips. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in whether business or pleasure - the cleaning crew was top notch. The room and bed was very comfortable and roomy. Nice linens with lots of pillows. Couch was comfy and the TV could turn towards bed when needed. The kitchenette was a great addition. Although I ordered out dinners it was great to have a full size fridge for juices or snacks and water. The workout room was perfect for me. Had what I needed to get a good workout. The bonus was that the laundry area is in a section of the workout area, somewhat. I could put in a load of laundry and then jump on the elliptical for 30 mins while it washed. And even better- the washer and dryer are each only $1 per load. The washer is front load and was decent and they also have laundry detergent paks at the front desk if you need some. They also have dryer sheets I believe. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when back in Evansville, IN. The staff at this hotel made my stay the perfect home away from home! Thank you to all!Rooms: Always very clean, crew did a fantastic job! Very comfortable rooms, very pleased with the space.Noteworthy details: The staff was absolutely incredible. From the front desk to the cleaning crew to the breakfast crew- could not have asked for better! Cleanest hotel ever! Also- laundry products available for free at the front desk.
Brittany W: Fast, easy, digital key from your phone, free breakfast, kitchenette with everything but a stove, pet friendly. When someone reads a review they typically only read the first bit so I tried to smoosh in everything I loved about my stay. It was amazing. There was staff present and welcoming but the check in was contact-less. You get a digital key on your phone (via the app) that grants you access to the side entrances as well as your room. But that is completely optional, you can always opt for a physical key card. They have blackout curtains- something i have never experienced - and I slept like a rock. The room i stayed in *smelled* clean. It didn't smell like a typical hotel, that odd smell like other hotels I've stayed at had. I know thats an odd thing to point out, but it made it feel even better. It feels like the staff care about their customers as well as presentation. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. It has been a few days since my stay and I cannot think of one negative thing about this hotel. I stayed there for one night and I never want to book with another hotel service but a Hilton Home2 Suites.

I usually only stay at this particular property for 1 night when I visit my mother in a local nursing home but will look to these properties if I need a longer stay. The best thing I can say about this property is that the rooms are extremely clean!

J N: The good: easily accessible off I-64, accommodating of late arrivals, room was clean and everything worked well.The negative: had a very loud IBEW meeting in the breakfast room that went until past 1am last night (this morning). Meeting participants then spilled out into the parking lot where loud talking and laughter continued until past 2. james menees: If you're in the area looking for a budget friendly option you should be fine here. The place smells clean and looks and feels kept up. Room was comfortable. Beds are firm as one review stated but not a problem unless you must have a soft mattress to sleep well. Bathroom floor could have been swept a little better but ok otherwise. I would stay here again if in the area. Can't say that about some other places I've stayed recently.
