The husband & wife, His mom was all so sweet very helpful & professional (no matter what you was wearing when you walked in) I went for the Purple Toad BF went in for the dry wines. I have been back since they sold the place can’t blame them for wanting to retire. I went in before Christmas to get some wine for Christmas dinner the lady that day was so sweet. I just got out of a kickboxing class still in my sweaty leggings, tank top & slippers (forgot to wear my flip flops to class I still got treated with respect!!! She even asked if I came in there before & I said yes, however not sure if you all have my info? She took my info & rang me up. Wished me happy holidays! I go back today to get some wine for NYE in jeans & a hoodie another customer was @ the resident as I was shopping I pick my two bottles & the woman puts them @ the register for me. I heard the polite convo she had with one customer & she wished her a happy New year’s. She rang Me up paid more attention to the guy helping her bag my 2 bottles of wine than she did me, didn’t ask if I’ve been here before (even though I went straight to my sectional of wine) didn’t wish me a happy new year not even have a good day!!! I’m sorry, however I do believe my debit card works just as well as her debit card did!!! With this being a small business & I love supporting small/local businesses one would think they would be polite & professional to every single person walking through that door!!! Today's experience is Making me not want to go back there again!! I can find my wine elsewhere! I can even get it shipped to my door straight from the winery @ a better price!!

Noah K: I have found decent whiskey here before but occasionally they have some mildly hard to find whiskies priced over secondary. For example: Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and Toasted were both priced $10 over secondary prices. They will have no problem selling them, it’s just slightly disappointing :/

Elijah Norrick: I am primarily a whisk(e)y drinker, so that is what I normally judge a liquor store on. Has one of the largest selections in the area. Carries the basics and then some for Scotch, Irish, and American with some Japanese. Even has some hard to find brands like Milk & Honey pictured below. Prices are moderate with some good deals and some overpriced bottles. At a glance they had a good selection of rum, gin, and other liquors too. Location is easy to access and parking is no problem.

Joshua Wilson: I am not saying anything about this store but they sell the same things that every Liquor Locker and to be honest, Frontier liquors has more but basically the same things that’s available in every other store in town. Wines may have been their specialty. They are way overpriced a msrp of 300 they want 1,700? Are you kidding me? Isn’t worth the 300 let alone the 1,700. Hands Down high Spirits on CrossPointe Blvd has a selection that beats any store in the city of Evansville Indiana

I love trying new bourbons and they have a very nice selection I've never had. I don't live in Evansville but when I'm out that side of town it's a must stop destination.

Plaid Ideas: The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because of their diverse selection. Would rate a lot higher if customer service was existent. Stood in store for 15 mins in the wine aisle and was not helped while workers sampled wines. Was not greeted by staff either. If this store prides its self in their customer service I would gladly change my rating.

I also love this particular store because it's a whole great vibe. There is always people conversations together in the parking lot having a good time. I was annoyed at first, but after he told me that it was how he determined if I was sober enough to be served. I don't drink, but was buying a shot of boubon for a Hot Toddy.
