David Thornton: Just wasn't happy with the visit
yakoup alkablany: This place is a joke, walked to in to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a sticker price of 50,499, the sales person didn’t even bother to check my background or anything offered me a lease payment of $745 for a 4 year lease…. I recently (1 month and 2 weeks ago) got a Dodge Durango with a sticker price of 52,500 3 year lease with 2000 down payment was only 529, In addition to that they mentioned that the car was on the lot & when I got there (2 hour drive) the car wasn’t there was being driven by the mangers wife, they need to get rid of tht sales person. Very unprofessional and didn’t have a logical explanation for the 745 payment. They kept saying I had $10,000 rebates for my Durango which is a lie, who the heck gives 10,000 dollar rebates, This is also my second time posting this review they removed the first one i did, anddddd i ended up finding a brand new jeep grand Cherokee L with everything I wanted for 625 a month, and the gentlemen i worked with showed me all the discounts and rebates he applied crazy part was the car cost $10,000 more then the jeep they tried leasing me, If you wanna waste your time this is the spot to come! This is the true definition of a sleazy car salesman, doesn't care about customer service only the profit margin! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! they dont even deserve a 1 star!

He helped me get to where I wanted to be for monthly payments and was very honest and upfront the whole time. He addressed any issues or questions I had. I will definitely be going back and recommending not only Odaniel but Ed specifically to my family and friends!

While the staff here we're very friendly during my repairs I had to wait 3 months for my car to be finally finished with it's repairs. While there were a fair bit of repairs to be made the communication between me and the shop was abismal. Important info like my technican quiting in the middle of my repair was not told by me until 2 weeks later when I called them. Very rarely was critical info involving the repairs being told to me unless called I called them myself. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or a rare fluk that involved me but this experience will most likely lead to me conducting my business elsewhere.

Bought a great used sports car from him and will buy all my future new and used vehicles from him!!!!!! Cant give more than five stars but he deserves 10 of them!
Helena Bichrest: My family and I recently purchased a car. Our salesman, Mr. Ed Reyes was an intelligent, kind, smart, and hardworking person. There are not many people left with integrity in sales and he kept it extremely honest with us, recommended his personal mechanics and other car services as well as going above and beyond to fix some issues with the car that I pointed out as safety hazards.
Craig Smallegan: Not a good experience here. Pros are that they had vehicles in stock to test drive. Not all dealers do at the moment. Cons are lengthy. When I walked in, I had to go up to an associate and talk to them. Then the salesman wanted to sit down and go over all my activities and use for a vehicle to get the right car for me. I told them I already knew what I wanted and just wanted to test drive 3 things and would not be making a purchase for another few months till I had more time to look at other vehicles and finances. After I drove them, they started to go over pricing even though I told them I was not making a purchase that day. They finished up with a 5 minute pitch on why they're the biggest dealer and how they won't pester me after my visit. Over the next 3 days I was met with 3 phone calls, 2 texts and 4 emails. So I was lied to, preached at, and doubted in knowing how to pick the right car for myself. Very poor, probably won't be back. Listen to your potential customers when they say something.

Valerie Sheets: Before I owned my Mini, I had my last car for 11 years and admittedly did the minimum to keep it in shape (it was my car from high school). Because of this, I don't know if I'm just completely removed from how great dealership customer service has gotten, or if this Mini dealership is just that great. We took in my 2012 Countryman for service, and I'm blown away by how seamless the process was. Driving into the service garage, my Mini was automatically scanned so they had all of my information already as I stepped out of the car. The issues they find are videotaped and sent via text/email with the repair estimate, making it easier to review with my husband so we could determine what services we wanted them to take care of vs. the ones we could handle ourselves. My husband determined there was one repair he'd rather do himself, and we got zero pushback on that. We determined we needed their help with everything else on the list, and they finished it all (including two pretty intense line items involving the high pressure fuel pump (covered by our warranty—thank goodness) and an oil filter housing leak) in just a day. I was sent the invoice online with the option to pay for everything at home. All the while, nothing felt pushy and everyone was kind. And this location is also just beautiful.We were shopping for Minis literally as they announced that a dealership was coming to fort wayne in 2019 believe. I can't imagine how much easier our experience would have been with these guys here. We were chasing down every single used Mini listed here in Fort Wayne, and ultimately drove all the way to Indianapolis to get ours.Thanks to Devon and the team for the help.
