Julie Nicholson: Wow! Not only dis they provide friendly, reliable service, they went way out of their way to help us. Our son lost his phone and had a Sunday afternoon flight back to where he lives. It was a Sunday, but when we called to ask if one had been found in the limo, their team sprung into action and searched until it was found. Phillip in the office supervised the search, and I believe it was Blake who went out and found the phone. On a Sunday morning!!! That is service that goes above and beyond!

They were on time for everything and all my guests raved about them. I can’t thank you enough for allowing my wedding day to run seamlessly. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs!
Dela Reilley: I am absolutely disappointed with the reputability of this company, on their website they promised to tell you about all the features of their limousines and how spacious and luxurious they are however when I wrote in one last night the wall was falling off of the Side of the limousine. We were informed 10 minutes into our ride which he was already 20 minutes late for, which does not show them and their professionalism very well. We were informed that there is in fact no air conditioning units that are functioning in the main part of the limousine and that only the backseat had any sort of air conditioning for all 11 of us. Not to mention that last night it was 80° and extremely humid. It became so hot that we had to roll down as many windows as we could and at one point a friend of ours got sick from heat exhaustion. we still had fun however our group of people can always find a way to have a good time, I’m just very disappointed with how this limousine service has handled this situation and how untruthful they were with the matter. Like I said their website boasts that they are professional and luxurious however this was not my experience.
Molly Shafer: We booked a limo with AC, they said they didn’t get the one we paid for clean in time so they “upgraded” us with a bigger limo with only the back 3 seats having AC. There was 11 of us so we were all almost overheating had to stick our head out of the window half the time and couldn’t even have fun. One of our friends threw up from the heat and they charged us an extra 80 dollars even though we made sure we cleaned everything up. The limo driver was also late picking us up and for the first 20 minutes we were in there we had to worry about him getting out of a parking lot so we couldn’t even enjoy our time until we knew we weren’t gonna get in a wreck. We didn’t know we weren’t going to have AC or we wouldn’t of wasted our money. Before anyone books with them make sure you know you’re going to have AC or you will not have a good experience, especially when it’s 80 degrees outside already.

Stephanie Pope: Horrible business. We had been talking about a trolley for a wedding last weekend(11.13) since this summer. Thursday the rest of the money was paid. Saturday, NO TROLLEY. His excuse? Royal screw up. Then he proceeded to say DO NOT WRITE A REVIEW and you will get your money back. BBB has been contacted along with a lawyer. Absolutely horrible.

DK MacPherson: We had a fun experience with our family as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. Blake picked us up at the restaurant. He was there waiting for us when we left the restaurant. He knew his way around and took us to every location we had planned. He efficiently and safely drove us to our favorite locations and got us back to our drop off point in the allotted time. We had a fabulous time. There were multi-generations on board and everyone enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend Club Car for the professionalism, cleanliness, dependability and friendly service. Phil was responsive in setting up our fun excursion, and Blake was a responsible, knowledgeable and safe driver. We loved our fun celebration!
