Trinity Episcopal Church: what do users think?
Tom Shoemaker: We are so glad we switched to this church. Everyone makes us feel welcome.
Robin Mireles: The Rector/Pastor TJ Freeman is wonderful. His sermon was touching and memorable. The congregation was so graciously welcoming. Having moved away for the past 6 years, it was like a dream homecoming. The beautiful pipe organ music played by renowned Wayne Peterson is a treat to your ears.If you are searching for a spiritually fullfilling, non-judgmental, yet traditional church, set in a fairytale-like building with Tiffany stained class windows, that your entire family will love, then this is it!
Denver and Terry Coyer: Nice place
Donald Campbell: Absolutely beautiful church with history. The organ pipes make the music breathtaking. Very welcoming parishioners. Highly recommended
Jeanette Beland: Vibrant Community.
violet love: I love it
Dwylette Sykes: They are there if you need help.
A. Carina Spears: Gardens and architecture outside are incredibly picturesque. It, and the church across the street, were both of carved stone and well kept. They enhance the beauty of the street they are on. I can't speak for the inside or parish as I only saw the outside while at the Fort Wayne Cherry Blosdom Festival at the local library, but the grounds are inviting.
Rodger Wade “Buddy” Courtney: LOVELY PEOPLE, REALLY VIBRANT, AMAZING MESSAGE!!!
JEN HOLTZ: Very nice folks
Kayla Pinkston: A really clean place
John Wyman: Such a lovely place to worship. They have a wonderful music program, and a fantastic sense for liturgy. Where true charity, and love dwell, God himself is there. ❤️
Mark Tucker: I totally loved it! I felt right at home and they welcomed me with open arms! I’m going to become a member!
David D J Ridderheim: My home church
REGGIE G: Its a church. I went4 special event so my experience my be skewed a lil
Jeffrey Hecke: More modern church since it burnt down and was rebuilt does a lot for the surrounding community great congregation has a soup kitchen
Larry Colley: I love this old building and the organ is priceless. But the people inside are the true treasure.
Sharon Ricker: My husband and I started attending Trinity Episcopal Church in 2011. After shopping around for a church, we immediately felt at home once we attended service at Trinity. Everyone was very welcoming and the traditional service was moving and beautiful. The service itself is very traditional (I.e hymns, scripture readings, etc) and we do celebrate the Eucharist (communion) every week. (All who are baptized are welcome to take part). I know that isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if that is what you are interested in, then Trinity is definitely worth checking out.We now have two young children who go to the nursery every week and they love it. The nursery staff is very caring and we feel 100% at ease while they are in there. (Available every Sunday from 9-12 for newborns to age 4)I also am a member of the choir and it has been such a great experience! our group has members ranging from amateurs to professionals and we sing a wide variety of music; we even do special performances/services with local musicians and members of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. And speaking of music; if you visit Trinity, you get to listen to an incredibly talented organist play on a newly refurbished pipe organ. Every week I feel like I get to attend a professional organ concert; it is really something to hear.Trinity also has many different groups to get involved in. From Sunday school to adult forums to community service, there is always a way to become part of the church community (and the Fort Wayne community). Most important, we are a very inclusive church. This is what makes us proud to be part of Trinity and the Episcopal Church. ALL are welcome.
