So, I went to Wisman's and had them order it in. Even if it was in stock here, I would have left and got it somewhere else.

Was frustrated that I had to wait for another one but the customer service rep was beyond helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. __Chrispyy__: Very knowledgeable people but nobody seems to want to help a customer. I have stood around in the TV section multiple times for nobody to help after they get done helping others.
Missy Schott: They had what we needed in stock but had to track down an employee to take our item to the checkout because a cart was required. Other than that it was a great experience.

Misty Arnold: Customer service was great- no complaints there. The store itself, however, was poorly stocked. I was unable to purchase the product I needed. Ended up going online to get it.

After waiting for the full 5 hour delivery window we called into Geek Squad and they said it's going to be another 2 weeks to deliver... I'm livid and just wasted so much time... Half tempted to cancel this order and go buy it elsewhere.UPDATE: They rescheduled and the installation went fine. Still wish we would have been noticed of the new delivery date before wasting a Saturday.
