Woodbridge Apartments: what do users think?
Ashlyn Young: I've definitely lived in worse apartments but for the amount of money this apartment complex charges you think I wouldn't deal with the same issues. Absolutely no parking, it seems like every other tenant has 2 or 3 cars and there's not enough spots to park in. Not to mention the amount of people that will just dump their broken down car on the side of river run or in the parking lot and the office won't do anything about it. Even if you contact them about there being no parking or people having broken down cars they will do nothing. Maintenance is awful, my oven has broke over and over again around 10x and every single time they come and "fix it", it breaks a week later. It got to the point where they started blaming us for it breaking and gaslighted us. Also, us and other friends we know who have lived here have eventually moved out due to them raising the rent over 100 dollars every year. We've also had major problems with AC and heat not working. We were also told our bath was being retiled and them "retiling" it was sticking plumbing putty all over the walls.
GB: Expensive for what they have to offer. Not a safe neighborhood
Jack Spence: I absolutely love it here! The maintenance is fast, the apartments are modern and very very nice, the community is very friendly and safe I would feel very comfortable having kids here the pools are open now and relaxing and the people in the leasing office are very helpful and caring I would definitely recommend this as a place to live 100%!!
Brittney Martinez: I am so impressed with the community and I am so in love with my apartment. Couldn't be happier. And Ashley in the office was such a delight to work with! The leasing process couldnt have been made any easier by her. I am also so surprised about how involved the office is in making community events and extra little presents and snacks for the residents. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone i know.
Marissa Millman: Beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere. Our apartment is snuggled in facing the walking path and daily we get to experience the stillness of the day. We also have a fireplace and find ourselves frequently this winter recharging at home by the warmth of a fire. Grounds are well taken care of and we truly feel at home.
Milan Baldwin: I lived in this complex for over three years. I had my vehicle broke into once a year. One break in they even smashed my window. One summer my AC broke and wasn’t fixed for three weeks and my wife and I had to sleep on the balcony to get some relief from the heat. We called into maintenance at least once a day until they fixed the issue. All that being said… it’s not necessarily a bad place to live. Very dog friendly and it’s close to walking trails. The fireplace in the winter was a big plus. All my neighbors were very chill.
Nicholas Hodgman: I moved in here with my fiancé several months ago and we weren't able to see the apartment before signing the lease because of the Coronavirus (lovely.) Anyway we noticed some problems like the last tenant had some animals that ripped up the window screen in the bedroom. The doorknob to the storage shed on our balcony has corroded and fell out. The garbage disposal has never worked. Our dishwasher doesn't drain properly. We have sent numerous maintenance requests only to be met with silence! I have call the office and they told me they would send someone over. That was a lie. Looking at other tenants reviews, I guess this is a common thing.Edit: It's a year later and I still have issues getting them to fix things in a timely manner. My dishwasher has mold growing in it and I keep calling to get somebody over here while the smell gets worse every day... 👃
Rachel Eytalis: Living here served a purpose; a roof over my family’s head. But I had nothing but issues with the apartment itself and with the staff. Management got a slight bit better with D&F taking over but not much. The upstairs of the townhouse style of my specific apartment was sketchy. The toilet did not sit level, the tub leaked and rocked when you shifted your weight. The floor in the master bedroom slanted in to the middle. The stairs and the floor of the spare bedroom squeaked so loud, I’m sure my neighbors could hear. As for the property management, I ALWAYS had a hard time getting in touch with someone. But don’t worry, they do post on Instagram very regularly…One positive I have to say is the maintenance staff was very prompt (after D&F took over) and did a great job when needed.
mcowles2003: The staff and maintance crew are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. They do the holidays up and always have something special going on. You really cannot find a better community.
Sarah Menke: They will charge you for everything but the trash is always overflowing, they don’t plow/put salt down in the winter, it takes months to get a simple maintenance request filled (I put a request in for a hanging gutter and it’s still hanging), they don’t call you back, their corporate owners make excuses and refuse to be helpful at all. I’m a really easygoing person, but this place has prioritized a dollar over me, a resident who always pays on time and keeps my place clean.
Amy Johnson: I'm a transplant from near the Illinois border, had to arrange my move and housing over the phone, sight un seen. All three of the people that assisted me with my apartment were very helpful and professional. I'd like to give Jaqueline a special thumbs up. The apartment is very nice, I'm sure I'll be comfortable and happy here.
Lydia Zepke: Absolutely ridiculous, only reason they’re getting two stars is for location and the new appliances. Anyways we moved into a newly renovated unit in March. The whole place is just sloppy, there’s paint splattered onto the floors, caulk on the walls that they didn’t paint over, the stair railing is loose, we had to fix the front screen door ourselves, it took weeks to get our kitchen sink fixed, and that’s only because I called multiple times a day, among so many other smaller things now our AC isn’t working! Its almost 90 degrees in my apartment!! Its been 3 days and I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages with the maintenance line and main office, only spoke to one lady and she said she’d send someone but still have yet to hear anything more! Seems like reviews are the only time they care! Which I even tried to call Drucker and Faulk at their 877 number and they weren’t available, said to call back during normal business hours even though I was calling an hour before they close. Completely unprofessional!! I lived here years ago and believe me it was much better then. This company really just doesn’t care about anything but getting the rent money!!
Adam (slowjunk111): Broken Appliances & leaking plumbing causing moisture in walls for months. Told the front desk and they just keep saying they will get to it.The oven is broken. Garbage disposal does not work and causes backups in the sink and dishwasher. Shower plumbing is leaking down into our first story and causing possible mold and moisture in the drywall. Leaks onto our furniture for every shower we take.
falnicole davis: It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The balcony is really nice and spacious enough for 2 chairs and a medium table. It's also really nice to have 2 pools and a dog park. Gas stoves are definitely the way to go.
Ashley Pippin: Woodbridge is in a nice, quite neighborhood. The pools, volleyball and basketball courts are great for enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. Very pet friendly!
Ashley Pitt: Very disappointed. I paid 175.00 to apply for and hold an apartment and after approved for my background and financial situation, they kept saying they were unable to check my credit, even though I see three different inquiries from them on my report. I was not approved for this reason. They also got my move in date wrong, and chose a completely different apartment than I was promised. They refused to give my money back. Seems as if a lot of rental companies are doing this to people. Promising the world and not delivering, pocketing application expenses.
Taylor Rozier: This place is a JOKE!! Not only do they take weeks to complete work orders but their communication is horrible and they overcharge. I was almost charged 200 dollars over on rent. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T recommend!!!!! Especially for the price I pay.
Everett Bradley: I have brought this to the attention of the manager but have not received any help. I have also did a maintenance request no response. I told the manager I have mold growing on the drywall of my bathroom and no one cares. Also I have other maintenance requests that have not been worked on. This will be my last year here this place is a joke.
Mara Re’Nay: Glad they have changed so much to make the community nice! It is safe & a great place to live!
Elizabeth Taylor-Banks: We love it here we have not had any bad time here. We would recommend this place the family and friends. I have told the staff about my front downstairs windows we can't even sit down stairs in the winter because the wind come through the windows I've told the since my first winter that the only thing I have to that wrong with this place. Been here 2 years and counting.
IHOP Office: I originally posted a good review, but I had to come back and edit. While the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, there are so many issues I've had with my individual unit. My unit was not in the same shape as the model they showed me. There is writing on the closet doors, debris left behind, and patched holes in the wall. I've had at least 12 maintenance requests in since November and it always takes 3+ weeks for them to be addressed. It's 80 degrees this weekend and I have no working AC. I understand they are understaffed but sometimes things are urgent and need to be handled by an outside crew, no matter the money, for the wellbeing of the residents. I don't at all feel that I am getting my money's worth with this apartment. I will say that the staff is always pleasant, I just don't see any sense of urgency. I will probably end up paying the $2,000 to break my lease at this point because I am so unhappy. Also, the "parks" they have here for my children are simply from the 80's, broken swings, yet the dog park seems to have had updates. There is nothing within walking distance for them to do either so they end up sitting inside. Beyond disappointed.

Bonterra Apartments: what do users think?
Rachel Caruso: The grounds and apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. However, the walls in the buildings are VERY thin. I've lived in several complexes and have never heard this much noise (or smelled as many of my neighbor's meals) as I have in this apartment. I heard my neighbors' parties, barking dogs, music blaring, surround sound TVs, and even their phone calls plain as day on a regular basis. Also, these are definitely some of the most expensive apartments on the north side of town. I understand that everyone has to raise their rent prices right now, but upon calling the office in January about how much I could expect my rent to increase this year, I was told that I was currently being undercharged for my unit and could expect my rent to go up AT LEAST $200 per month if I renewed my lease. That is an absolutely outrageous increase, and as such, it was actually cheaper for me to buy a house in this insane market than to continue renting at Bonterra. I'm now all moved in to my house, but I have to continue to pay my rent for an extra month and a half because the cost for breaking a lease with them is 2x your monthly rent.Overall, while the apartment itself was nice, I had far more issues than I should have had for how expensive it was to live here. I do appreciate Alex in the front office for her hard work to address my concerns over the past year.
Bryan Scott: Great Customer / Vendor RelationshipI have had the pleasure of working with Bonterra apartments for over 3 years now.I can tell you from a Vendor standpoint, that the experience has been excellent. The office and maintenance staff are always professional and courteous.Thank you Bonterra Team for everything you do. Happy Holidays!
Bree Bond: The office staff has always been a pleasure to work with!
Brett Feller: The whole place is really clean and well kept. A bunch of my friends all live there and have us over every now and then. Makes me want to live there. Would highly recommend!
shaleah ellenberger: Beautiful community! The staff is super nice and helpful!
Jordan Dean: Apartments and amenities are kept up with and always sharp looking. Management team is insanely helpful and responsive. Shoutout to Inesa, Alex, and Noelle who happened to be the leasing office staff that we’ve worked with in the past to take care of anything that came up along the way.Grass and landscape is always immaculate, amenities are clean and kept up with (and renovated when lneeded). Maintenance is almost always next day (same day if urgent). The buildings are secured with key-fob access so randoms can’t walk in.Most of the apartments in Fort Wayne are in some state of low maintenance and become a nightmare anytime you have to communicate with maintenance or management. This isn’t one of them.If you are comfortable with spending a little more to get a ton of amenities and quality of life stuff, live here.
Patricia Baidinger: I am moving from Florida to Indiana and I especially like theBonterra Apartments. Unfortunately they did not have the model I wanted at this time. I worked with Noelle who was professional, personable and thorough. She answered every question I asked. I may look again next year when the lease is up on the apartment I chose for the next year. Patricia
Eric Gauger: When I was a guest at Bonterra I really liked how clean the community. The eating area by the pool was super cool with a huge flat screen tv to watch!! Even though I live somewhere I have a great time visiting a friend at that apartment complex. It is also in a quiet area where you don't hear a whole lot of noise which is a huge plus!
David Ross: My Bonterra experience was AWESOME! Great Staff, Easy to work with, and very polite. I will recommend this property to all my friends.
Hannah Garretson: My boyfriend & I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved both of the floor plans that we have lived in! The community of people is so kind, including the office staff, and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment qualities are very nice and we have been so happy with our experience!
Brooke Hoyt: Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in the door this is it! I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and patient. They have went above and beyond throughout the entire process & made sure I was satisfied! 5/5 ⭐️
Benjamin Lauer: Bonterra is easily one of the nicest apartment complexes I have seen. From the salt water pool, to the club house and the overall setup I couldn’t be more pleased. Inesa was a HUGE help from the start and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Charletta Mitchell: Bonterra, you definitely have a gem working for you! Yes I am referring to Inesa. She is professional, caring and friendly. Thank you Inesa for making me feel a part of the Bonterra family already. My son and I already know we made the right decision!
Sydney King: We worked with Inesa at Bonterra and she was an absolute dream to work with! She was always so kind and accommodating and she really made us feel at home right away. The complex itself is beautiful and very clean. We can’t wait to be a part of this awesome community! I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Taylor James: Our apartment at Bonterra is very nice and as high quality as all of the pictures show. Cannot complain or say enough of how nice the physical apartment is along with the complex as a whole. The reason I give a 3* instead of a 5* is the issues my wife and I have had with property managers. Ranging from being told we would be fined at the beginning of the pandemic for having shoes in the hall. My wife is a nurse and was simply trying to keep us safe as possible from germs. My wife was bullied into paying a fine for our dog’s poop being found “in a pile” but no picture of said pile and nothing truly legally binding in their contract/lease for pets. Unfortunately, my wife agreed to pay out of fear. Lastly among the main 3 highlights of our bad experiences here, we have had many shipping and mailing issues, but the worst being guests to our wedding sending us gifts but accidentally putting just our first name or names on the gift along with the correct address. With normal mail, this is not an issue. For whatever illogical or lazy reason, there was a rule put in place where mail without last names would be sent back to their distributor. My wife and I almost lost a $200 gift because her first name was put on the package and was denied by Bonterra going back to the shipping company. Per the shipping company’s policy, they get rid of any unclaimed package after 2 weeks. Luckily we came at the 13th day. How ridiculous though? The address was correct, and it seems incredibly lazy and rude to not put it in our corresponding box. We pay $1500 roughly to live here. Doesn’t seem much to ask to have basic services. Don’t get me started on the fact that I had to shovel the sidewalks off to just get to work during the winter.Overall, great, high quality apartments, but rather rude and a lack of “customer service” from some, not all, office employees has left a bad taste in our mouths about living here. Less social media posts and more focus on caring for their tenants would make this a 5* place.
Aonyaee: While living here for almost 6 months now, it has come to my attention that Bonterra doesn’t have all of their residents best interests at heart. It’ll seem like management has good intentions on resolving issues, but in the end, excuses get made, run arounds get played and nothing gets handled in a professional, fair-like conduct. I lived in constant agony, while the tenants above me got to make loud, atrocious noises all day everyday. Management of course defended them until I had to go way above their heads to get my voice finally heard. I would not recommend this being a “comfortable, peaceful & fair” environment due to staff not upholding certain agreements to ALL of their residents. And I’m sure the property manager will try to comment in a peaceful like manner. It’s all apart of their job. They truly don’t care.
Doug: The office ladies are the best, very kind and caring!!!
Susan Gauthier: Lovely people. Great community!
Arbi Misserbiev: Bonterra apartments is my new home - has been here for two years and happy with my new residence - fits all my needs as well with friendly neighborhood. Good and fast service from maintenance office. Beautiful pool and pet friendly. Will recommend to anybody this place.
Darrin Lotz: Wonderful Office Staff. They are Helpful and courteous every time I enter the clubhouse!
James Payne: Bonterra Apartments are not only beautiful on the inside and out, the staff and maintenance are truly amazing! The community is quiet and pet friendly. This is truly a wonderful place to reside!

West Wind Apartments: what do users think?
Max Schilb: Very friendly and helpful
Marvin Brandenberger: Very good service thanks
Cy Staller: The maintenance man checked every source of gas to make sure there wasn’t a leak. He even checked areas where we first thought we smelled gas even though the were well away from any gas source. He encouraged us to call again any time if the smell continued. Very pleasant.
Lecester Noel: Reasonable rent except for the 52.00 increase on my new lease for 2023! I have been a resident a little over 3 years now and I must say the stay has been very pleasant ☺️ Not having a laundry facility in my building is a little inconvenience. Overall experience deserves a 4 star!
Brett Prue: The maintenance request was fulfilled within days of putting the notice in!
Quite{A}Myth: Very cozy, nice appliances, and management is always willing to helping their tenants. There's is the occasional bug, insect, or spider from time to time though.
Donna VanDusen: Unfortunately i am not impressed at all, the amount of cold air that coes through the walls the cracks and frames n doors. Is crazy. I even have my window and slider sealed with plastic and there is still so much air comjng through other areas amd all around . Its always cold as if ya turn the heater up any at all then its to hot. everyone always said how nice it is and cheap. Its not at all that nice and cheap it is not.its extremely expensive for a 1 bed and as much as is paid for rent why raise the laundry, aren't we paying enough already, with as much as rent is.you should be able to park at least near your building in front or back parking lot , not across at office, and not down past the dumpster on the other end. Especially when paying over 900 I should be able to park in front of my building. If a unit has multiple cars they shouldn't be allowed to park all them in front .
armando mora: Excelente attention in office and apartment is very good for me.
Kimberly Ridley: Great place been here going on 15 year's, glad they are updating are building this year on the outside.
Alex Alicea: Great place to live. The office and Maintanence staff are very helpful.
Rodney Hardwick: Been there for years now every single year you raise my rent
Macey Nichole: Westwind’s staff and maintenance is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I love that the water and gas heating is included and all I pay for utilities is electric. Westwind has provided me stability and allowed me to save up a lot of money as a single mom. I love that I was allowed to paint my apartment and put up shelving and a stick-on backsplash to make it my own! The pool and laundry facilities are very nice and clean in my building. I love living on the third floor and being able to see all the trees in the summer and fall. There are cops here pretty frequently so my only complaint would be my neighbors who are up parting and being loud across the parking lot. And a guy who talks super loudly and smokes too closely to the building. I still love it here though. I still feel safe here though. Just don’t get into any trouble!!
Morgan Schnitz: The leasing office has been really great to work with! They’ve had very quick responses to questions and calls.Though while moving in, it seemed to be that the place had not been cleaned in awhile. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the shower drain was built up with hair and grime, dirt on the windows, etc. You could tell the flooring was new and was done decently though.
Leslie Daniel: Love living here
Tyler Steensma: Only complaint, if you could even call it that, is that there is no on-site gym or workout center.
Cortez johnson: tiffany is the best always so helpful and very good at explaining anything you have questions on a huge help !!!
Stephanie Rockey: UPDATE: it’s now been almost a year and a half that I’ve lived here. Still haven’t had any major problems. The only thing I don’t like is parking in the winter time when it snow a lot like this week. I almost got stuck pulling into a spot because there was so much snow. Luckily I was able to get myself unstuck. The same thing happened last winter and I couldn’t get unstuck and no one would help me and my dad drove from 45 minutes away to help. It‘ll be a year in August that I’ve been here, and haven’t had any problems really. I’m on the 3rd floor facing the back and don’t really hear much. I’ve noticed from reading the police activity reports that there’s been quite a few times where there has been police presence, but I never hear anything. I haven’t had any problems with neighbors as of yet. I really do enjoy living here. I will definitely renew my lease when it comes time for that. Now if I can just find time to use the pool! ;-)
Extreme quitters: Matthew McCoshlove the apartments and the people I live around. Would suggest!!
kealey smealey: I really enjoy living here. They keep everything very nice, and don’t bother you too much. The rent is affordable and the staff is kind.
Jamie Rausch: Very clean, prompt snow removal, only two issues with the facilities but they were resolved immediately. It is quiet and in a great location.
Steven Weikel: Very well done and quickly too. I can't ask for better than that. Great job!!

South Bridge Apartments: what do users think?
Norma Podos: Very Pleased with our new Apartment. We love how quiet it is and everyone we have came across has been very pleasant. Very Happy with our experience so far.
K20inaEGCoupe: If I could rate zero stars I would, I lived here for two years was always an excellent tenant; paid my rent on time, no complaints from other tenants. I paid them over $1400 to break my lease because I wanted to leave the complex on good terms, moved out before my lease was up but had every intention of paying my rent for the remainder of the lease but because I turned in my keys early they closed my account and I could not pay my rent. Proceeded to tell me that I will get a letter from corporate and that it would effect my security deposit even when I had every intention of paying my rent, needless to say I will never recommend anyone to live here, when I did everything right.
Subrena Benford: Had a heating issue they were here fast and addressed the problem also updated lighting. All were appreciated
max hite: One of the best maintenance teams I’ve ever had for anything!
Ar Dan: Really clear and good apartment
Wanda Nania: The maintenance gal who came and stretched the carpet and put down a tack strip in front of the kitchen did a wonderful job. She also replaced the light above the bar which is one we use frequently in the evening so it was nice to have that working again. She was very friendly.
William Messner: Eddie did a fast and quality install of my new kitchen faucet!
Widelynem Felix: I love everything about it,specially Homer he take time to help me moving easy,I love my apt, maintenance is A+.Only thing is missing is a play ground.
Joyce Files: I lived here for over 11 years so I can't complain too much but now the only reason why I'm staying is because the prices of other options. The management isn't knowledgeable about subjects that they should be knowledgeable about. The customer service has always been lacking but now is becoming unbearable! I
Susan Bird: Completely professional
Sue Stubbs: Did an excellent job & were very helpful & courteous!
Kagwii Kiria: Maintenance were on time and went above and beyond.
Lisa Gillingham: Well so far my experiences have been amazing!! My apartment has this awesome view of the pond and you can hear the water fountain from my balcony and bedroom window. It's very calming and soothing. I'm looking forward to my next year here, especially if it goes as well as it's gone so far! Molly thank you so much!!
Patricia Glowacki: My TV cable wasn't functioning correctly after the snow storm we recently had.I received a call explaining that the satellite dishes needed to be cleared off
Roland Allison: When there is a problem, it's dealt with quickly. Yes
Kayla Downey: Southbridge is a mixed bag but it’s home. Maintenance is never available. I’ve had to hire outward for every maintenance issue since moving in. The complex is constantly under construction but certain buildings never seem to get any of it. The removal of snow and ice during the winter is subpar at best. Some buildings have accessibility rails and some do not. The insulation between floors and ceiling is next to none. I can hear my upstairs neighbor so loudly all the time (I’m talking word for word conversations, or things getting slammed so loud that the windows rattle). Many of the cabinets look nice upon first viewing but peel and fall apart even with the upmost care. It feels like they’re purposely made to ruin your chance of ever getting your deposit back. But for the location and commute, the price is decent and I feel safe most of the time. The internet works well and the proximity to lots of stores, parks, and restaurants is decent.
Darryl Hope: Not a bad place I wish those with pets clean up behind them
Geraldine Blanton- Bey: The issue was handle expediently And done well. Thank you!
Ramandeep Kaur: I like the south bridge apartments and feel really nice in there.
Trev0r98: It will be 5 years, this July 1 (2023). Love it here!
Tia Vancuren: Last year when we moved in we were told these were remodeled and tht why the price went up so much. My apt came with loose cabinets, a wash tht work sumtimes, and etc. point is I got finessed in my opinion

Archer's Pointe Apartments in Fort Wayne: what do users think?
Deborah Hickman: Archer's point is a very nice place to live. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding and friendly! They are always warm and supportive. I love living here! 🙂
Arlene Townsend: I love it here!! Archer's Pointes staff are all very nice /wonderful, grounds are always well maintained, any issued I've had were tended to in a courteous timely manor. THANK YOU ARCHER'S POINTE
Travis Ort: DONT RENT HERE.....everything is fine while you are there but when you move out dont expect your deposit back at all.... in fact expect a court case. make sure you take photos of everything. they went to court and lost still had to give me $30 of my deposit back.. and basicly black listed me from renting from anywhere else.i was lucky and found someone else to rent from they never had any issues with me. (i was on the west side of the state at the time)
Anthony Moss: This isn't the worst place to rent, but it's definitely not the best value for the rental dollar. The supposed upgrades made recently were cosmetic at best, and left the apartment less functional than before. Highly unlikely to renew my lease here.
Brian McKee: For the most part it's been great.
Carrie Brattain: I just wanna ask, are these apartments income based...I've been hearing that they are...hope to get a response...
Colton Kreuzer (cfkreuzer): This apartment/townhome community is well managed and the maintenance team is A+ solid. Parking can be a struggle sometimes, and it's next to a noisy main road and a freeway so the noise level could be better, though the walls are insulated well so it's not unbearable. Read your lease contract because I didn't notice the lease defaults to monthly after the initial lease period and they require 60 days notice before moving out, so that was a pain to deal with but the staff took care of me as much as they could in lieu of my ignorance. It's a (socially) quiet community, pet friendly, next to a dozen restaurants.
Tanna Lehmbeck: Don't sound like I would want to live there.
Sarah Chapman: I really loved living here with my boyfriend and our roommates but the reviews about this place having no parking spots is true. At times I had to park at a different complex and walk to mine. Also, we were charged around 700 dollars for bed bugs even though they were coming out of the walls and not from anything we owned.
Tbone007s: there is a big problem with parking at this property, especially when everyone comes home from work. this property is way over priced. felt way to many inspections here. dont like the fact that u will pay a portion of all utilities even if u go on vacation and are not here to use them. the walls are thin u can hear conversations threw the walls. if u are on ground floor u have to cut your grass inside wooden fence area be warned. i have stayed at other properties this owner has, it just seems he is very greedy.
Kelly Blair: These are the best apartments I have ever lived in.They are well maintained, inside and out. Common areas are cleaned regularly, and the maintenance staff is very capable at solving issues. The layout is amazing, with lots of closet storage space. The appliances are better quality than your typical apartment. (I love that the dishwasher actually does a good job!) It doesn't feel like a temporary stage in life, it feels like a home.I am sad to have to leave. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone in Fort Wayne.
Jahna: Superior admin staff always responding and very courteous. Very manicured lawns and always safe.
Valerie Rocen: Very happy here with all the employees. The attention to the grounds and repair needs is always a 100%. Great social activities for residents well maintained pool and club house. Glad we choose Archer's Point.
Dawn Bowie: As a professional woman now in her 50's, I've lived at Archer's Pointe Apartments multiple times over the last 10 years, and I can honestly say I've been very, very happy with the management staff, the maintenance staff and their efforts to make this property safe and well-kept. The only reason I left was to accommodate a bad knee and the need for more storage space by renting a home with a garage. Loved the home but after a year or so, the owner moved back to FW and I moved back to Archer's Pointe to take advantage of how well the maintenance crew takes care of this place. I can simply call the office team, put in a request for assistance, and often they have the issues resolved within 24 hours - sometimes within the same day. All done by very nice people who care. That's rare. The grounds and buildings are well maintained, I have a nice sized fenced-in yard for my family & pets, with a swing in the grass, a place for some gardening, and a nice large patio for gathering friends. There is a lovely pool that's clean, well-kept and managed that everyone enjoys. Road noise from Washington Center Road or from I-69 is minimal and my neighbors are friendly. The property has a nice playground for the children, a fenced-in "Bark Park" to allow your pets some off-leash time and most renters pick up after their pets. Parking is a bit crowded, but I've always found a space in the late evenings. We have little or no real issues with crimes or safety, since everyone does their best to be friendly, and neighbors tend to help and look out for one another. Some neighbors cook out in the designated BBQ areas and visit with each other at the picnic tables. The bus picks up the young and old and everyone tries to drive slowly so pedestrians are protected.Archer's Pointe Apartments pays for Gas, which is great in the winter. Renters pay Water, Electric and other utilities, and it's been very affordable to rent here. When winter hits, the grounds crew work hard to keep sidewalks and steps clear of snow and ice, and they do a darn good job of plowing the parking areas and property roadways.Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Meijer, Home Depot, Lowes, and all sorts of shopping and community activities are close by. Traffic in the area causes very little issues for commuters and the Regal Cinema is right across the street. All in all, I won't be moving unless I BUILD a home. I'm truly at home here at Archer's Pointe.
Arun Kumar: Glad I found this apartment before moving to Fort Wayne.
Shamika Lindsey: Only thing good about this place is maintenance comes and do everything in a timely manner!! Which is why i at least give them 1 star. I lived their for only 4 months before having to break my lease due to some unfortunate circumstances. They property managers were not willing to work with us. Once I moved and received a ridiculously high bill for living their 4 MONTHS!! I gave them several calls and left voicemails after receiving my bill, NO ONE HAS YET TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS. I would not live here if you have young kids because they nickle and dime you for everything.
Malorie Howard: !!!DONT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!We lived at Archer's Pointe for almost two years and never had any problems. Until we recently moved out.I knew that because we had pets that the carpet was going to have to be replaced. But I knew with our 800 dollar security deposit + 400 pet deposit that it'd probably be ok.Nope.Got a letter in the mail, they managed to rack up 2,500 dollars worth of repairs that they are demanding we pay. They nickled and dimed us over everything they could possibly think of.One of the ludicrous charges was that the door to the fridge had become SLIGHTLY loose. Simple fix right? Not for Archer's Pointe. They replaced the whole fridge and charged us for a brand new fridge. Isnt that neat? We bought them a brand new fridge. This place is run by a bunch of scam artist and they will bend you over after you move out.DONT RENT FROM THEM.(I notice that they replied to my review asking us to call and discuss concerns. We have. They told us there wasnt anything they could do to help us. When we asked why a brand new fridge was our responsibility they just told us we had to deal with. Of course we do. What are we suppose to do? Bring this to small claims and pay more in legal fees than the original charge? They know that's our only option and that's why they are charging us for normal wear and tear on their appliances.Their reply to this review is an obvious attempt to save face since my review bought them down below 4 stars.)
Beyondzworld: Lived here for over a year in a townhome. Great place. Hard to beat that free gas bill and no monthly pet fees. Some of the previous reviews made a concern out of noise from the road and the highway. I live right by coldwater, and car noise was never an issue. I'd recommend this place.
Richard James Clemente: Best apartment complex I've ever stayed at! The apartments were clean and modern. The staff was awesome. If you had any problems they resolved them right away. Not that there are many because I almost never had any issues with them. I wouldn't have left if I didn't have to relocate for a new job.
Jaymie Banti: When deciding where to live in Fort Wayne, it can be quite the challenge, especially if you are new to the area, with so many places to choose from. Archer's Pointe made that decision of where to live very easy. The apartment complex is very beautiful and has a diverse community of residents living there. The prices are very competitive to other similar apartments in the area. There is a dog park, pool, monthly community events (sometimes with free dinner), and much more. One of the best things about Archer's Pointe is the staff, mainly one staff member in particular, Derrick Witherspoon. He redefines what customer service is. Always eager to help and quick to get things done for residents, he is a great face to the company that runs the apartment complex. When you meet him, you will quickly learn that he isn't the only staff member that is like this, it carries through to everyone who works here. Maintenance staff are extremely knowledgeable and quick to complete any maintenance requests you may have (which will be very few based off of my personal experiences). If you are looking for a quiet, stress-free community to live in, look no further than Archer's Pointe. You won't regret stopping by.
James Householder: Pros. The place and property is very well taken care ofCons. The place is so well taken care of that it seems maintenance and whomever should be on your lease. I believe that there has to be a happy medium for coming into your apartment. I personally am not a particularly reclusive person by nature, but the way they do things here, just starts to feel like a down right home invasion. It would seem they could come up with some better scheduling methods. The final incident that prompted this review was about 10 minutes ago when I was woke up by the yelling and pounding at the door on a national holiday mind you. They yelled maintenance however they might as well have yelled "POLICE OPEN UP!!!" because you definitely get the feeling that they are coming in rather you like it or not, in the shower on the toilet just whatever the case you can tell you don't have a choice thier keys are at the ready. After reading a couple other reviews with same complaints in which management replied "We give a 48 hour notice." This is true however when they give a 48 hour notice and do not demand to enter your apartment until five days after the notice I believe that the intent of the notice becomes obsolete. A notice in this case should act more as a convenience and less as a search warrant, which if I were to post the so called notice and it's wording you might agree.

Fountain Lake Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Jasmine McGaughey: I’m honestly really disappointed. I thought this would be great but it’s just gone downhill. The elevator has been down since July and I sent 2 emails asking for an update with no response. The last update we received was in August via text. Im already looking at new places for when my lease is up in June. I really don’t like the lack of communication and I wouldn’t recommend just based on that alone.
Haley Adkison: I have left 3 voice-mails for the corporate office and have yet to receive a call back. Summer pool has been closed the last 2 summers. Elevator has been down forever. Over all I would have never went back to fountain lake Apts. My son has been sick around December the 1st back to back and I assumed my lease was up the 31st and they reminded me on the 8th that they need a 30 day notice that is in the office that I have to fill out welp a reminder text would have been great. I mean we get text messages all the time about stuff but when it comes to them getting more money out of you they don't care. Not to mention I have tried to talk to corporate about this and no one has returned my call. So now I am being charged till Jan 8th even though my lease is up 12/31/22. Very upsetting. Oh and not to mention my sons window always leaked every time it rained and I was told to make sure the window is completely closed and it was and I told maintenence about it but was never addressed.
Terry Gerig: Great place to live. Great area. Staff is amazing and always doing their best to make the residents feel safe, cared for and welcome.
Brede Parker: I’ve had a great experience with the front office staff. I’m glad I chose fountain lake!
Lyrandah Bonewitz: Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. Loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend.
Travis White: Being a Vendor for Fountain Lake is Great. The communication, Friendliness and Professionalism is by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had within our portfolio. Highly recommend talking with Coltin- and the Maintenance Team an Alexis are the best!!!
Abby Hall: I have only lived here a few weeks but my experience from first talking to the leasing consultant to now has been great! Coltin was friendly and informative. Between turning in my application to now being moved in he has been exceptional! His professionalism has made what could have been a stressful moving experience into a smooth one. If you're looking for an apartment that treats you like a person instead of just an application this is the place to go.
Azariah Bourne: Very professional & very good costumer service. . . They make you feel right at home
Chris Malott: Fountain lakes were so helpful in getting me in an apartment. I like the floor plans compared to other Apts. Nice people to work with!
Tyler Tackett: This is the worst place to live ever they let people get away with anything people broke windows and kept braking the door so it can’t lock people throw your clothes on the floor we have told them to get cameras but they never did I give them no stars trash!!!!
Adrian Henry: Living at fountain lakes has been a great experience in Fort Wayne. Especially for the cost of rent compared to other complexes around town it is definitely and affordable and comfortable place to live. The maintenance team does a great job responding to requests from tenants and gets it done in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly and are really quiet for the area. I’m originally not from Indiana, so being able to move to a place that is not familiar and making friends with other tenants make a big difference. 100% would recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay!
Josh: I’ve lived here two years, and do not regret my decision. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the repair team is quick to respond, and the apartments are high quality for the price. Definitely consider!
Clouds: Id say the biggest positive is that the walls are very thick. Maintenance is a joke if ive ever seen one. The repairs that were done to my unit was so bad I would have thought my 12 year old sister did them. When I moved into my apartment there were already in the kitchen/bathroom. We also were cleaning our cabinets out and found mulitple old newspapers , bags, and calenders from 2006. Appliances were stained and dirty upon arrival as well. Had a leak in my apartment first week I came and my closet was soaking wet. Maintenance came when I was gone and said "We saw and felt nothing" Really. Lol. Was also told they would reach out to be about setting up a date to fix the issues have yet to hear from them as its been about two weeks. Laundry room is very neglected and outdated. Wish I was able to use my debit card on it, very annoying to make trips to use quarters contstantly as well. Day to day I would say its okay. Like I said I rarely hear my neighbors and the size of my apartments very nice but personally I would say thats about it.
Tiffany Metty: Safe, Cozy, and the friendly staff are super helpful!
Justin Davis: The first year wasn’t bad here, but it’s unfortunate that a majority of the time the next 2 years I lived there, they either had water issues causing them to turn the water off for the day, or none of the washers in the washer rooms would work. And keep in mind the washers are in the basement where if it rained it would flood making the basement smell. It has an elevator but it always under maintenance. When they said they were making improvements I was optimistic but all they did was put new screen doors in. My balcony was slanted so I didn’t really go out on it.I ended up leaving in August and they are now charging me for damage to the dishwasher when they were the ones who dismantled it because a pipe broke and it was flooding the first floor. There’s better places you will find in the Fort in the same location.
Sue Dannenfelser: We have lived here 4 years now, and I would like to express my gratitude to our awesome staff, both Office and Maintenance. Haley, Izzy, Alexis, Deb and Richard. We are moving the end of this month and Izzy is making our transition seamless. The maintenance staff always watch out for me. We loved the spaciousness of our Apartment, very reasonably priced. Thanks All!!!
Alyssa Yakimicki: I’ve been here for three years and this is the WORST apartment complex. We have had no A/C for 8 days and they have not solved the issue. It has been 92+ degrees every day this week INSIDE our apartment. They won’t even reimburse us for the days of us not being able to stay in our own apartment due to high temperatures and nobody fixing the issue.
Kekionga Painting Company: Decent.
Grace Linn: Leaving this review on here since apartments.com told me my review was too long. I apologize for this review being long but I had a lot to put in there, and wanted to be as detailed as possible so whoever reads it and is thinking about moving in here is well-informed!Pros: The office staff are polite and maintenance tends to respond to issues in a timely manner. These apartments are located nearly directly off of I-469 and are also conveniently located near many food and shopping options.Cons: This place is not very mover-friendly. It's a pain in the neck to move in when you have two sets of doors you have to keep consistently propped open. The second door is supposed to only be accessed by a key, or by getting buzzed in by a resident. It's a great extra layer of security...when the door shuts that is, because most of the time it will not shut all the way. Also, the parking is a joke. There are very few spots, so you either have to pay 20 a month for a reserved spot, or constantly risk having to park on the side of the street. Their laundry facilities are subpar, as most of the few machines they have available usually don't work, and you're lucky if the dryer even gets your clothes fully dry within one cycle. It also smells really bad downstairs. As for the apartment itself, my friends and I are in a 2 bed 1 bath home. There's no garbage disposal, the fridge is small for there being 3 of us, and then there's the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny. There's enough room for you, the toilet, nothing else. The one bedroom is 13 by 20 feet while the other is 11 by 14. That seems disproportionately unfair. Our A/C unit went out twice within a couple weeks and it took hours to get fixed and we ended up sleeping in 80+ degree heat. Then there's the noise. This is the first thing that made me angry about this place. Every single day the halls are getting vacuumed. And good luck getting peace and quiet during the day. Whoever is doing building repairs and maintaining the grounds is very inconsiderate and rude. I live in the main building and have a window with some nice trees and what-not outside. There have been SEVERAL days where I have gotten woken up from sleep by someone running very loud industrial equipment or banging hammers less than a few feet outside my window. My roommates and their dog have been woken up repeatedly by this noise as well. Not happy about that at all.And then finally, something that was recently done on Fountain Lake's behalf was they decided to allow the police department to patrol the grounds. Seems like an okay idea, except when they came out with the announcement, the paper literally said the cop was there in case of "noise complaints or the smell of marijuana". So more or less their goal is to bust up parties here. If there was actual harmful crime going on here, I'd understand, but there was no mention of that on this flyer, only about noise and the smell of weed. Finally, for all that you get here these apartments are ridiculously overpriced. Over 800 a month for what you get here is absolutely outrageous. So when the lease is up, it's bye-bye Fountain Lake.
Brian Wolf Jr: The location is the only benefit to these apartments! There is always an issue with the water. They turn it off for long periods of time, the hot water is hit or miss and your kitchen faucet never gets cold. The laundry situation is appalling. The machines take quarters but the pop machine(their way of giving you a change machine) is always out of quarters and just gives you dimes. Not to mention the black mold and the leaking of water on the walls! The staff seemed nice at sign in day but since then have just giving me attitude. Can’t wait to relocate.

Reserve at Dawson's Creek Apartments: what do users think?
Emily Church: love it
Karen Sommers: My college kids love their new apartment at Dawson Creek. There is one thing that I have a problem with and that is the paying your rent online there is a extra $50 a month convenience fee..what's up with that? I would rather try his have been discussed when they signed the lease. Any other ways to pay rent ??
Beth Marlowe: My apartment is absolutely beautiful. Jessica (and all the office staff) have been extremely friendly and helpful every time I've dealt with them. They even showed up at the pool with popsicles for everyone on a particularly hot day! The few times I've dealt with maintenance they have been prompt and courteous and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and the pool is always pristine. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Jennifer Ickes: They have the best people working here! They actually care about their residence and the property. You can see they take pride in their job.
Maxwell House: Lived here for one year from 2020-2021. The apartment was nice, property well maintained, and maintenance was always quick and resolved things. However, the apartment we moved into had roaches. My husband saw the first one the first night before any of our things were moved in, but had no clue it was a roach. Flash forward a few weeks and I start seeing them in the kitchen, dishwasher, floor, just YUCK. Exterminator came and inspected, said there's no sign of infestation, maybe came in on a package or something, comes back again a week later and baits. 2 weeks later, baits again. The problem seems resolved the rest if the time we were there. Now, we moved into a house and we are finding dead roaches coming out of our stuff that was in the apartment. Definitely something to be aware of and I wouldn't wish it on anyone but the problem seems very hidden and we are only learning the extent since moving out.
Lucas Cubic: I’ve lived all over Indiana! This was truly one of the best places to live. Pet friendly. No issues with packages being delivered, and Jessica in the front office is one of the best property managers I’ve encountered, cannot recommend this place enough.
Syd Sheedy: Jessica and Katie have been a pleasure to work with through the process of apartment hunting. They have worked with us in every aspect to make sure our new apartment has everything that we need! Beautiful, large, and quiet apartments! Highly recommend if anyone is searching for their next home!
Now_ YouCme: Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They don't return calls, and have no concern for their tenants.
Zack Johnson: Great place to call home for a bit. Very good area and it's quiet & peaceful in the community which is nice
Alex Smith: I've lived here over 2 years now and resigned for a 3rd year. Love the neighborhood, so does my dog. Its quiet, clean, and the staff is A+++.I was compelled to write a review because my AC just went out at 9pm on a Saturday night, and by 9:30pm maintenance was out and had it fixed. Not many places in Fort Wayne can say that about their staff. If you're comparing The Reserves to Avalon (lived there too), The Reserves is head and shoulders above Avalon in every way
Ian Lau: Nice facility and great Staff! This complex is close to the Solomon Farm which makes it a good neighbor in north Ft Wayne.
Jessica Klamm: My husband I moved from Olathe, KS To Fort Wayne, IN. We leased the apartment without seeing it. I am so glad we did! The apartment was in great condition and they accepted our great dane Moses. My only complaint is that there was not a break down for what we were charged for when we moved out. Other than that if your looking for a new place to live choose The Reserve at Dawson’s Creek!
Jordan Miller: I cant say enough great things about this community!! The office staff is so helpful & friendly and is always able to help with whatever needed. The maintenance staff is outstanding. Very tentative and can tell they care about the property! Very well kept and maintained. All around a great place to live :-)
Spencer Bengel: I would love to leave these apartments a 5 star review but I can’t. Overall these apartments are really nice and maintenance responds decently fast. There are two major complaints I have about this place. First off, when the heat or AC kicks on it is so loud that you literally have to pause your tv because you can’t hear over it. Secondly, if you have a dog I would strongly consider other apartment complexes. NOBODY picks up after their dogs. I promise that every single time you take your dog out your shoes will be covered in dog poop. I know other complexes do a DNA swab on your dog and if they find your dog’s poop they charge you $200 per pile. This is something The Reserve should really look into.
Tyler Ault: This a great community in a great location with amazing staff. They are all very friendly and make this an enjoyable place to live.
Dan Olson: Beautiful community and helpful staff, would recommend to anyone
Justin Burnett: Place has it's kinks but nice apartments and great staff, very fair prices and can bearly hear anyone upstairs when living on lower level
Matthew Cyran: Nice staff, great location and decent apartments. I truly enjoyed living at this complex.
Dr. Abdulmumin Yinka Ajia: We had problems with the heating system and the maintenance guy comes to my apartment almost every other day during the winter. The management were not very truthful about the cause of the problems. Very disappointed.
Ben Grove: Short term lease but loved it, people need to pick up after their dogs, but that's not the apartments fault- they put signs and spots for doggie bags and maintain a clean living environment.
Mansehaj Singh: Excellent place to live in. The best part about staying here is the service. Dana and Jessica just go beyond to make you feel comfortable around the place !

Willow Creek Crossing Apartments: what do users think?
Steven Rich: Nice place.
waine phillips: Clean place
Ben: Clean
Kevin McMillan: My dryer broke twice while I was living here, and both times it took a month for them to repair. In that time there was no communication from the front office about what was going on. Their online portal doesn't work sometimes, causing you to be late on payments. Overall the staff wasn't in any way.
Robin McFarland: Don't want to replace my carpet. I had black spots coming up in dining room. Said if I want new I will be responsible for it. Pretty sure I have mold under it but they say no. My little yorkie coughs all the time. I wake up everyday congested. Did have mold and foundation was cracked running from the front door to living room! Always raising the rent! No more senior discount shame on you!!!!
Thelma Moore: Only a visitor, not a tenant. Quiet and good looking grounds
Amal Waggoner: Nice place but only visiting a friend.
Cathy Null: Absolutely love my new apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Gretchen Smith: Good place to live. Emergency maintenance is a huge plus but all maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
Kyla Swann: My apartment has been growing mold for the last 2 months & they refuse to fix it just come and clean it when it grows back my son room has water in the walls. Instead of fixing they keep finding reason to put me out , gross unsafe living conditions
Charlene Miller: I am trying to get a cheaper apartment for myself and my dog and thought I had one BUT, now WCC WANTS TO PUT ME IN A HIGHER PRICED APARTMENT WHERE THERE IS WAY TO MUCH ROOM FOR ONE PERSONAND THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME GO BROKE. AS LONG AS I HAVEN'T SIGNED ANY PAPERS YET I'M OUT SEARCHING FOR A MUCH CHEAPER APARTMENT WHERE I WILL BE IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A WALGREENS AND MOST OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS ARE OVER HERE BY GETZ RD.THE REASON I DON'T QUITE AGREE WITH THE PET QUANTITY AND PRICING ( 1 MGMNT. PERSON SAID $150 FOR 1 DOG & THE OTHER MANAGEMENT PERSON FILLING IN SAID NO IT'S $200 FOR THE 1ST. DOG AND ADDITIONAL $100 FOR THE 2ND DOGBUT, I ONLY HAVE 1 DOG SO IT SHOULD BE CUT IN HALF.If this OTHER place gets a hold of me before I move into the "HIGH PRICED APARTMENT" -- I WILL PROBABLY LOSE OUT ON GETTING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE APARTMENT BACK .YOU WON'T ALLOW PEOPLE THAT HAVE PETS TO HAVE A TIE OUT BUT, YOU ALLOW PEOPLE THAT RENT FROM YOU TO HAVE A BUNCH OF CLUTTER OUTSIDE THEIR PATIO DOOR.HOW SAD😑😑😑😑😐😐
Chad Pettigrew: Rent is reasonable. Parking could be a little tight sometimes when other tenants have guests. Other than that nice place to live.
Nathan S: I used to live here 20 years ago and it is still just as affordable, convenient, and safe. They've kept the property maintained and I notice every few years they do more significant capital improvements. There are a wide variety of living options so that you could upgrade or downgrade and stay on the same property. Housing blocks are spread out enough and there's a lot of trees so it doesn't feel too close to all your neighbors. I've had 4 friends over the years that have felt quite at home here.
Gregg Moore: Great place
Jose Bonilla: Love the maintenance and very home warming
Mary Baughman McCoy: So quiet.
susan richard: Lawn care is great. Staff are all very nice and do their best to solve problems. Rent continues to increase $20.00 yearly. (Except for covid yr.) Area is very clean.
Dee Brattain: Great neighborhood
Tammy Smith Brewington: Great place to live. Very clean and quiet. Management very helpful and friendly. Great rules. Great place to raise a family.
Ashley The action: I went to look at an apartment the pregnant office lady was tired and didn’t want to show me an apartment she only showed me the floor plan. She claimed the maintenance men had left for the day even though it was 3 in the afternoon. I won’t be going out they were very unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable.
W. T.: My kids live here

Pointe Inverness Apartments: what do users think?
Deb Wertz: FamilyFamily is what it’s all about. From the ladies in the office to the maintenance crew.We love living here. This should be your new home.
Tyler Henline: Going on my 3rd year of living here at pointe Inverness and it’s been a great place to call home. The girls in the office are always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance guys are always on top of it and handle all issues right away. Would definitely recommend pointe Inverness apartments to anybody looking for a new home
Katie Bell: I have really enjoyed living here so far! I moved in a couple months ago and the process was super smooth. The place was very clean and in great shape when I moved in. The staff have been very responsive and helpful (I've mostly worked with Heather and she's been great). I've also had a couple of small work orders and maintenance responded the same day or the next. I like that they have a 9 month and a 12 month lease option and they allow pets. Overall, it's been great, no complaints!
harsh kapoor: Apartments are spacious . Maintenance guys are excellent . Overall good experience with pointe Inverness apartments.
Felipe Miller: Staff is absolutely lovely. Love the area and the place overall. My main complaint really is just how high the smoke detectors are in the room. I guess it's a curse of vaulted ceilings. But overall, been loving the place!
Joyce McCartney: The local staff, the leasing agents and the maintenance crew, are among the best I've dealt with in all the years I've lived here. The community is truly like a family if you choose to view your neighbors that way.
bseibt: I lived at the Pointe for 10yrs prior to buying a house a year ago. Pointe Inverness Apartments offers IMHO the best location, amenities, and Apt. complex management for your money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Arianna Beck: Great apartments. Good layout, even the non-renovated apartments are clean and all the appliances work. The office ladies are the sweetest, most helpful people, and the maintenance team is friendly and quick to fix requests (longest wait I had was about a day). It's a safe area, close access to the highway and shopping, good and respectful neighbors. Sidewalks connect to the trail system. I'd be staying here if I wasn't moving for work. It's hard to find an apartment complex that does as good of a job communicating (and being nice about it) as this place does.
Ca-Jani Fahie: I’ve lived here for just over two years now and I cannot complain. The leasing and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly and work well together. It is a good place for those wanting to get out on their own without the responsibility of taking care of a house quite yet. Plus the proximity to I-69 makes travel in/around town or city-city very easy.
Jason Rhee (SmokysBack1): Like to state that I rented a one bedroom apartment here. The insulation in the walls is lacking, even with proper steps to insulate the windows. The apartment did not stay adequately warm. A heat pump is not an efficient way to heat any location when the temperature during the winter is consistently below freezing. Heat pumps work by transferring heat from one location to another until the outside environment is below freezing. Which in that case it has to heat up the outside evaporator to prevent it from freezing over. Baseboard heat would be more efficient at keeping the rooms warm. Adding additional insulation in the exterior walls and between the space between apartments would drastically improve the apartment. While the apartment did provide free firewood. This firewood was never seasoned. Meaning it typically came from a recent fallen tree and would not burn well and would only smolder. This would defeat the purpose of providing heat by flame as fire would not get hot enough and the flue would pull more of the warm apartment air out and thus taking away the heat. If it were possible a fireplace insert would be better to provide better heat. The insert would provide longer heat as the metal would heat up and radiate heat in more directions that directly in-front of the fireplace. I would only recommend this place to someone that would be staying for a 6 month term during the summer. The staff at the apartment complex was great. I have no complaints on the service they provided. I wrote this review as hopefully they will take some consideration into improving the buildings and really making it shine to meet the character they have.Edit: I would like to mention as it brought up often on reviews my bill was about 300$ on the coldest month.we kept it at the minimum they said to prevent freezing pipes. Again this was a "large" one bedroom apartment.
Joseph Ewing: Pointe Inverness is ok for a first apartment but the price is too much my A/C didn’t work first few weeks my dryer and washer had trouble working one of the showers doesn’t get warm and there’s either rats or squirrels living in the walls and you can hear them just be careful moving in
Barbara Emerson: I have lived here for five years and the staff and maintenance have been amazing. This is truly a home. I will forever have these neighbors and staff as friends and family.
Cayla Sorg: Absolutely the best apartments I have ever lived in! The maintenance team was amazing, any issues they were quick to look into and fix! The ladies at the front office were the nicest people to work with and were always available! Lived here for 2 years and had the best experience all around!
Amanda Smyth: We loved living at Pointe Inverness! Kelly, Meredith, and Heather are phenomenal and so is their maintenance crew! Neighbors are courteous and respectful, and the community is beautiful and well-maintained all year. Would recommend to anyone!!!
Sherry Brenn: Kelly and Meredith are awesome. They were so wonderful to work with, very responsive and respectful.
Spencer Burns: The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance crew are fantastic people to work with. It’s very seldom do you feel welcome and part of the community by staff and even maintenance workers. At Pointe Inverness they do everything in their power to make your stay be a great one. I have no complaints and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Pointe Inverness Apartments for a wonderful place to call home. Keep up the good work!
Tamara Salyer: The maintenance team was very timely.and helpful!
Deo Tant: While we didn't have many problems and any that we did have were always taken care of, working with Deb in the front office was a nightmare. Her attitude and lack of customer service was never fun to deal with.
Gale “Vent Shark” Buckhannah: Some good memories here, and the price for what you get and the area is pretty reasonable based on comparison's on this side of town. The units have a bit of age and so there ARE imperfections... some of the balcony's here are clearly sagging and angled and are in need of repair. Other little things here and there but overall I feel like we did well for what we paid. Management is very polite and eager to help... but I have noticed that when it involves maintenance there are issues with communication and follow through. When brought up I was given excuses like 'we are human we make mistakes', and I agree with this... but not when it happens repeatedly. Making mistakes is human, but so is learning from those mistakes and improving. We personally had a lot of issues that we ran into and I felt there was an excess of excuses made for those issues and that sometimes resolution took far too long (2-3 months to address an immediate safety concern...). I do hope they work to improve their service level to future tenants because they have a good thing going here and if they can fix the service issues they will easily earn a 5 star rating based on everything else.
Saul Favela: It is a good place to live. I lived there for 9 months. Staff polite and helpful. Pool good. No issues with the apartment. Nice neighbors.
Sydney Cale: We LOVE Pointe Inverness! We lived here when we first got married in 2014, then moved away to Colorado for a bit, then moved BACK to Pointe Inverness because we loved it so much! This place is truly home. The front office staff is second to none. They are like family, they care so much. Seriously, I would recommend to everyone. Love this place!

Cambridge Square Apartments of Fort Wayne: what do users think?
Olivia Ley: I never leave reviews but I have to share our story. We were tenants at Cambridge Square for 5 years when they evicted us for not having the new baby’s birth certificate within 30 days. Had the rest of the paperwork filed and were in communication with the office about our situation but they moved forward with the eviction anyway. Any other complaints pale in comparison to being thrown out with a newborn, but trust me when I say you will never feel at home here.
Lilee Horner: I used to live here at Cambridge Square a while back. I first moved in in 2009 and moved out in the summer of 2016. When I lived here before a woman moved across the hall from me and we have been very close friends ever since. When I moved out it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. My original plan was to stay here until a handsome man swept me away to join him in a life of love and luxury. That didn't happen. What did happen was a series of unfortunate events starting with the death of my mother less than 1 year later. I am now disabled and unable to work and I got on the waiting list a while back. I just moved in two months ago and my health is decreased to the point where I need to be in a handicap accessible apartment. I would like for people to understand that they're only three maintenance guys for this entire complex even though it is small. The guys do more than just come in our apartments and fix things. They take care of the grounds as well and other things that I'm sure we don't even think about. I know people don't like the fact that they have the right to enter our apartment at any time but if you look at any lease you will find that that is not uncommon. The logistics of trying to do the everyday work of maintenance personal while scheduling things with tenants would be insane if they didn't have the freedom to come and go. And we are notified in advance of any routine maintenance such as replacing furnace filters and checking smoke alarms. Which is done every 3 months. Can you name another apartment complex that does that every 3 months? Or other regular maintenance. The 24 hours is for emergency calls. They don't live here and they don't work 24 hours a day. When I moved back all the staff that was here before had been promoted. So how bad could they actually be? I find that a lot of problems around here that people are complaining about are actually caused by the tenants and/ or themselves are in fact in violation of their own leaes. There's trash in the recycle bin. Pet waste. Items left outside the dumpster. When I was walking to my car the other day someone had emptied their car ashtray onto the parking lot 2 spaces from a dumpster. Sheets and blankets used as window coverings. When I lived here before across from my friend we just took it upon ourselves to clean the second floor we kept it swept and mopped and during the winter we kept it swept frequently when the salt would cake up. Maintenance is here before and after their scheduled hours in the winter just to keep the surfaces safe for us. I know this because I am a light sleeper and have been woken up by the sounds of maintenance at 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning.I used to be known for falling at least once of year due to ice and snow but I have never fallen on Cambridge Square property. Nobody's perfect but that man with the life of love and luxury can stay where he's at. I'm happy here. I'll leave when the corner comes to get me.
Kristofer Jonak: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very empathetic what about my needs
Riley Smith: The management does not have respect for the residents by insisting on the ability to enter the apartment for whatever reason and at any time of the day of their choosing. I find this provision very uncomfortable and bother line illegal. Why not agree on a specific time with the resident? Say a one hour window and a specific date. This way, the resident can wait for you at the agreed upon time. And the hallways are always dirty. At 800 dollars a month for a two bedroom, most renters can actually get something more nicer.
Latashia Stennis: I couldnt rate this apartment complex any less....From start to finish was an excellent experience for me....Was going through a divorce @ the time and moving out on my own after several years I thought would be a hassle... (Jody) and staff made it a lot easier for me....They were very welcoming and heart warming....Its very quiet and neighbors are very nice!!! Also, the office staff make sure in letting residents know about different things going on in the complex...Couldnt have chosen a better home.....Thank u Cambridge Square team especially Jody!!!!
Barbara Lauer: I have lived at cambridge for 19 to 20 years. This is my home. The staff is almost perfect my apt is up to date and my neighbors are quiet. All but 1 minds there own business. The lawns are in great shape but the trees are oh so beautiful. The few maintence issues ive ever had were answered and fixed quickly. Ive had so few because these apts are well maintained and looked after well. The play yards for the children are all safe. I love where i live. When i move on i will be sad to do so. Wont miss the neighbor but i will miss my home and the staff
VANESSA ANDERSON: The area is great as you are mins away from highway 69 and any shopping/food place you want! The staff is all so great they were very helpful throughout the application process and they got an approval start to finish in a week and how I’m so grateful for that! Also the apartment is up to date with new fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and best of all new laminate flooring!
chris vanderpool: The income limit to live here is insane I'd have to make minimum wage to live here.
Diana Cornwell: Lived her for many years, beautiful and peaceful,my daughter lives here now
Deception Detection Radio: I love living here! Not only is it pleasing to the eye but the staff here are wonderful. It will be 9 years this coming December I have lived here and I plan on staying here, no plans to ever move again. I feel very blessed to live here thanks to Jody, Summer, Ken, Rich and the rest of the staff. They all go out of their way to take care of any issues that might pop up. Thank you all for making this a home to enjoy!
Paul Marcus: I just spoke with Jody and she was very helpful in assisting me.. I love when I am speaking with a beautiful spirited person willing to help you the best they can thanks Jody..
