Dave: I stopped in for an estimate. I was told it would be emailed to me within the hour. I called at the end of the day after not receiving the estimate and the receptionist apologized and told me she would followup with the estimator for me. -all that no big deal.The following day, I was called and was told will not be estimating the repair of my car. I asked "why" he acted like he didn't hear me 3 or 4 times... he talked to me about some cars we choose not to repair, like rusted cars... I told him this car has ZERO rust. He agreed but then told me the car had been repair before and they just dont know what they are getting into... I told him this car has NEVER been repaired before. I could tell he was then at a loss for words and didnt know what to say beyond rejecting my business.I asked for his name, he said... "why you gonna look me up or something?" I said, you work for an Auto Collision Service a professional and reputable collision repair shop and you wont tell me your name? You are turning away my business, I would like to know your name as a professional so I can understand why. I then asked him name again again, he said his name was "Bruce". I then asked for his last name and he refused to respond.My 2018 Honda that has never been repaired from a mild front end collision, "Bruce" refused to offer me an estimate for the repair and told me so once again as I calmly tried to understand why. I asked again for his last name which is when he then hung up on me.Owner, Dwight Jewett - if you see this, please contact me and I will be happy to show you my car and share my account of this experience directly with you or the shop manager. Whoever this man was I spoke with should not be doing what he is doing... not to mention his incredibly poor customer service skills.

Maddy K: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they had my vehicle for two weeks and called and told me they couldn’t do anything to it. Annoyed I went to go pick it up and got a message from Dwight that he was going to take care of my car. We trusted them and in return my car has sat with a water leak and damage now for almost a month for us to find out today they are telling myself and insurance they don’t do water damaged vehicles. 🤯 that is my cars issue which was discussed MANY times from myself and my insurance while trying to get my car figured out. They have lied to me and my insurance company and now refused to set my car outside of their gates at a location I never even knew it was moved to, so I could get my tow truck and have it taken somewhere that could actually help me. One star is being nice. Also Dan from Hanna street was the one who yelled at me told me to shut up and that this was my fault and then hung up on my mom. Emily tried to get Dan to move my car outside the gate as well but apparently he said it has a flat tire now and won’t start….wild! Maybe you’ll see this message Dwight since you blocked my number!

Bruce Crowl: This place has been a nightmare they had my daughter's car for almost 30 days and did nothing to it. Refused to get insurance what they needed, to move forward. She took her car in for water damage and then they said they could not work on water damage. She talked to Dewhite who said he could work with insurance and not pick up her car after 2 weeks of them having it. Then he did nothing to the car at all. Then we were trying to get it towed to the next place to actually get it worked on and had a tow truck on the way and was told the vehicle was not where we had dropped it off. Dan who was being absolutely rude said if the tow truck could not get to this other location in 45 minutes we could not even get the vehicle towd. Then Dan was very rude to me and hung up on me when I told him he did not need to talk to my daughter in that manner and his actions were completely unacceptable. We just needed to get our vehicle towd. If I could give less than 1 star this place would definitely get 0 stars. The only person I feel has been helpful in any manner is Emily.

Amy Horne: We used Auto Collision for our company vehicle repair after it was involved in an accident. I loved how easy it was to submit pictures electronically for a estimate without having to even bring in the vehicle to be looked at. They then kept us up to date via an email continuously throughout the entire repair process. Such wonderful service! Maximino Arellano: I had to take my Chevy Silverado (Texas Edition) in for an insurance claim. I was greeted with a very welcoming smile by Tori. She got me all set up for repair and worked flawlessly with my Insurance company. I was updated during every step of the process and Denver (the body guy) did a phenomenal job on my front end. Mr. Ash: I would like to compare Gerber Collision and Glass with their competitors. But I can't, I've only ever worked with Gerber.My first time in, they stated the workload they have and presented me with a real timeframe, honest and up front, yet understood the importance of my vehicle to me.Everything was thoroughly explained in detail, what work needed to happen to make my vehicle right.I'm not a brand loyal person, the moment I feel I'm not taken care of I'm moving on.That said, each time I've not only been satisfied, but impressed. Body work, they replaced my whole front end 3 years ago.. It was as if nothing ever happened. The paint match was flawless and it drove just as well as before the collision.This time has been no different in customer service. I am waiting for a few parts to come in, but they've been diligent in keeping me up to date.I don't imagine I'll be going anywhere but Gerber in the future.I highly recommend their services..

TrapHouse Gaming: Seems to be a ton of overspray on rear trunk and back window. You can feel it and see it. You can also see the tape lines. I will give it some more time to see if it removes itself but it looks terrible.I also believe my front bumper was removed during repair. When it was put back on they did not seat my headlights behind the bumper... the bumper was flexed forward due to this. I popped the bumper back under the headlights but just another oversight on repair.

Pamela Humes: Our car needed a lot of “under the hood” repair with mostly front-end damage from the undercarriage up…including the radiator and air conditioning unit. So much more than body repair. The exchange between Gerber and our insurance company was flawlessly handled; NO hassles on our part. And, with parts in short supply/on back-order during the CoVid, Tori kept in close contact; updating the status of the work. Ultimately, Tori acquired a rental car for us and then the manager (?) exchanged the rental for our car when the work was successfully completed (a 2 hr trip since we live an hour away). The teamwork, professionalism and courteous customer care and the desire to repair the vehicle back to perfect working order (which obviously the guys in the garage are super at) are obvious strengths for this Gerber Collision team. Thank You all for your help!

Andrew Gulley: Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday the 11th of January for a small dent (insurance claim) at 9:30 in the morning. Was told at the time "Early next week" it would be returned. Proceeded to call them back Monday the following week for an update, was told then " I'll have to talk to the tech and call you back", to which they never called back. I call again on Tuesday the 17th of January for another update, only to be told " it's just now being disassembled". I wait until Thursday the 19th for yet another update ( I had to call again) and told " it's in the paint shop now, and would be returned on Monday the following week". I call today January the 23rd (Monday) to be told the window company can possibly (not sure) replace/set the window later this evening possibly tomorrow.I have now spent over 515$ on a rental, almost two weeks of it sitting in the shop with no end in sight. By this point I'm disappointed, dissatisfied, and spent a whole paycheck on a rental with no end date and no return date.Avoid this place at all costs, they do not care about their customer and won't give a clear answer on when the car will be finished. Dont put up with stupidity: They need to figure out how to run the business first. First the office personnel was late and did not open the doors til 8am which they were advertising they open sooner then they screwed up my estimate with Geico they were part of Geico Express. Told insurance company I never showed up for my appointment which I did then supposedly I was to drop vehicle off but they failed to tell that when he was taking all the pictures and discussing the claims process. I don't recommend this company.

April Slick: I first gave this establishment 5 stars but after 3 months of making excuses not to take my back because it wasn't fixed properly after an accident I wish I could give no stars. Had to take my car to the dealership to find out my CV joint was crushed and and should have been replaced by Gerbers. Gerbers told me it must be my alternator and have that checked elsewhere. Save yourself and your car, do not use this establishment.

The trunk, passenger door and sunroof no longer close properly. Rain gets in.When I brought it back because it had a 'warranty' the guy very rudely said it has to have been another accident. He still cannot explain how I could have an accident that would cause all those things to be messed up but not a single scratch on the car!Currently the batched paint job is peeling off.I am having to pay out of pocket to fix my Lexus that would have otherwise been a great investment!

They give you an estimate and if it is going to be more they will tell you before they make any decisions. They will keep you informed the whole way through the process without having to worry or wonder what is being done to your vehicle. The work they do is great and they are honest people. I would recommend taking your vehicle here if you have a choice. Other body shops will get you in the door, start taking your car apart, and then take you for all it's worth without totaling it out. 14/69 won't do this. If your vehicle is bad enough to be totaled they will let you know up front and not try to drain your wallet and ruin your car history just to make a buck ...See my other review of bodyshop's in fort wayne who have done just that.

Deb Lulling: They always stand 100% behind their work! Had a very tiny spot on door that needed buffed out after being fixed, stopped by and did it while there, no appointment. They provide excellent customer service. Also worked on my daughter's car and met us at mall to deliver it back to her since closing so she would not have to wait until Monday to pick it up and be carless for weekend. Both cars were fixed and painted in a timely manner and both look as new as they did before accidents!
